    Bought a new Galaxy Fame it does not have a USB cable within the box. Should it.

    Thank you Samsung. I got a old looking charger nothing else. The box was not opened in front of me. Also there seemed to be a lot of finger prints on the face of the phone. It would only receive calls now and then, despite people calling me. It was repaired but now will not sync to a computer since the repair, personally I think somebody else has had this phone and taken it back to the shop and its been resold to me as new.

    On the specifications it shows that the Fame has 4GB of Internal storage space but when i connect it to Kies it only shows 1,85GB AVAILABLE . Where did the other 2GB go ?????

    While memory cards can be used to expand the phone's memory, I have found that the Fame (and Ace) are not compatible with Sony Micro SDHC cards.

    if you turn the fone so it shows the Qwerty keyboard put in your word then press space button the word is then saved x

    Hi Saba, The keyboard in Jelly Bean now learns new words from Twitter, Google and repeated words input to the keyboard etc. and will add new and corrected words over a period of time. Thanks

    a friend of mine has a completely different phone and model but mentioned to me that he has tethering capability on his phone he proceeded to show me well i was wondeing if my galxy fame has this capability and also how do i access it if it does thank you

    Hi Stuart, With regard to the issue you are having connecting to your handsfree car kit via Bluetooth, please firstly ensure that the Bluetooth function is set up correctly by following the steps below: 1) Ensure that the Bluetooth function is turned on on both your devices - you can access this setting my going to 'Settings' >> 'Wireless and network settings >> 'Bluetooth'. 2) Ensure that both devices are visible to each other - you can access this setting my going to 'Settings' >> 'Wireless and network settings >> 'Bluetooth' >> 'Discoverable'. 3) Ensure that your devices are paired - you can access this setting my going to 'Settings' >> 'Wireless and network settings >> 'Bluetooth' >> 'Scan devices'.     i love my new phone, but i have heard that it should have a LED indicator light as does the Galaxy S3 and 4 do. I have searched Google and Youtube, but i can not find anything. Is there an LED indicator on this phone? If so, how do you get it working? (if you could point me in the right direction, it would be very helpful, thanks!)

    Hi Samantha, Yes, there should be a light at the top of your phone that lights up automatically when it is charging. If there is no light appearing on your phone it would suggest the phone has a fault and you should ring our technical support team on 0330 7267864. Thanks

    Hi Robain, There are only certain applications that can be saved to a memory card. Alot of applications are only made to be saved to phone memory. You can move applications from your phone to a memory card by following these instructions: Go to settings > Scroll across to the left to view ‘All Applications’ > Select the application you wish to move to your memory/SD card > If it is possible to move the app to the card the option will be on the screen, if the option is not there it will be because that particular app can only be saved to phone memory.
