I got early delivery from samsug UAE . Regret once again taken decision to try samaung. Battery draining fast , UI issues (hope this will be rectified.) And their trad-in partner evaluation is a joke.they valuated my note 10🤥 which is in very good condition under AED 30 😇.

S23 Ultra - after the latest update, the battery performance has drastically gone down ! considering i dont use the phone for any game etc., from 65% to 1% is about in 03 hours , without making any call etc, is not acceptable.

Just an update on my previous one; I brought a S24 Ultra 1TB online from Samsung Direct and it never worked, made calls and tried to contact online but staff have no clue. Finally handed over to service center in Ajman and got a call today mentioning that the MOTHERBOARD is defective and they wont replace but repair. Please be aware that this is how samsung sells defective high end phones and will not bother about the customer.

Samsung is talking about how strong is the mobile but the case is too weak to the limit that it was cracked while removing the bad quality Samsung case, do not buy this product at all.

Samsung always comes up with new and different features. Especially the ASTRO HYPERLAPSE feature is next level & one more thing the Battery timing is mind-blowing!

I bought this 6 months ago and it started overheating and discharging. Very strange issue for one of the most popular model from a trusted brand

So far Great mobile.. with astonishing camera.... I feel that I will use this for couple of years....

Pre-ordered this phone and got a scratched screen but the Service Center deemed it as not a factory defect even with the video during the unboxing. Spent extra money just to get the screen fixed and it ran for 1 month. Used the phone for almost 2 weeks and doesn't have any issue as of now. But how the hyped was killed by the experience getting this phone? It was a hassle and stressful experience.

Great Device,Great Battery,Great performance. But the Bundle offer of free 2 samsung care plus is a joke. They activated only 1 year Samsung care instead of 2 year coverage which is advertised. And i tried to solve this issue through samsung whatsapp channel,made direct call to 800 SAMSUNG, anyway nothing happened so far, no solution to resolve the issue. They never make a email communication or messages regarding our complaint, no complaint reference number,nothing. Everything is in air. I also visited nearby samsung stores, which they can't raise a complaint or they can't do anything because the device was ordered from the samsung online website. Which made my mind blank.How can a brand like Samsung can treat a customer like this. Advertise free 2 year samsung care and activate 1 year only and make the customer fool. My advise is just buy the device only, never fall for combo or bundle offer from samsung website. They just Cheat us.

Amazing in and out. So far, it's not MUCH difference than the predecessor, but exceeds in almost every way. The camera is fast, the screen is still beautiful, but polished, and the new one UI 6 update gives android users a bit of IOS magic. The battery is the biggest upgrade. I'm averaging about 12 hours on single charge an 7-8 hours screen on time. Compared to the s22ultra 3-4. It keeps up and it's never left behind by any means. It's still flawed in some areas, but with polarizing, it'll get better with time. The deisgn is also a step up. While the edges still curve, it's mostly flat allowing you to use more screen without accidental touches as well as the housing being flatter on the outside. This is a design that works greatly for such a big phone. Great work Sammy

This mobile is amazing.. I was using Note8, Note 20 Ultra 5G and now S23 Ultra. Its a Big difference from my previous mobile. I Love Galaxy phones..! Its super cool and massive.! 🫶🏻❤️

I'm like 4 months away from an upgrade and I can't wait. This s23+ doesn't respond to input, if I use Google maps and attempt to select add stop or accept alternative route it doesn't respond and i usually have to exit and then re-enter the app before it will. It has sound issues regularly, if I'm watching YouTube videos it usually takes 30 seconds for the sound to begin if it does at all. I'm rather annoyed by the issues considering how many previous versions there have been.

I've been with Samsung since my first Note 3 phone. All these years I was very happy with their phones. Not anymore! After I bought S23 ultra I feel like I was tricked! High end phone with miserable results! Main complaint- 200 mp camera! It is impossible to turn off so called intelligent optimization on 200 mp camera. After optimization my pics are ruined. Colors are way too pronounced, artificial and even ridiculous. I was patiently waiting for Samsung to fix this, especially since way too many people complained on inteligent optimization. It'd be nice if they'd actually listen their customers and give us an option to turn off intelligent optimization and enjoy power of 200 mp camera but they did not! I'm going to sell this phone and go with Samsung's biggest competitor. You lost another customer - permanently!

Samsung always brings something new, now with its 100x zoom, powerful edge detection, object remover, Xpert Raw, pro video and redesigned night mode just take it to the another level. But Samsung does need to understand that it should offer more UI and android updates to their customers. Using samsung flagships for more than a decade now, it is their most powerful phone yet. Battery consumption is way more intelligent. Looking forward to more by the samsung.

I have to touch the screen 3 to 4 times before it wor k s. Swipe isv terrible. Of ask the supposed smart phone I've ever owned, this one is the worst. My $ 60 j2 was 10x better than this $700 piece of garbage s23. It took me 10 minutes just to type this review becaus of how many times auto corrected tried to fix my type.b and still didn't work. I hate this I g ok ne phone 190 peradventure percent. Don't buy it. Out socks!

