App Icon Badge not appearing in Android 8.0 Oreo

Due to the change in concept for Android 8.0 Oreo, the notifications and badge are now corresponding with each other.
In Nougat OS, the app icon is activated to notify a user when new alert was detected even if the App notifications has been disabled. Whereas in Oreo OS, the App Icon Badge is interlocked with the notification panel. In other words, if App notification is disabled, any new message alert detected will not be displayed.
To enable/disable App notification, follow these steps:
