    Keep getting internal storage nearly full warning on my wifes Galaxy Mini GT-S5570 had already removed all unused apps some months ago when the warning first appeared and was ok untill a few days ago. Before doing anything connected phone to latest version of samsung keys to do a full backup, however, backup fails and kies keeps crashing - have tried on 2 different computers with same result also, the internal storage is not shown or able to access, only the external sd card is shown and accessible. Have tried removing the external sd card and connecting to kies, the phone connects ok but no storage is shown or accessible, can select backup ok but this fails after a few minutes and/or kies crashes. Any help or advice would be appreciated I am unable to access or view t

    Have now tried as suggested running the KIES launcher as an administrator and in compatibility mode for Windows XP Service Pack 3 (win7) but this has not made any difference to the previous symptoms. It appears the internal sd card is either hidden or not recognised when connected to the PC through Kies or my computer, only the external sd is accessible. Downloaded and ran Astro File Manager on the GT S5570 initially only loaded “SD Card” and “local Network” when the SD Card was opened it showed the contents of the external 8GB SD Card with tabs at the top of the screen showing “icon for phone” “mnt” and “sdcard” “Sdcard” showed the current selection of the external sdcard contents, “mnt” showed 3 folders “secure” “sdcard” and “asec” The “phone icon tab” showed a number of folders including “acct” “cache” “config” “d” “data” “dev” “ect” and “lib” – After about 5 seconds and without attempting any further functions Astro did a Oops! And crashed – have tried a few times and the same thing happens did manage to open one of the folders before the crash but it showed empty? When I open Astro on my galaxy S and other phones “sdcard” and “external_sd” are identified and shown in the locations list which does not happen on the GT S5570 could it be a virus? Was hopping to do I backup before attempting a factory reset to try and resolve the issue. This may need some advanced knowledge?? If anyone could help clarify this for me or am I missing something obvious?? have attached some images gateway kept timing out after 2 images will do another reply with more

    Hi Paul, I would suggest running the KIES launcher as an administrator and in compatibility mode for Windows XP Service Pack 3 to avoid this crashing. Thanks.

    I created an Event wrongly using my Calendar in GTS5570. So, I tried to delete that. But, I didn't find any option to delete. I searched the manual also. It has the option only to create and view events.

    I checked the option yesterday. It is working fine now. To delete an event, follow the following steps: calendar --> Select the event created by pressing the date the event is created --> Show day --> Long press exactly on the event you created --> Delete option will appear. I found very hard to identify this. Why can't this can be Simple?

    Hi, You can add a number to your 'Reject List' which will prevent that number from being able to call your phone. To add a number to the Reject List follow the instructions outlined below; Go to Phone > Logs > Select number from the list > Menu key > Add to reject list. Please note that the Reject List only blocks calls from the blocked number to your phone. Thanks

    Hi Anonymous, You will have to disable "Talkback" which you cn find in Settings>Accessibility or Settings>Language and Input depending on your software version. Thanks.

    Hi Jonathan, Please back up your phone to your pc using Samsung KIES and perform a Factory reset. Restore your Phone using KIES when the reset is complete and this should fix this. Thanks.

    i cant use the back or power button , i trying using a air spray to get any dust & dirty out but it didnt work it only stopped my sim card from working

    Hi, You can change your text message notification sound by following the below instructions: 1. Tap on messages 2. While in your inbox, tap on the menu key which is located at the bottom left hand side of you handset 3. This will bring up a separate menu on the screen, hit ‘Settings’ 4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page until you reach ‘Select Ringtones’ 5. Here you will be able to listen to different available ringtone and select the one you wish.     I keep getting the internal memory full message even though I have an empty 16GB microSD card fitted. In the application menu, the option to 'copy app to SD card' is greyed out. Any advice...?

    Hi, There are only certain applications that can be stored on your SD card. If this option is greyed out this would suggest it cannot be saved to external memory. Thanks

    Hi, Please ensure that if you are saving the number to the phones internal memory you should have no issues. If you are saving it to your SIM card and have a lot of other numbers already on the SIM its memory may be full. Thanks.
