The advertisements state 4GB but in reality the shipped apps take 3Gb of this, this limits this device massively meaning that only 1.18GB is available for user apps. The SD card must be made available for applications. Please remove the code inhibiting this feature.

The issue is that the phone was never updated to Android 4.2; youll have to do that yourself as it seems that Samsung will not be of any help.

Hi, Unfortunately there are only certain applications available to save to an SD card. You can see if an application can be moved to your SD card by following these steps: Go to Settings on your device Find Application manager Select an application you would like to move to SD card If this app can be move the option will appear on the screen Please note that other media files such as photos and videos can be stored on the SD card to free up phone memory space for applications that cannot be stored on the SD card. Thanks

The way I use the phone, along with some extra software, leads to a very short battery life - it requires recharging every 4 hours or so. I need at least 10 hour of operation time between charges.

I have an Android (jelly bean) tablet with WiFi but no 3G built in. I have an XCover2 (jelly bean) through vodafone and internet package. For when I have no WiFi for my tablet I would like to use the phone as an "internet modem" for connectivity. My laptop is able to use the phone (Windows) but I do not know how to set up the tablet to use it. I can connect to the XCover via a USB cable or Bluetooth. Stuck after that. Can anyone help?

Hi Anonymous, On the handset if you go to settings>more settings then activate portable wifi hotspot and check the configuration you can change the network name and password so when you perform a scan for Wi-Fi on your tablet and be able to gain access to the mobile data. Thanks.

Hi, If you have the 3G version of your tab you will be able to do this. Although if you have the WI-Fi model it will not accept a SIM card. Thanks.

To save time and data use, can you open emails in plain text rather than HTML format?

Hi Stigmacd, The emails will open in your email app in the format in which they were sent. Some companies offer the option to have your emails sent in plain text rather than HTML. Thanks

I use this model and run Tmware on it,but when it comes to getting a customer to sign a proof of delivery they have to use their finger nail to sign :-(. Not very professional :-)

Hi Ollie, There are no official Samsung stylus available for this device but you may be able to get a capacitive touch pen from a 3rd party vendor to suit. Thanks.
