I cannot see the ‘Extract text’ menu in the Samsung Keyboard on my Galaxy S26 series.

The ‘Extract Text’ menu in the Samsung Keyboard, which was previously available in the Expand toolbar(Samsung Keyboard > 3 horizontal dots on the top right > Extract Text), has been removed and no longer supported starting with One UI 8.5.
Instead, if you want to extract text from an image, you can use the Scan text feature available in the camera app.
(Path: Go to Camera > Photo > Tap Scan text icon appeared when viewing text image > Select action)
