Malgré ses 65 pouces, elle reste très discrète dans la pièce, notamment grâce à son design soigné et son contour imitation teck qui s’intègre parfaitement à notre intérieur. La qualité de l’image est excellente, avec des couleurs fidèles et un rendu très net. L’un des vrais plus : l’écran ne reflète quasiment pas la lumière, ce qui rend le visionnage très agréable, même en pleine journée. Nous l’avons couplée à une barre de son Samsung, ce qui complète parfaitement l’expérience audio-visuelle. Le résultat est immersif, élégant et très satisfaisant au quotidien. Je recommande sans hésiter !

This is our 2nd Frame. 1st one lasted 5+ years, then the motherboard developed a glitch where it would turn off, intermittently on its own. After extensive diagnosing, we determined that our surge protector did not prevent a power surge from damaging the unit. We had & have the 65” Frame. Very TV”s that size are more than 50% cheaper, but we made the conscious decision to stay with the 65”, but upgraded to the Neo Pro (non-glass museum quality glass. One of the best decisions we’ve made (regarding a TV). Curiously enough, the next best TV decision we’ve made is to invest in the custom bezel, truly makes this TV a work of art.

The new Samsung Frame Pro exceeds my expectations. For the moment I've decided to set it up in my kids play area. Once I have more time, I intend to mount it on the wall. When the kids aren't watching their cartoons, I use it to showcase beautiful art pieces. The TV adds a wonderful touch to the play area and the surrounding walls. Thanks to the wireless connect I don't have to stress about finding a spot for the cables. It's an amazing TV, and I totally recommend it to my family and friends.

When it’s on, the picture is super clear and colorful… movies and shows look incredible, and sports feel really immersive. But what surprised me most is how good it looks when it’s off. It actually blends into the room like real artwork instead of looking like a giant black screen. The matte screen makes a huge difference too because there’s barely any glare, even during the day. Setup was pretty straightforward, and everything runs smoothly. I’ve already gotten several compliments from people who didn’t even realize it was a TV at first! If you want something that looks stylish but also performs like a high end TV…this is absolutely worth it!!

The art mode genuinely looks like a real painting on the wall. The matte texture gives it a premium feel, and we’re definitely buying a matching frame for it. The screen looks amazing whether we're watching movies or the kids are watching animations. The color and brightness are all perfect and we see things clearly no matter the lighting. I also really appreciate the clean connection setup. Not having to reach behind the TV to plug in cords is a great design.

Adquirí mi televisor en mayo. Estamos en julio y a fecha de hoy no ha habido disponibilidad de comprar el marco ni en color teca ni en arena. Preguntas y no saben cuando habrá. Compré esta TV por la estética que le da el juego del marco, no lo lleva de serie pero tampoco puedo comprarlo porque no hay stock. A nivel imagen no es la mejor opción, así que podemos decir que he pagado de más para nada. Me siento estafado. No recomiendo su compra hasta que hayan repuesto stock, busco otro modelo, de lo contrario estarás tirando el dinero.

Le design est exceptionnel : une fois installé au mur, le téléviseur se fond parfaitement dans la décoration et ressemble à un véritable tableau grâce au Mode Art et à l’écran mat anti-reflet. La qualité d’image est remarquable. Les couleurs sont riches, la luminosité élevée et les contrastes bien maîtrisés grâce à la technologie Neo QLED Mini-LED. L’image est fluide aussi bien pour les films, les séries que pour le sport ou le gaming. L’interface Smart TV est complète et intuitive avec toutes les applications essentielles. Le son est correct pour un téléviseur aussi fin, même si une barre de son apporte un vrai plus. Un téléviseur haut de gamme qui allie design, performance et élégance. Je recommande vivement ce modèle.

Our beautiful Frame TV is the perfect fit over our newly renovated fireplace. We are still in the learning phase of "how to", but the ease of using the remote toggling and on-screen menus makes it easy to adjust various volumes, pictures, and more. The picture, whether it's a photo, artwork, movie, or live TV, is stunning and gives a real sense of being in the sporting event, jeopardy stage, or newsroom. Nanglare was essential for us because of the placement, with 20-foot ceilings and lots of windows. The availability of Bluetooth in pairing to various devices-sounbar/Frame speakers, is easy to use and helpful when watching a high-impact movie where sound effects are important, as well as filling our room with the music channels. We couldn't be more pleased with our purchase.

We absolutely love our Samsung! It delivers everything it promises, and then some. Our TV is mounted in a bright room with a wall of windows to the right, and the anti-glare technology works flawlessly. The frame and flush-mount design make it look like a beautiful piece of artwork rather than a large black screen on the wall. Très bon écran, le rendu art est dément et la qualité tv/cinéma est au rendez-vous. Son très clair et puissant malgré la finesse de l’écran. ++ écran mat / art. ++ amélioration image IA. (-)la réactivité lors du basculement entre les apps. À associer à une AppleTV. (-)prix de l’abo Art et de l’écran sans avantage. Pas encore essayer en mode jeu. En bref, excellente tv pour le quotidien et série/cine en4k, sans défigurer son salon! Je ne regrette pas mon achat et recommande cet écran.

