    My S4 mini (gt-i9195) always says I have the latest software installed but its still running 4.2.2. Its now September 2014. Is kitkat ever going to be released for this model in the UK I wonder?

    Hi, Sorry, there does not appear to be any updates for the s4 mini. It's still running Android 4.2.2. When will updates be available? as Android 4.4 is now out.

    The first 'number' is actually a capiltal letter 'i' not a number 1. It took me about an hour to figure this out. A very unhelpful serial number from Samsung!

    Hi, When registering your phone please insure that all the information is correct. Model code GT-I9195, the serial number and IMEI number can both be found by pressing menu > settings > more > about device > status. Thanks.

    Hi Abbi, It is most likely a minor software confliction that is causing this issue to occur. These minor software issues can easily be resolved by performing a factory reset on your device.     Hi Samantha, The S4 Mini does not support LED notifications. However you can go to Settings > My device > Accessibility > Flash notification. Once enabled, the camera light at the rear of the handset blinks when you receive a notification. Thanks

    Hi, Please backup your phone using Samsung KIES. Perform a factory reset by pressing Menu > settings > Accounts > Backup and reset > Factory data reset . When this is completed please connect your phone to Samsung KIES and restore your phone. Thanks.

    When a message sends...there is no tone, it's very annoying as you don't know the message has definitely been sent without checking the "message details". Is there anyway you can set a tone for it?

    HI, There is no option to set a tone however, go to Messaging > Settings then select the option for 'Delivery reports'. When this is selected you will receive a delivery report for each massage that you send. Thanks.
