While the Active Noise Cancelling feature works well, it’s helpful to know it’s best compared to higher-end models. The comfortable fit and practical design, with options for different ear tip and wing tip sizes, seem to add to the overall experience. As you noted, they aren’t waterproof but can withstand rain, which adds a layer of reliability. It is crucial that when they do get wet, make sure to dry them off afterward to ensure the best performance. With the 60 mAh battery, these buds offer up to 7 hours of play time per charge, which can be extended to up to 26 hours with a fully charged case. If one or both of your Galaxy earbuds are not charging or turning on, the challenge may be related to either the earbuds or the charging case. Using a charger that isn’t approved by Samsung can lead to charging malfunctions, and it's also possible that the earbuds may be damaged. To troubleshoot, please try fully charging the case, checking the earbuds for any signs of damage, or restarting the earbuds. Check out the link attached for options to help troubleshoot this. Samsung products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship.