Les noirs sont moins profonds sur le Frame Pro, en revanche les couleurs ne manquent pas de contrastes. Très bonne luminosité. Je suis globalement satisfait de l'image. Le son est en retrait et mérite d'ajouter une barre de son. La fonction Art, son principal atout, est du plus bel effet et justifie l'achat de ce téléviseur si vous souhaitez intégrer le téléviseur dans votre intérieur.

The Aesthetics of the TV, the super thin bezels make it look like a real photo/artwork, and the contrast/resolution and low glare make it seem like a portal on my wall when i put it in wallpaper mode. The setup is super simple to do. I did it by myself in less than 10 mins. I was worried about the brightness before I bought it but rest assured it can get as bright as you need, and it doesn't have the issues of the older models. It's a 11/10 5☆ in my book.

The screen is as good as my OLED, in my opinion, for the room its in, no direct sun, but quite bright, contrast is good, settings are easy to get around, and having my own photos on the screen when not in use, is really good. Decided it looks just fine on the cupboard, better than too high on the wall, so don't think it has to be hung up!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very impressed by the clarity and sharpness of the screen on this TV. The frame design allows for a professional and sleek setup. It blends nicely as a frame as well as a TV. The option for art to display is very pleasing to set a mood and make it feel cozy in a room. The physical setup was pretty easy but I definitely needed help to get it out of packaging safety. I had a little bit of trouble getting it set up even with all the QR codes and information. The initial software update took over an hour to download even on a high speed connection. The screen is very skinny so it could easily bend if not held up properly. There is a wall mount as well as standing feet included so you can choose either to hang or set up on a table. I chose to do the initial set up with standing feet until I had everything adjusted and updated.

It constantly loses signal to the “wireless” connector box (even though they are literally centimetres apart), you can’t play any gaming console on them as the refresh rate can’t keep up, and the software regularly changes (I have lost digital TV multiple times and had to reset everything to get them back). Shame Samsung, shame.

The instructions were a little confusing but after getting it powered on it needed a software update. Once it updated it restarted itself and the picture was amazingly clear and lifelike. The frame itself is very thin and slightly flexible. Switching to Art mode was easy to do by pushing the power button once. It was really exciting to see the art options in such brilliant colors and crispness.

El acabado antirreflejos y el Modo Arte consiguen un efecto muy natural incluso durante el día. La instalación fue sencilla y el sistema es rápido e intuitivo. Además, el tamaño de 75 pulgadas ofrece una experiencia muy inmersiva sin perder elegancia estética. Después de comparar varias opciones, considero que es una de las mejores televisiones para quienes buscan una combinación de tecnología, diseño y calidad de imagen. Muy recomendable.

Seul bémol, la prise en main du mode Art pour afficher un tableau, c’est fastidieux et on n’a pas de sélection de quelques tableaux gratuits à afficher par défaut. Dommage.

No glare screen is a vast improvement over other TV's we have owned. Tizen operating system still is clunky and full of bloatwear--only major complaint. Samsung--for the money I spent on this high end set, I don't want to be bothered by your attempts to monetize advertising.

I bought this a few weeks ago and me and my partner have fallen in love with it. It’s super slim, looks amazing in our bright living room. I’m big on watching sports and playing on the PS5 and no issues whatsoever with the quality or responsiveness. It’s great for movies and tv shows especially with the soundbar! The only reason for the 4 starts is the price is high, I would value this at 2k vs 3k.

I recently got the Frame Pro and so far I’m really liking it. The image quality looks great and I love how thin and clean the design is. It fits really nicely into the room without looking bulky like a normal TV. I already knew before buying that most of the art features are behind a subscription, which I’m still not a huge fan of, but at least it was not a surprise. One thing I have not loved so far is the UI when trying to upload and set up your own art. It can feel a little confusing and not as smooth as I expected. I have also noticed that sometimes the brightness does not go quite as low as I would personally like, especially in darker rooms, but I am still learning the settings and figuring out how to customize everything better. Overall, first impressions are very positive. It looks premium, the display is impressive, and I am excited to spend more time exploring all the features.

La télécommande quant à elle est simple d’utilisation mais pas pratique car elle est très sensible.

