What countries support the Samsung Galaxy Watch's ECG feature?

Use of the Samsung Health Monitor app requires a Galaxy Watch from a later version and a Samsung Galaxy smartphone with an OS update. The Samsung Health Monitor app only functions on watches and smartphones purchased in the countries where the service is now offered due to governmental limits on obtaining approval/registration as a medical device. When users reset their phones to factory default settings or uninstall and reinstall the Samsung Health Monitor app, nevertheless, service can be limited or unavailable when they travel to regions without service.
