The beverage center with the unique two door design is great too, allowing for just use of accessing beverages or opening that side of the refrigerator. The middle drawer flex space is amazing too, with the ability to change the temperature and storage use. Of course when paired with the smart things app, it’s really great to customize, monitor, and change settings remotely which is very convenient. The cooling capacity features a wide range of options throughout with the ability to section off the cooling areas. Truly a modern marvel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great design all the way around. Space is maximized for a 22 cu ft fridge. The beverage center and ice compartments are highlights. We love the pitcher. It has so many uses and fills itself back up automatically. The shelves in the beverage center hold bottles of water and cans both. They stay ice cold. The two sizes of ice cubes are great and since they are in the freezer instead of the fridge compartment, the ice does not stick together and the scoop and ice cover are so cool. The freezer still holds a lot of stuff. The flex drawer keeps meats and cheeses cold and fresher longer. The fridge shelves are flexible and roomy holding taller bottles and jugs or sodas. Overall a beautiful appliance.

We ordered the blue for frig doors to match our backsplash and white for bottom to match cabinets. It looks amazing and fun. Also did counter depth to fit more inline with our galley type kitchen. It has more room than we anticipated, but we are now empty nesters and family of 2. The middle pull out drawer is a bonus for us and use it for deli type items vs setting it up as freezer items. I thought we may miss the ice dispenser but turns out not a big deal because we love the 2 different cube sizes. At some point we may order different color panels to mix it up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my refrigerator, it’s good size under the cabinet, it fits right in the cabinet white color. I like the ice compartment á lót, ice always separate one by one, takes really quickly to make ice as well. I was worried about the ice maker that we had with our old Samsung, but this one is perfect. The frozen compartment has two layers which I use one for cooked food, ice cream, frozen fruits, one for frozen meat. You can change the dept of the shelves as well. The middle drawer I use to store eggs, cheese, butter. It is big enough that I sometimes put the whole soup pot inside. I recommend this 4 doors than the 4 side doors. The 4 side door model seems not big and the ice maker is not good as my friend owns it told me.

I use the middle drawer for wine. Now I never have to open the main refrigerator for drinks which was the main reason I was opening the doors during the day. I also like how high up the food sits. It makes it easy to find things and my fridge looks like a food museum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator is beautiful. The beverage center is so nice. I gave five stars because we did have issues but I felt that customer service was responsive. The installation guys did a good job considering what they had to work with. we had plenty of space when measuring from the floor level. However, we did not know how important it was to measure all the way up the wall. I guess our house had settled or the wall was never plumb in the first place. In short my only criticism would be more emphasis for the non-savvy that it is critical that the entire 3-D space that will “house” the refrigerator is correct. it was a huge challenge to fix, and ultimately we will be getting a contractor to fix the wall so that it is straight and does not narrow at the top. The pictures attached will show the problem. A couple of the plastic parts were cracked and based on calling customer service I believe they are going to get these fixed for us. Oh, one more thing, instructions for auto water refill confusing. The bottom button acts as a set mode but after 3 seconds changes. hard to describe.

I'm very forgetful and the glass panels is one of the reasons why I chose this fridge over others. I write my meal plans on it, memos, etc and since my kitchen is essentially the command center of the house and I'm always passing by it's the perfect place to write things I don't want to forget. :) Something to keep in mind is to keep a clearance for opening the french doors of the fridge. I left a 5 inch gap between the wall to the left of the fridge so the hinge has space to open and the fridge door won't touch the wall when opened to the maximum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i can't say enough good things about this fridge. i absolutely love it!!!! i waited a very long time for the perfect fridge to come available and man is it perfect. it was important to me to have a third drawer that would fit drinks and this does it. it holds regular canned drinks standing up which is sweet and then our protein drinks rowed up. i also despise outside water and ice but do like having both so the beverage center is the coolest option out there. the self fillable water pitcher comes so in handy as we use it to fill our keurig and the pets water bowls daily. i seriously love the features of this fridge and that its counter depth as we have an older home and most newer fridges will not fit. the 2 different ice sizes is pretty cool and providing a ice shovel is a sweet addition.

