The key board is really nice to type with. Sort of amazing with it being so thin. Feels quality. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the keys closer to the top of the keyboard stick when pressed. The corner of the keycap gets hung under the key frame if you don't press directly down on the keys, or if you press them a little too hard. However, it's not enough to affect accuracy, it's just something that catches your attention when it happens. I have no other tablet keyboard cases to compare it to, but it would be hard to beat the overall enjoyable typing experience on a genuine Samsung keyboard case.

I have not had this that long and I am already missing 2 keys that feel off and are not able to be put back on. Missing an "a" on a keyboard and trying to type is not very fun.

Pretty disappointed with the keyboard element of this product. It disconnects randomly whilst still being detected by the tablet so won't allow us to type. The only way to clear the issue is to disconnect the keyboard from the tablet and reconnect it again. The tablet still recognises the hardware connection which I confirmed through the settings menus. The case element is good though. I'm going to return it as defective then buy a case and seperate BT keyboard!

Very useful to complete tasks when you are on the go. Ever since I got the product I feel that it has maximized my tasks due to the integrated keyboard. I wish the product came in different colors or vibrant designs to move away from the typical dark grey and very professional style. Also, it would be also great if it came with protection for the corners of the tablet to protect it from falls.

Loses connectivity frequency and without any real reason. I'm typing, stop to scroll a bit, try typing again and the keyboard doesn't work becauseits no longer connected. I have to detach from the tablet and reattach it in order to get it to work again. It's very frustrating and not very user friendly.

The connection to the tabelt and keyboard diconnects if you are not typing for awhile. I never had any issues with my very old Tab 10.4 keyboard. I wish there was a better way that they can improve the connection, without cutting off especial how expensive this keyboard and case was. Come on Samsung.

Excellent keyboard, however I have a few gripes with it. There's no way to adjust the angle of the keyboard, and it's not comfortable to use on your lap because of it. This also offers little in the way of protection for the sides of the tablet, I wouldn't risk dropping it on the sidewalk...

This is a great way to make using your Samsung tablet way easier. It makes typing so easy that my tablet has become my go to for quick searches and not my laptop any more. Only reason it lost a star is every now and then it doesn't make prefect contact and you have to wiggle it into place.

This book cover is too clunky. I preferred the Book Cover Keyboard for the Tab S7+. With the S7+ Book Cover I can disconnect the keyboard and use it with the stand by itself. The S9+ doesn't have this feature.

As it is made by Samsung it is a perfect fit for the device and nicely holds the S-Pen in place. It looks good and does offer limited protection from scrapes and scratches etc. However, thats where the pro's end and the con's begin. It feels filmsy, especially if working from an uneven surface, such as a lap. The keys feel cheap. The connection to the device continuously fails and has to be detached and re-attached in order to make it work again, although while working the keys are generally responsive and accurate. In use, there is only one viewing angle that the cover supports, which really only suits being sat at a table. Sadly, the greatest failing is that the keyboard cover offers the tablet virtually no protection from being dropped, as happened to me. The magnetic clasp is not strong enough to withstand a drop, even from waist height, causing the tablet to be ejected from the case. Also the corners and edges of the device have no protection whatsoever, resulting, at least for me, in a smashed screen and scuffed edges. For this quality, I would expect the cover to be less than a 3rd of the price. At least I got mine free with the tablet. At the full price I cannot recommend it at all.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 9+/FE+ Book Cover Keyboard is a great accessory. Good: (1) Light Weight compact profile, (2) protected and removable storage space for the S-Pen enabling a fully charged and ready S-Pen, (3) handsome folio appeal and, (4) fully functional keyboard. Bad: (1) In contrast to S7+ and S8+ keyboard cover slim, the storage slot for the pen no longer follows the keyboard leaving a feel of a less stable keyboard cover when seated on the lap - the back feels like it dips as opposed to remaining a solid component. (2) Material picks up finger prints easily. (3) Only 1 viewing position. (4) Cover does not protect outer edges or corners of the tablet. (5) No backlighting for the keys. Bottom Line: Recommended. Despite the noted deficiencies, the book cover keyboard slim performs as advertised and serves as the basis to enable productivity. Pair this with an external blue tooth mouse or utilization of the S-Pen and you've converted the tablet into a a fully operational workstation. What would make this tablet great is protection on the corners, back lighted keyboard, and return of the optional storage after the keyboard without removing the protected S-Pen charging storage.
