Can Samsung Camcorder use in another Country?

Generally the answer is No, due to the color system difference in various Countries.

US, Canada and the Philippines are NTSC-compatible Countries/Regions, whereas Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand are PAL-compatible Countries/Regions.

You cannot see any picture on NTSC TV or VCR if you took the picture with PAL (Camcorder). 

PAL-compatible Location/Regions:  Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, China, CIS, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Great Britain, Holland, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Libya, Malaysia, Mauritius, Norway, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovak Republic, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Syria, Thailand, Tunisia, etc. 

NTSC-compatible Location/Regions: Bahamas, Canada, Central America, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Philippines, Taiwan,  United States of America, etc.

Please note: You can make recordings with your Camcorder and view pictures on the LCD from anywhere in the world.
