    Hi Iainy, Please download and install the latest version of Samsung KIES to your PC as this contains the drivers for your phone. There is an option on KIES to transfer your media to and from your phone. Thanks

    I have purchased a universal in car charger from an EE outlet (in fact I have purchased 2) neither will charge my phone but the charger will perform correctly with other appliances.