The counter depth, flush front gave much needed space for the kitchen. The inside is spacious & well lit. The auto fill pitcher is so convenient. I love the 2 sizes of ice. Delivery & set up was easy. Within 12 hours the inside was at the proper temperature & the ice buckets were filling. We did have to set the freezer at -2 degrees instead of zero to jump start the freezing. We were told to do this by customer support after noticing no cooling for a couple hours. It quickly began cooling afterwards. I love the morning blue color—it could be called blue green. Overall, I’m so pleased.

It has the top refrigerator door with a beverage door on the left which only open for your quick items so you don't have to open up the whole frig. We love the water dispenser container as well. As soon as you use any water, shut the door it's refilling within a minute. The middle drawer can be used for anything! We use it for deli items (cheese, salami, etc) or it can be used as a freezer (just have to adjust the settings super easy) And the freezer section is good size plus you get 2 sizes of ice cubes! Love this new refrigerator. Highly recommend it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i absolutely love this fridge!! it's super sleek and the white panels look amazing, with neutral gray undertones that look beautiful. i love that you can swap out panels if they get damaged or if you want to switch up the color. only things to point out is that the front of the fridge isn't magnetic, and since it's not a pure white, i would recommend checking the colors out in person to make sure they work for you. i got the counter-depth fridge that only sticks out just enough to allow the doors to open, and it's a great size. it also has regular and bite size ice. but my absolute favorite feature is the beverage center - the autofill pitcher is so nice and super convenient. the samsung app can also let you know if you leave your fridge door open. overall, super pleased with this fridge.

I really like the fact that you can change the temperature for different compartments of the refrigerator. The fact that it will alert you when to change the filter or if the door is still open is great! My favorite part is the hidden beverage center which was the buying point for me. Went with the counter depth size and I did not regret my choice! I was apprehensive at first when I read all the issues about the ice maker. The absolute best feature that I always show-off the the Beverage Center. A full liter of water is waiting for you to grab and quickly fill whatever you need…..a water bottle, a pot, your coffee maker, or just a glass. There is a single water fill up as well but the pitcher is always my go to! Another excellent feature is the Flex Drawer. We generally use it to store deli items and beverages (which it can hold an entire case of pop standing up in just 1/2 the drawer space. The freezer is spacious enough to accommodate our family. You also have both nugget ice and cubed ice ready to go! I have not seen another refrigerator with all of these features available and definitely not at this price point! We bought a second one for our vacation home because we’ve been so pleased with it.

Keeps my food cold and fresh for way longer that a regular fridge. During the big storm that came thru I was without power for almost 24 hours and my fridge didn't let anything go bad. (We did not open it during this period ) The look of my fridge is amazing. I love the wifi connection. Would like to buy a pink panel but they are not easy to find unfortunately but I still love my fridge. At first you could take a picture of say your dog and they would put that on the panels. None of them where familiar with Samsung's Glass front fridges and how you can pick different colors to match your home or kitchen. We quickly put the dual ice making capabilities to the test and had a happy hour. I can't say enough positive things about the refrigerator. The water that comes out of it taste great. The auto refill pitcher is brilliant. I personally don't like water dispensers that appear at the front of a fridge. So i love that mine is hidden. We're using the flex draw as our kids snack/beverage space. Which is great with my young kids. They know that's their draw and they can take any snacks/food from it.

I love the modern design and finish, there’s plenty of space, and the cooling has been very consistent. I also really like the SmartThings integration and being able to monitor and control the fridge from my phone. The one thing I don’t like is the design of the recessed handles on the drawers. They have very narrow gaps and tight corners where crumbs and food can get trapped, and they’re surprisingly difficult to clean. I wish Samsung had designed those areas to be easier to access and wipe down. Other than that, I’m very happy with the refrigerator and would definitely recommend it.

Then the water tasted nasty. (I have a whole home filter then a reverse osmosis filter 5 stage and the fridge filter just for reference) next I noticed everything in deli drawer goes bad after 2 weeks of purchase. I called samsung and texted and messaged through members and all the support was useless as half of them kept transferring me. This has been a horrible experience with this fridge. P.s. I put a aqara humidity sensor in the fridge and it was all over the place.

