    All Samsung Customer Service locations offer repair for Samsung Smartphones and Tablets only. (U.S. models only)
    You can also get a hands on experience with the latest products and mobile accessories or sign-up for complimentary workshops or one-on-one Product Training* on a variety of Samsung products.

    *Not all locations offer Product Training. Check your location to learn if Product Training is offered there.

  • What type of products can I bring in for repair?

    Repair and Service is available for Samsung Smartphones and Tablets only (U.S. models only) at your local Samsung Customer Service location.
    Please do not bring or try to bring any other Samsung products as they will not be repairable at the Samsung Customer Service location.

  • How soon will the repair be completed?

    The repair time will depend on the extent of the repair.
    The time of the repair will be given in more detail once the issue has been determined.

  • Do you only repair in-warranty Smartphones and Tablets?

    Both in-warranty or out-of-warranty Smartphones or Tablets can be repaired at the Samsung Customer Service location.

  • What is the cost of a repair?

    The cost of repair will depend on the extent of the repair and the warranty status.

  • Can I purchase new Samsung products at the Samsung Customer Service location?

    Samsung Smartphone and Tablet accessories are available for purchase at your Customer Service location.*

  • What types of repairs can I get?

    Our repairs include cracked screens, inoperable front and rear cameras, charging ports issues (except on Galaxy S3), microphones plus a multitude of other issues.

  • Do you offer software updates?

    Yes. We can assist with getting the latest Samsung software installed on your devices.

  • If my software is corrupted, can you fix it?

    We offer software fixes on devices that have the original build.

  • How do I get a status on my repair?

    We will try to repair your device while you wait; in case we need to order parts, then we will give you a call when your device is ready for pickup.

  • Can I return a product I bought from Samsung.com or an Authorized Retailer?

    No, a Samsung Customer Service location cannot accept returns for products purchased from Samsung.com or any other Samsung Authorized Retailer.
