How to reset the Smart Hub in Samsung TV?

Please Note: When Smart hub is reset, all downloaded Apps are initialized. User accounts and settings are erased from the memory and reverted back to factory default. Smart Hub will then restart as if it were starting for the first time.

However, your account remains on the smart hub server. To log into your account, enter your ID and password again after the reset. 

You can reset your Smart Hub when facing the following issues:
- Smart Hub is not working properly
- Apps are not loading
- Some Apps are missing or not working properly

To reset Smart Hub, follow these steps:

1 Go to Menu -> Smart Features -> Smart Hub Reset
To reset Smart Hub
2 Input the Pincode. The default password is 0000
3 Resetting All Settings message will display when Smart Hub is reset. This may take about a minute or longer depending on the number of Apps installed
Reset Smart Hub is completed