This is, by far, the worst refrigerator we've ever owned. We bought it in April 2022 because it looked so nice, had dual ice makers and fit our space. Since then, we've had the ice makers replaced 3 times and 1 is still not working, the entire motor went out resulting in food loss and the drawers have dimpled. The freezer constantly freezes over and the pitcher in the beverage center frequently has algae. When I enter a warranty claim, one particular vendor comes out, even though i specifically request that it's not them, diagnoses the problem, enters a claim and then closes it. The amount of time I've spent on the phone or dealing with repair people is ridiculous. I asked about the door dimpling and was told if we claim it, it will void the warranty because it looks like we damaged it. I'm hoping it lasts until our 3 year warranty expires.

But we did have a coupon and decided to give Samsung another try. We moved into a brand new condo and needed to purchase a new refrigerator. We decided on the Bespoke 4-Door French Door with Beverage center and we are thrilled with it. The Beverage Center is a GRAND SLAM! We use it all the time and there have been zero problems with the ice maker. Keeping the ice in the freezer is great! Always plenty of ice and the water pitcher is used more than the water dispenser. The extra section door is just great for keeping those foods that need just a little different temp setting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this fridge for 2 months now and love it. The beverage center and 2 types of ice are my highlights. It’s easy to clean - a microfiber cloth wipes off any fingerprints. I love the clean look of no handles and the counter depth doesn’t intrude into our kitchen too much, really just the door depth. Seems quiet so far, the occasional hum or water/ice filling noises and we are open plan so I’m conscious of noises. The drinks drawer is great, we have used it for cans of soda/juices/waters but also for wine for a party. The freezer is a little on the smaller side - great for the two is us but you might want to check it first if you have a large family (we bought counter depth)

I’ve had it for nearly two weeks and am still mesmerized by its features. It automatically refills the water pitcher, produces two sizes of ice and when you download the app, it will tell you when your refrigerator is open! The flex zone space is a feature that I love-you can adjust it for a power freeze, for wine, for deli or for meats. My husband was skeptical of the bottom freezer , but there is plenty of space for many items. With the Samsung SmartThings app you can adjust the temperature or the fridge and freezer and get notified if the refrigerator is open too long. I highly recommend the Samsung Bespoke refrigerator. It has a classy look with minimal lines (we got the refrigerator with the recessed handles which does take a little getting used to). It is super quiet, spacious and advanced.

We decided to get the Bespoke fridge with white glass panels and it looks so beautiful in our kitchen. The beverage station is probably our favorite feature - something you don't think you need until you have it. Lots of space in each compartment. The counter depth fridge doesn't fit a large pizza box, which is a minor nuisance. Otherwise, we love the flex middle compartment to store snacks and deli items. Having the 2 sized ice cubes is nice. The inside is easy to wipe down and clean. The white glass doesn't show my little toddlers fingerprints, which is also a plus. Delivery went smoothly. They delivered the fridge with the glass panels attached and we were able to use it right away since the fridge is stored and delivered upright. Overall, we love our fridge and get compliments on it all the time.

I waited a very long time for the perfect fridge to come available and man is it perfect. It was important to me to have a third drawer that would fit drinks and this does it. It holds regular canned drinks standing up which is sweet and then our protein drinks rowed up. I also despise outside water and ice but do like having both so the beverage center is the coolest option out there. The self fillable water pitcher comes so in handy as we use it to fill our Keurig and the pets water bowls daily. I seriously love the features of this fridge and that its counter depth as we have an older home and most newer fridges will not fit. The 2 different ice sizes is pretty cool and providing a ice shovel is a sweet addition. Overall, this fridge is very spacious as you can fit very tall items and there are lots of door pockets that come in handy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 2nd Samsung Fridge and my last one (which I really liked) had the same 4 door layout. I really love this one so much more. I really like the simplistic design with the water dispenser hidden. It really makes the unit feel more premium. It also has a flat door instead of my last fridge which had a more curved door. It gives you more door storage space. At least it seems that way to me. I also really like how they moved the icemaker to the freezer area, including an option for two different types of ice. It gives you more space in the fridge where the old ice maker used to be. I have an RO line ran to the fridge so it makes great ice. Its also great that you can adjust all the settings using an app on the phone. Makes it really convenient. Only thing I wish it had was the family hub (which is an option for this fridge). I love the fact that if I ever decide to change my cabinet colors, I can order panels to match on the fridge!

