What to do when the TV shows physical damage?

Samsung takes pride on it's product design. However, accidents that causes the product to break can lead to the voiding of the Samsung Warranty.
Such issue can be considered as mishandling and can be confirmed by a Samsung Service Engineer.

- Replacement of physical damage part will incur labor and part cost as per company warranty policy.
