Excelente soundbar. Tem sintonia com a tv e ao mesmo tempo os altofalantes da TV funcionam em conjunto com a soundbar (TV samsung). A conexao ideal é a HDMI-EARC, necessario comprar um cabo HDMI 2.1 (Vem um cabo com a soundbar que nao sei se é dessa qualidade, mas é curto). Graves muito bons. As caixas traseiras podem ficar na frente tambem caso queira, tem uma funcao na configuracao para vc indicar onde voce colocou as caixas. O som fica muito bom. Para filmes e jogos fica excelente, igual cinema ou até melhor.

Fujam, péssimo custo benefício. A qualidade de som deixa a desejar para um produto de R$ 4 mil. Já configurei de tudo que é jeito e não consigo ficar satisfeito e aceitar que um produto tão caro fornece tão pouco. As caixas traseiras vêm bisonhamente configuradas de fábrica para serem frontais, quando você configura para serem traseiras de fato o volume é baixíssimo, precisa deixar quase no máximo (nível 6) para escutar algo. O subwoofer quase nunca você sente funcionando, se aumentar o nível dele na verdade só aumenta nível de grave do som que sai da barra. Quando se escuta os efeitos surround são para lá de suspeitos, parece que o conteúdo tocado está mal mixado, mas é culpa da barra e não do conteúdo, pois já tive soundbar de concorrente com caixas traseiras e funcionavam de forma muito melhor. Além disso, minhas caixas traseiras vieram fisicamente DANIFICADAS de fábrica e só vi após já ter passado os 7 dias para devolução. Abri uma ordem de serviço na Samsung, recusaram e nem disseram o porquê! Frustrante, foi uma das piores compras da minha vida.

Comprei o produto e com menos de 6meses o som começou a ficar baixo ou intermitente Assistindo filme, serie, jogando ou ate com o decodificador. A melhor coisa foi colocar a sound bar na estante, apertar um botão de pareamento e ver o som da TV sair por ela. Logo de cara já dá pra perceber a diferença! O som se espalha pela sala como se tudo tivesse sido amplificado. Uma maravilha para os ouvidos!!!

I have always owned Samsung products, from cell phones to soundbars to TV's. My current TV is an 85in. QN92CA. Backed by a HW-QS750F 5.1.2 Subwoofer. We stream a lot, this really compliments our viewing and audio experience. We've also always had Samsung appliances.Thanks Samsung.

O meu veio bugado entrando em looping. Fica on piscando sem comando nos botões e controle. Com muito sacrifício estudo na internet consegui fazer ligar e resetar para configuração de fábrica. De vez em quando entra em looping novamente, aí tenho que deixar uns 5 minutos a tv e o soundbar desligado pro loop sair. Se continuar assim vou ter que assinar a assistência. Em relação ao som ele é excelente, vários ajustes e recomendo mesmo com o problema que veio nele. 1 estrela porquê era pra ter um controle de qualidade melhor antes de entregar o produto.

I bought this unit 2 weeks ago and the sound is epic. I have been using Denon Heos HS1 and I have been OK with it but after purchasing this sound bar, the Heos fades into oblivion. I know I am comparing apples to oranges but these two units are in the same price range. Their sound quality is not in the same category. Heos is 2:1 and Samsung is 9:1:4 . Spoil yourself and get this awesome unit, you will be blown away. In saying that if you want to use this mainly for listening to music, look elsewhere. My only regret is I should have bought Top of the range Q990.

Confesso que esperava mais pelo valor, tenho uma q600a e não vi tanta diferença, espero que continue aperfeiçoando através das atualizações. Poderia vir com os suportes para as caixas traseiras, tive que comprar em outro site e os cabos também são bem curtos. Estou gostando e a experiencia com conteúdos dolby é sensacional. A nota baixa é referente a péssima entrega... quase uma semana de atraso, sem justificativa, sem conseguir contato com a empresa de transporte, somente na base da oração mesmo.

Siga o passo abaixo para configurar a saída de som na TV Samsung: Menu > Configurações > Som > Saída de Som > Selecionar conforme a conexão utilizada (Ex: HDMI, Optico) Para TVs de outra marca, orientamos a consultar o manual do produto. O meu aviso mais importante é o seguinte: O CABO HDMI quem vem na caixa da própria SOUNDBAR não presta! ele não suporta HDMI ARC. Fiquei 1:30h tentando encontrar o problema de conexão, sendo que o defeito era o CABO HDMI é muito RIDÍCULO os caras mandar um cabo que não é compatível com próprio produto. Ademais, sobre a Soundbar em si não tem o que reclamar as caixas laterais tem som bem presente e o Subgrave é bem forte também.

