We bought this mainly to clean our hardwood floors, it started making a terrible squeaking noise that sounded like the rollers, then the rubber sleeve on the back wheel fell off now it's useless. We loves the vacuum so much that we decided to buy a replacement since we didn't know that this was a common problem and assumed it was just a one off issue. However when the new vacuum came we found out that it does not include this soft brush head anymore. Now we have one vacuum that doesn't work right and one that we need to return.

It works great at cleaning our hardwood floor. Less than two years the hardwood floor cleaner tool (Soft Action Brush) has stopped working, which is the main reason why I had chosen Samsung Jet over Dyson. And the replacement appears to cost about a third of the original price for the whole vacuum, what a bummer!!!

J'ai acheté un aspirateur balai samsung en mars 2022 chez Darty, la brosse motorisée est tombée en panne moins de 3 ans après, j'ai dû racheter une brosse sur le site Samsung shop, cette brosse est aussi tombée en panne 4 mois après.Le service après-vente n'a pas de solution à me proposer. Merci Samsung!!!

I wanted a stick vacuum. My daughter bought me this one, unfortunately the soft brush broke. It cost almost as much to replace that tool, as it does to but a new vacuum. It's frustrating, because I'm unable to use any of the other tools. Due to my hardwood floors.

like another reviewer stated, the felt on the bottom starts falling off after minimal usage. now the wheel on the bottom fell off and it's scratching my hardwood floor whenever i vacuum. i definitely don't recommend this product.

I like the vacuum itself, but this attachment stared making a terrible noise. We’ve taking it apart to clean the whole thing and it’s still squealing. For the price of the vacuum I wish it would last longer than it did.

Bought the product a year ago. This is the only head I can use on wood floors. The other head scratches the wood floor. However, this Soft Brush broke a month ago. Now, I can't use the stick vacuum.