Great memory! Horrible battery life after 1st few weeks! Since I do a LOT of texing/writing, this matters... Dumb as a rock autocorrect! After a year it STILL changes EVERY "them" to "then" and vice versa among many other consistent errors. And to amd also comes to mind! And will not erase from dictionary! It constantly changes the correct words you type in to words that DO NOT belong in the English sentence structure! If this is ai based, it is a spiteful, petty creep no one would want to be around. Otherwise it is the worst programming I've ever seen! The GPS also either frequently takes me the longest possible route to where I'm going or completely wrong directions. My daughter has the exact same phone. Her GPS brings us right where we need to go. Idk what I did to make my fragile snowflake phone so butthurt at me, but it sure seems to be completely different than my daughter's phone!

Ive had the S23 for acouple months now and i really like it! I upgraded from the S21 and i have to say its much better. I do like the bigger screen for watching videos and such. Overall pretty happy with only have had acouple issues with bluetooth and the screen likes to randomly get brighter and then go right back to where it was...other than that and the price, im pretty happy with it

I bought one, it seemed great. I have a case on it and always have. I was amazed when I put my phone in my cars cupholder and while turning it slightly moved aside and shattered the screen with nearly 0 force. The screen then turned green and all LEDs failed to work rendering it useless. I paid $450 to replace it, and within a single week of using my new phone, I went to shut it off, pressed the power button, and the screen cracked right night to the power button from the miniscule force my finger pushed the button with. Will never buy another samsung product again, its embarassing that I was unintelligent enough to buy the 2nd one. Designed to break nearly instantly from nothing. Camera is amazing when the phone is bought, but quickly starts to lose quality and run much slower after only weeks. Lots of issues connecting to cars and using android auto. Very weak charging port that is likely to break

Just received a week ago my Samsung galaxy ultra, its beautiful design, love the photos and videos making on my ultra23, superb! It's as expected

My favorite music apps won't play, they cut off within a few minutes. Other people having this problem, too. The simple fixes such as battery optimization etc. don't work. It's a beautiful phone, but wish I had a less complex device that would simply let me use the same apps I've used for years.

I personally found this phone to be excellent, the display is brilliant, very clear and crisp, perfect when displaying photographs. For its size i found it lighter than i thought it would be..Finally the camera,.it's awesome almost as good as some of my camera. It's a phone I would recommend.

Notification have no setting to make it silent while playing music or during meditation. Whenever the media is on if any notification received it's slow the volume of music you will get sound of notifications. At party time or playing meditation sound this notifications quite disturbing

I got this the day it was made available like most everything only unlike my old s9 this one has no indication that you missed a call or that you have a message until you open it up the old phone had a light in the top left corner that would blink if you missed a call or had a txt

Most expensive phone I have ever bought full of hope a d promise . BUT CANNOT USE DUE TO RETINA SEARING FLASHING SCREEN AND ENDLESS ADVERTS . When you try to fix the screen they try to sell you a pizza ,when you do t buy the pizza they try to sell you a game or gambling etc ec

Phone is great but on the price side, you will always feel that you became fool because after few days the prices will go down and offers value became more excited. Which should be like, as a early customer i am liable to get more excited offer and lower price.

When you invest in a premium device like the S23 Ultra, you expect durability and reliability, not recurring screen issues across different models. Samsung’s reputation for quality was something I trusted, but now it feels undermined by these repeated defects in their flagship line. Because of this, I’m rethinking my loyalty to Samsung and considering other brands for my next purchase. I’ll also advise my friends and family to think carefully before choosing Samsung phones. I hope Samsung takes these concerns seriously and addresses these issues in future models, as they risk losing loyal customers if this trend continues.

Don't buy samsung s23 ultra...its durability is very poor...i accidently put my phone from a very very small distance...the entire display has been broken...worst durability...even the low budget phones are having better durability.....

I've had to restart my phone for over 10 times in the past two weeks, as it gets stuck frequently. I can't make calls, or access WhatsApp, and this is frustrating. I believe this started after the last two software updates

I bought s23 ultra this week, All features are best but one thing that made me Unsatisfied ''The spen is stucked! '' and phone is brand new, I'm requesting SAMSUNG company please take an action on these types of things

Brans new out of the box and constantly freezes and restarts. I have tried every trouble shooting method possible and nothing fixes this. Also the phone reminds me of an i-phone which is the last thing I wanted.

I can't use either facial recognition or fingerprint recognition to open the phone,instead I have to rely on a password Also typing in other languages is difficult due to autocorrection into English

I bought this device 2 and half month ago, before this I was user of s22 ultra. Camera with light balance, Battery Life, handling, design, awesome of s23ultra. Worth of purchasing.

I'm not satisfied with the back camera design and also Improve the front camera more. You must at least write the price of this product on the official web. Over all good.

Absolute garbage... screen flashes black while on calls pics don't send well between family phones. Switching between calls will have you throwing the phone... trash!!!