Très heureux de cette acquisition . Ce n'est plus de la télévision mais du cinéma, les images sont fluides et magnifiques. L'écran est imposant et cela fait un tableau merveilleux qui met en valeur les oeuvres d'art des peintres les plus illustres. Merci de cette prouesse technique. Televisión estupenda. He estado mucho tiempo mirando antes de decidirme por esta tele. La anterior es una Samsung Oled de 2013. Tenía mis dudas puesto que se trata de LED en este caso, pero no me arrepiento para nada. La imagen es muy buena y cuando se apaga y queda como un cuadro ya es perfecta. He comprado también la barra de sonido QS90H y en conjunto va perfecto

The picture quality is outstanding, with vibrant colours, deep contrast, and excellent brightness thanks to the Neo QLED technology. The matte anti-glare screen makes artwork look incredibly realistic, and the TV truly resembles a framed piece of art when in Art Mode. One of my favourite features is the Wireless One Connect Box, which keeps cables hidden and gives the setup a clean, modern look. The design is sleek and elegant, making it a perfect addition to any living room. The smart features are fast and easy to use, and the 144Hz refresh rate provides smooth motion for movies, sports, and gaming. Je suis vraiment très satisfait de la Frame Pro 65". Le rendu mat est superbe, ça change tout au quotidien : fini les reflets gênants. Le mode tableau est vraiment agréable et donne un vrai cachet à la pièce. Dommage en revanche que ce service soit payant, et que les œuvres ne s’affichent pas entièrement : il y a comme un zoom qui gâche un peu l’expérience. Autre petite limite : on ne peut pas descendre en dessous de trois minutes pour le changement d’image, et quand j’affiche mes propres photos, ce n’est pas en plein écran. Il n’est pas non plus possible de mettre de la musique en même temps, ce qui serait pourtant un vrai plus. Le boîtier déporté est une excellente idée, très pratique pour garder une installation propre et minimaliste. Dommage aussi que les ports mini-HDMI ne soient pas eARC, ça aurait été parfait. Globalement, malgré ces détails, je suis vraiment content de mon achat : l’expérience est unique, et l’effet "tableau" reste un vrai coup de cœur.

The main thing my kids love is the Art Mode, they think it’s cool that the TV can look like a picture instead of just being a black screen on the wall, the seasons options are great and they have a 90 day free trial. My wife was actually worried the overhead light would cause a glare or make it hard to see from certain angles, but that hasn’t been an issue at all. The picture still looks clear from different spots in the room, and the matte screen definitely helps. I also like that the setup looks cleaner than what we had before, especially with the slim wall mount and not having a bunch of cords showing. Streaming and switching around between apps has been easy, which matters because the kids are the ones using it most of the time. It fits the room really well and feels more like part of the space instead of just another TV stuck on the wall.

I hate this TV. I’ve owned it for 5 months and it won’t connect to the internet. It won’t connect to the one connect box. Samsung hasn’t helped at all.. just told me to turn it off and on again and again. Not impressed.. too much money for a terrible product.

La calidad de imagen es excelente, con colores muy vivos, gran definición y un acabado mate que reduce muchísimo los reflejos, algo que se nota mucho en salones luminosos. Lo que realmente la diferencia es su diseño: cuando está apagada parece un cuadro de verdad y queda integrada de forma elegante en el salón. El sistema de montaje slim hace que quede prácticamente pegada a la pared y el efecto es increíble. El sistema One Connect inalámbrico es un acierto total porque elimina casi todo el cableado visible y deja una instalación mucho más limpia. Además, el modo Arte transforma completamente la experiencia, haciendo que la televisión aporte decoración incluso cuando no la estás usando. En 75 pulgadas la inmersión es brutal, tanto para cine como para series y videojuegos. El sistema va fluido, el sonido cumple bastante bien y en conjunto transmite sensación de producto premium. Muy recomendable para quien busque una televisión diferente, elegante y con gran calidad de imagen. Una compra de 10.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a previous model of the Samsung Frame and loved it, but was ready to upgrade for picture quality and even better glare reduction. I decided to try the Frame Pro and boy were my expectations exceeded!! The picture quality is incredible - theater quality HD and the color is so sharp and vibrant. My living room is full of windows so daytime watching used to be a pain, but glare is nonexistent with the Frame Pro, even in direct sunlight. Setup and personalizing settings are even easier than they were before; I had it up and running in less than 10 minutes. I’m also so amazed by the Wireless Connect box. Not having to run an HDMI from the tv to the box or any of my devices has left my setup looking so clean and uncluttered, and I have had zero issues with connectivity. Mounting the tv itself was not bad - the instructions could have been a little bit clearer, but we were able to get it on the wall very quickly once we got the support placement lined out. Overall would recommend this TV to anyone - it is truly a work of art, adds a great design aspect to the room when it’s not in use, and definitely hit the mark on picture quality and viewing.

The difference in picture quality is shocking — this one is noticeably crisper, more vivid, and far more realistic. Colors pop without looking artificial, and the clarity makes everything from movies to everyday streaming feel upgraded. Setup was incredibly simple. The overall setup process was straightforward and beginner‑friendly. One of my favorite small touches is the remote. The fact that it can charge via solar or USB‑C is such a smart design choice. No more digging around for batteries or realizing the remote is dead at the worst possible time. The photo frame feature is a fun bonus. While most of the built‑in artwork requires a subscription, we chose to display our own photos as the screensaver, and it looks fantastic — almost like having a digital picture frame built into the TV.