I love this refrigerator! I was initially drawn to the Morning Blue glass front. I like it that someone at Samsung asked themselves, why can't refrigerators be pretty? Now that I have it, I really appreciate the convenience of the beverage center. I didn't think I would need or use the auto-filling water pitcher but I use it every day. I like have the water dispenser behind the glass. Love the little ice bites and the roomy freezer space. And the flexible drawer that can be a freezer or for deli. It's just a great refrigerator all around. Mine is counter depth and fits right in. Love it!

I love this refrigerator. It holds more than it looks like it would, great use of space. No issues with cooling and is consistant. The ice maker is fantastic, thought it might be a pain to open the freezer each time but love it. We don’t run out of ice and kids love the smaller cubes. The look of it is so sleek, I love the glass finish. One suggestion to Samsung, change to a zero clearance hinge and you could make it flush to the cabinet. It sticks out 4 inches in order to open the doors; I built my upper out a few inches to compensate so it’s not bad but could be outstanding with better hinge. Also, note it is NOT white. Since it was going into new build and I could pick my paint so I chose to match the cabinets to the appliances, I didn’t want bright white so this worked even if I hadn't picked Bespoke. I love the color, I painted my cabinets SW First Star and I think it is spot on. I see reviews about maintenance issues but seems to be the norm of all of them, I got the 5 yr warranty just in case. Had everything since the fall of 2025 and love the refrigerator and all my Bespoke appliances.

It has all the practical aspects I have ever wanted from a fridge, along with several awesome bells and whistles. We always have a full fridge. We homeschool, so myself and 2 teens are home most of the time. That means a lot of consumed food. Previously, a full fridge meant everyone ignored more than half of what was in there. Not anymore. ALL of the food is easy to see and access. We no longer use bottled water. The beverage center is so convenient. 2 sizes of ice, water dispenser and full pitcher, always there and waiting. We use the center drawer for the popular snacks, and any left overs and need attention. The outside is sleek and attractive, and is magnet friendly!! The freezer holds more than I ever expected. The cover over the ice tray can be tricky to get open, especially one handed, but that is my only critique of this fridge. Everyone in my family randomly states, " I love our new fridge". Being as it really is the hub of our house, I don't know there is a better compliment than that!

I love that I can contact my electric company to set up the off peak demand. With the Off Peak demand function the electric company will help control the power consumption of the ice maker/defrost during the lower power cost hours. This refrigerator is a 4 door with so many available options including a beverage center with the infusion water pitcher, or you can get your water from the water dispenser inside of the beverage center. It has an ice maker that makes two different styles of ice, cubed ice and bite size ice. The top of the refrigerator is for your everyday items like Fruits, Vegetables , and condiments. With the 3rd drawer which is called the FlexZone, You can set this on four different modes, Wine,Deli,beverage or Meat/Fish. You can also set it up for a soft freeze. The freezer has 3 section which is plenty of room for all of my freezer items. Samsung has went above and beyond when making this refrigerator. I would highly encourage anyone who wants or needs this style of refrigerator to get it you wont regret it that is for certain.

