What to do when you encounter error on Samsung TV Smart Hub?

When you are having issue on Smart Hub or when it is not working properly, follow these steps:
Reset Smart Hub
Please note this option resets all Smart Hub settings to their factory defaults amd deletes information related to Samsung accounts, linked services account, Smart Hub service agreements and Smart Hub applications
1From the Home screen, navigate to and select Settings
2Navigate to and Select Support
3Select Self Diagnosis
4Select Reset Smart Hub
5Enter your PIN
Check that your TV is updated to the latest firmware, if it's not you may follow these steps:
1From the Home Screen, navigate and select Settings
2Navigate to and select Support
3Select Software Update
4Select Update Now
5Please wait while the TV checks for any available update
6To finish, select ok
