How do I factory reset my device in Knox Configure?

1 From "Device Settings" (Non managed device) → Navigate to "Settings" → "General management" → "Reset" → "Factory data reset" → Select "Reset".
2 From Knox configure Console → select device with "Disable factory reset"

- Before proceeding make sure the device is in Configured state and connected to Network

• In KC console, Go to navigation bar (Left) → select "Devices" → "Devices".
• Select the Device ID of the device which require factory reset.
• Select "Actions" → "Reboot or factory reset".
• In the pop-up → select " Factory reset device(s) ".
• Click " Confirm ".