It is more like a pieces of furniture than an appliance with its sleek look and colors. For the last month we've enjoyed so many of it's features. The filtered water pitcher that refills itself. The quick access to the water and beverages without opening the door. Love love the small cubes of ice with the handy dispense tray and scoop. The middle drawer for fruits and vegetables. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the 3rd fridge that I purchased since I moved to USA 20 years ago. And by far, this is the most amazing refrigerator that I’ve ever had. Look: It does look very modern, and I invited a couple of friends that had great comments about the appearance. Size: It perfectly fit a counter deep kitchen furniture. Refrigerator: Plenty of space, plenty of ways to organize stuff. Freezer: Great space for family of 5, and love that we have 2 size of ice. Flexzone: This is my daughter space, since you can program the temperature you want on that drawer, we place everything that my 4 years old daughter can grab. That way we don’t need to worry. App: You can change the temperature of the fridge and freezer and change the mode of the Flexzone, great addition. Beverage Center: I think that this is the most amazing eature, I love to always be able to grab a jar full of cold water. Also, the water dispenser works while the door is open, this is mind blowing!!!! After two weeks my 4 years old daughter was on a tantrum and throw a toy to the refrigerator. It did a small ding on the door, the good news is that you can easily (very easily) exchange the door. That is a blessing

We bought this fridge about a year ago and so far we have been happy with it. Some positives would be the dual ice maker, the beverage center, so you always have the option to have cold water and the middle drawer for storage of cheeses and butters, so you don’t have to open the entire fridge. Our few negatives would be that the second shelf only has one side that slides back for taller items (that doesn’t give it much space at all for stuff like milk, juice bottles, wine) and our other negative would be that the interchangeable doors are super basic colors with no doors of style. We would love to see some panels for farmhouse decor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We moved into a new home last fall, and we had been using our “garage” fridge that was not very pretty refrigerator up until we received our Samsung Bespoke with Beverage Center. The counter depth size is exactly what we needed to fit in our kitchen, and it does fit perfectly. I also knew I wanted a water dispenser and ice maker. I wasn’t sure how I would feel about the ice being in the freezer drawer, but I actually don’t mind it at all. I absolutely love that we have the option for 2 sizes of ice, I prefer the smaller size. I love so many things about this refrigerator. The beverage center makes it easy to grab a drink without digging through fridge and my daughter likes that I keep it filled with juice boxes. I also make tea pretty regularly and the pitcher comes in handy for that. I don’t have to sit with my pitcher under the dispenser anymore waiting for it to fill. I was worried with it being counter depth that we would lose out on space, but I feel like it has way more usable room than I expected, especially since it doesn’t have the icemaker in the top like some others do. The doors hold a lot, there are adjustable shelves and ones of the shelves fold in to expand for taller items. I can’t forget to mention the flex drawer, we use this for cheese and meats basically. I love that it can be adjusted to use for other things, but for us we use a lot of cheese, deli meat and on the go foods. It is so easy to keep clean. I really love this fridge and how it looks in my kitchen.

The drawers pull out and close very smoothly not clunky. This is my first Samsung refrigerator, and it definitely beats my previous refrigerator. Very importantly, it cools the food and freezes everything perfectly. I love the design! It is very clean and Ultra modern looking and attractive and eye-catching to look at. Every time I walk into the kitchen it attracts my eye because of its beauty. I love the fact that it has interchangeable glass panel for different colors. The beverage center is awesome. We in this household love to drink beverages all day almost any kind of beverages so this is perfect! The glass shelves have a very cute design and is very high quality and clean. I love the block wide size of the refrigerator doors you'll see if you buy one😊 it's very nice I love opening and closing my door it doesn't slap shut it closes nicely. Everything about it is user friendly. The bottom drawer freezer is solid so no small items will slip out onto the floor or in the back of the fridge like my old refrigerator did. Same for the sides they have slots that are narrow so it's hard for anything to slip through. It is counter depth. It has LED lights and the controls are easy to read and understand and use. I think it's worth the price definitely! And especially if you're looking for this type of look and style, I think buyers should definitely get one! I recommend this to anybody. Five big stars out of five. An awesome refrigerator!

I didn't know I was capable of loving a fridge, but I am, and this is the one for me. It's even more beautiful in person--it's like a piece of art. And it makes me feel like we're more organized. I like accessing the flex drawer for cheeses, butter, and deli meats without having to go into the big fridge. I love the beverage center's convenience while also maintaining the clean look of the fridge. LOVE! Oh, and TWO kinds of ice!!
