[Smart Panel Install Guide]

1. When the Administrator Login window appears, type in root in the Login field and enter the system password.
2. Download and extract the Smart Panel. [root@localhost root]#tar xzf [Downloaded File Name(XXXX.tar.gz)]
3. The Smart Panel will be extracted as ''cdroot'' folder in current path.
4. Execute installation program. [root@localhost root]#./cdroot/Linux/smartpanel/install.sh
5. Smart Panel will be installed automatically and success message will be displayed in terminal.

[Printer Setting Utility Install Guide]

2. Download and extract the PSU. [root@localhost root]#tar xzf [Downloaded File Name(XXXX.tar.gz)]
3. The PSU will be extracted as ''cdroot'' folder in current path.
4. Execute installation program. [root@localhost root]#./cdroot/Linux/psu/install.sh
5. PSU will be installed automatically and success message will be displayed in terminal.

1. Make sure that you connect your machine to your computer. Turn both the computer and the machine on.
2. When the Administrator Login window appears, type in root in the Login field and enter the system password.

4. The driver will be extracted as ''cdroot'' folder in current path.

- Mac OS 10.1- [Install Program Execution]

1. Make sure that you connect the printer to the computer.
2. Double-click the ML-2850 Insatller 10.1.sit on your desktop.
3. Double-click the Installer icon.
4. Enter the password and click OK.
5. Choose the Easy Install and click Install.
6. After the installation is finished, click Quit.
   
   - For a USB-connected -1. Connect your printer to the computer via USB 2. Open the Applications folder __> Utilities, and Print Center. 3. Click Add Printer... on the Printer List. 4. Select the USB tab. 5. Select your USB-connected Printer from the Printer Name list and check if an appropriate driver is automatically loaded for ''Printer Model'' field. If an appropriate driver for your printer is NOT automatically loaded on the ''Printer Model'' field, 6. Set correct driver for your Printer.
7. Click Add.
8. If you can see the printer from printer list, make it default.

1. Make sure that you connect the printer to the computer.
2. Double-click the downloaded file on your computer.
3. Double-click Install Program icon.
4. After the installation is finished, click Quit.* For a USB-connected 1. Connect your printer to the computer via USB 2. Open the Applications folder -> Utilities, and Print Setup Utility.
   
   - For Macintosh OS 10.5 - 10.6, open System Preferences from the Applications folder, and click Printer & Fax.3. Click Add on the Printer List.
   
   - For Macintosh OS 10.5 - 10.6, press the ''+'' icon then a display window will pop up. 4. For Macintosh OS 10.3, select the USB tab.
   
   - For Macintosh OS 10.4, click Default Browser and find the USB connection.
   
   - For Macintosh OS 10.5 - 10.6, click Default and find the USB connection.
5. Select your USB-connected Printer from the Printer Name list and check if an appropriate driver is automatically loaded for ''Printer Using:'' field. If an appropriate driver for your printer is NOT automatically loaded on the ''Printer Using:'' field,
   
   - Select ''Samsung'' and set correct driver for your Printer.
   
   - For Macintosh OS 10.5 - 10.6, select ''Select a driver to use...'' and set correct driver for your Printer.
6. Click Add.
7. If you can see the printer from printer list, make it default.

[Install ProgramExecution]

1. Make sure that you connect the printer to ther computer. Turn on your computer and printer.
2. Double-click the ML-2850 Classic.sit on your desktop.
3. Double-click the Samsung LBP Installer Classic icon.
4. After the insatllation is finished, click Quit.