Purchased with the current cashback offer, took a ount on it as I was looking more like getting the 800 however with the additional cashback it seemed like a no brainer to take the 930 instead. I really dont regret it, the rear surrounds really add to it and tonight when the family were in bed I was bale to use SmartThings to enable the rears only so I could still watch a movie and not disturb anyone. I guess if you can push for the 990 you would get an even better product but this was really my limit. Loving it so far and I really cant recommend it highly enough. I have had Bose Accoustimas systems in the past and this really does put up and probably even better that tbf. The surround sound on my limited ATMOS movies I have access to is just outstanding a real cinema experience at home.

O som é realmente bom, porém não sei se o minha tv está com problema (S90C) ou a soundbar (ambos comprados recentemente). O som da caixa central simplesmente fica extremamente baixo, ao ponto de não saber o que está sendo dito. O volume da voz fica inaudível. Sendo todo o conjunto samsung, não faz sentido isso acontecer. Só consigo escutar a voz quando altero para PCM na tv, sendo que isso deixa em 2.1. De que adianta um sistema com mais canais que não funciona bem?

This is by far the best sound bar we have ever purchased. It is crystal clear with deep THX quality bass and treble which do not distort at high volumes. The surround sound experience is just like being at the cinemas. It was very easy to set up (power connection and HDMI eARC, that's it!). This soundbar looks brilliant next to Samsung 85 Crystal UHD. Highly recommend! Took the advantage of 50% off offer via EAP!

Excellent overall sound; sounds like you're in a small theater. Not only is there bass and treble settings but you can actually change the volume level of all nine speakers in the sound bar, individually. Once everything was plugged in, all the speakers and subwoofer paired up and started working immediately. The owners manual is completely worthless but thankfully the set up is really easy. I just wish there was some information about all the different options and controls using the remote control. There's absolutely zero information on the remote control in the manual. You can luckily download the owners manual on this site. That's where you find out all the information on the remote control and all the options. If you only have the owners manual you'll never know everything The unit will do. That in no way takes away from the quality of this product though. Super great sound.

Comprei o aparelho esse mês e só tenho que dar os parabéns a SAMSUNG pelo produto espetacular. Não tinha como não vir aqui e transmitir meu sentimento de alegria e satisfação. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been streaming music on this Soundbar prior to my TV arriving and on connecting the TV the unit knew it was receiving sound Via earc yet no sound was coming through. Hours of frustration led me to pack it all up and tell the supplier I was bringing it back for a full credit. The next morning I thought I would just check it all again before making the 1.5 hour drive back to my supplier and it all worked perfectly. I then proceeded to stream music again and when I switched it over to TV yep you guessed it no sound unless I fully unplugged the sound bar. I did this for three days until I finally found someone at my supplier who has experienced the same issue when setting this model unit up in his store. I was advised to unplug everything and then connect it all in the following order - 1 the tv to,the sound bar via earc 2 plug sound bar in 3 plug the sub woofer in 4 plug in the rear speakers. Since doing this I haven’t had any issues however this was not in any instructions nor was it on your website

Packed with features, including an App to drive it. It's not a bulky bar either, quite sleek and looks better than the previous one we had. Highly recommend this model.

Amazing speaker, 10/10 for value, one of the best surround sound bars on the market. Only downside is syncing issues when using q symphony so you have to delay the tv audio to sync with the soundbar. Other then this amazing product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this soundbar with a TV i upgraded, I had difficulty with the installation in smartthings, it seemed ok, but there was some firmware update applied not long after I installed it (automatically). It took a while for me to realize this occurred as there were issues with the device, it was only hearingthe updated failed message that made me look more into it. I had to arrange to take the entire unit to a repair centre. This is not really a carry in item as all parts needed to be taken in. I did wait a few weeks in case there was a new release firmware but that did not install at all. The only way I knew that there was an actual issue was my Google feed had the 990d bricked firmware stories. Whist it was not that bad the soundbar did not perform great until repaired. Once repaired and reconnected to the TV, this was when I could actually hear what I was expecting. I have a large space and placement of the rear speakers took a little adjusting and ensuring the settings were correct for Q-symphony and now it is a great unit. I am still trying to understand the expected in/out quality and have used all the TV hdmi leaving only one in the soundbar. The model up does have this additional input. Overall I am now happy with this purchase and did get it for a good price, I just hope there are no further issues.
