    Hello. In your spec it is written : 1000 Phone Book Entries... these means 1000 names or 1000 numbers? Thank you!

    Hello Stelian. The specifications refer to you being able to store 1000 contacts within your phone book, each contact can contain the name and numbers of your contacts.

    Hello! I think that rugged smartphone with mechanical buttons is very good idea, but some operators provide the cellular communications on UMTS 850 frequency that unfortunately not supported in Galaxy Xcover models. I ask if is possible to add UMTS 850 frequency support on the next generations of Galaxy Xcover models? Thanks a lot!!!

    Hi Haaayden, You can free up space on your device by deleting old messages, contacts, applications and media. You may also be able to move some applications to your memory card to free up more internal memory. Thanks.

    The vehicle & its radio are one year old. The phone is of the same age. The xcover is recognized by the vehicle radio as the phone I D comes up on the radio screen. Likewise the Xcover recognizes the vehicle radio. as it shows on the phones screen. BUT no Bluetooth connection can be made. I have tested the radio by trying another phone it works fine. I took the Xcover to my local O2 shop, where they tested it by linking it to another Bluetooth device and it seemed to work ok. Any ideas as to the problem ?

    Hi Steve, It may be a compatibility issue between your device and your vehicle. We would recommend checking for software updates on your Xcover. You can do this by going to Settings on your phone > head right down to the bottom of that page to My phone or My device > the first option on this page should be Software update > click on this you will be given the option to check for updates. Once your phone is up to date you should also get in touch with the manufacture of your car to also check the software you are currently running is the up to date version. Once this is done try pairing through Bluetooth again. Hope this helps, Thanks
