Es el mejor teléfono que he tenido, es muy fino y me cayó desde un tercer piso por las escaleras y ni un rasguño. Lo volvería a comprar. La cámara de fotos no es premium pero es suficiente y la batería la cargo una vez al día.

I bought this phone as a replacement to a previous M32 which fell of a table and broke. However, this phone will not accept a second sim (I use one for France and one for UK). It also does not have an output jack, so it can't be used in some cars without a bluetooth audio link or with ear phones.
Recomendé este producto.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us, Simon. We are sorry to read that you are unhappy your new Galaxy M53 due to your SIM not working and the lack of an auxillary port. If you would like to connect it to your car, we recommend getting a Bluetooth to auxiliary adapter that connected to your cars auxiliary port, then connects to phone via Bluetooth. Samsung UK Reviews Team

We're pleased to see that you're loving your M53 5G, particularly its quick response times and pro-grade camera, so we'd like to help make sure that you are getting everything that you need from it. If you are no longer seeing the microphone then we'd recommend trying these two troubleshooting steps. Firstly we'd recommend resetting the keyboard, which you can do by going to Settings > General Management > Samsung Keyboard Settings > Reset to default > Reset keyboard > Reset. After doing this we'd then advise to enable to voice typing by going to Settings > Apps. - Tap the icon that looks like a tower on the right side of the word "Your apps," then enable "Show system apps." If you do still require assistance after this then we'd recommend speaking to our Customer Support team, who will be happy to go through all other available options with you. You can find details for the different ways to contact them, plus their opening times, by following this link: https://spr.ly/6421gy8T7 ^DB at Samsung Support

Seems.wuite buggy. Web pages often don't display properly. Apps like chrome and maps will stop responding to touch on certain zones of the screen. Have to restart the phone at these times. This despite reinstalling the apps.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, Ciaran! We are sorry to read that you are having trouble with certain aspects of your M53 5G. To ensure the best performance, please ensure your phone is running on the latest software. You can check for updates in Settings > Software Update > Download and Install. If your phone is on the latest software, we recommend testing the issue while your phone is in safe mode. Safe Mode will temporarily disable all your third-party apps. This can be very helpful to determine if an app you have downloaded has caused a fault. Here is a handy guide on how to use Safe Mode: https://bit.ly/HowToUseSafeMode. If you have followed our advice, and still experience the issues you have described, please don't hesitate to contact our Technical Support Team, who will be happy to help.
