What to do when badge notification is not appearing on icons in Samsung Galaxy S9/S9+?
When badge notifications are not appearing on app icons, check whether the following settings are enabled:
Enable App icon badges
Enable an app notification to receive new messages
Enable App icon badges for individual app
Select Special access from More option
Select Notification access
Enable Samsung Experience Home
Please note:
• If badge notifications appear on the App list icons but not on the Home Screen App icons, please remove the app icons from the Home Screen and add again
• If Samsung Experience Home is previously enabled while badge notification is not appearing, please disable and enable again
