Listen to the people complaining. I had a similar problem with this attachment. It lasted slightly under 2 months. Samsung told me after 28 days it's out of warranty. The piece popped out of place. They tried to tell me wear and tear. I said are you kidding me? They only guarantee their parts for 28 days. Keep this in mind when you purchase their vacuum cleaners. This attachment was barely used. Still has the protective wrap on. I spoke to 3 sets of customer service reps. The attachments for the Jet series are very poor quality considering the price of them and Samsung will not stand by their workmanship. They are uncompromising on this point.

La tête de brosse s'est cassée (au même endroit que sur les photos partagées dans les autres avis) au bout de 2 ans et demi sans choc particulier pendant que je passais l'aspirateur... Produit très fragile et pièces détachées très chères :(

Purchased this less than a year ago and it already stopped working correctly. One of the wheels on the bottom, (I think its the rear wheel) constantly sticks while gliding over the floors, causing abrupt stops while pushing it forward. There is no hair, dirt, or other debris to clean. Its just bad engineering. Came here to purchase a replacement (thinking it was an isolated issue) and I see that Samsung is just pushing poorly made products at luxury prices. Very disappointed.

After vacuuming about once a week for a year, the turbo action brush gave up, stopped rolling, despite me keeping it clean of hair etc. Got a new brush, and fast forwatd about a year, and same thing happens. This brush can apparently be only used to vacuum floors, that have been vacuumed prior to using this brush. Now the brush is unavailable. This is beyond frustrating. Now I have in theory a nice vacuum cleaner with sufficient battery life and power, but no usable brush. The machine wasn't cheap, so I expected it to work, but waste of money seems like. If there is some place I can contact, I'm very interested, because right now I'm frustrated, disappointed and angry. These appliances are supposed to make household tasks easier, not make you mad. Based on this, this was the first and last Samsung I'll purchase.

This vacuum system doesn't have a good attachment for carpets. I have relatively thick new carpets and no amount of vacuuming raises the pile. I have resorted to needing to use a rubber broom and it's surprising how much cat hair it picks up AFTER I've vacuumed. For the price of the vacuum and attachments, and the number of dissatisfied customers on this attachment, I think Samsung could spend a bit of time and R&D to come up with a solution which works on carpets.

It's a very nice vacuum per se, the battery is great and the suction as well. Unfortunately I also had the same experience as everyone else: in 1.5 years of light usage, the joints fell apart. I tried to buy a new genuine head, but it's out of stock and anyway it would cost as much as a new vacuum cleaner... Why does Samsung do this? It's OK that parts break but give us the ability to replace them, so that we can reduce landfill...

the turbo action brush has a design flaw. the tiny third wheel gets caught up on a bare floor and stops gliding correctly. eventually, the rubber will disintegrate. two brushes in a year is ridiculous. warranty department is no help. unfortunately, the turbo action brush is the best multi-floor brush that comes with this vacuum. i would definitely recommend looking at other competitors for a dependable vacuum.

this brush is unable to run across low power carpet because the section prevents the brush from moving forward. perhaps if there was a vent in the brush it might be possible to allow the brush to move forward without sucking up the carpet? dyson has a similar vacuum and a special brush to prevent this problem from happening. hoping that samsung can apply similar technology to their vacuum brush

I've had this vacuum just over a year and the turbo brush has been giving me problems from the start. It has been squeeling and bee difficult to push over carpet. Finally I found out the the liitle wheel in the back on the bottom has been the cause. The rubber on the wheel fell off and now the brush does not work properly. I dont know if you can replace the wheel or you need a whole new brush.

Cheaply made. Quits working completely after warranty. Starts to fall apart well before that. Just like other reviews states the back wheel and rubber piece just fall apart. Mine has now quit spinning all together. Customer service is a JOKE. I just wanted a replacement head and they can't even do that. Said I have to buy a new one. For the price I paid for this vacuum, that's just ridiculous.

Bought the Jet 90 a couple of years ago however have realised it’s not built to last. This head broke off from the wiring when I was vacuuming and knocked a lounge leg. I was not even vacuuming fast! I feel like the head should withstand a lot more pressure/knocks! Now I’m looking into buying a new head but will probably get another brand of vacuum

Bought one last year and already broken, brush falling apart battery less than 10 minutes, when you actually buy the product they say 30-40 min 😅 Samsung is just the name this days not quality anymore i have more appliances from them breaking down in 3-4 years and cannot be repaired anymore as the warranty doesn’t cover anymore nothing basically

Design flaw in head. Buy something else. The third wheel rubber breaks off very quickly and you cannot just buy that piece. Samsung gouges you on a replacement head and you eventually end up scratching the floors. Samsung stand behind your products and if there is an obvious mistake in design offer easier solutions for consumers to correct.

We bought this Samsung Jet 90 vacuum cleaner in 2022. I mostly use the Turbo Action brush on carpet and hard floors. It works great on both floors. Less noisier than some other vacuum cleaner brands I used before. Time to time remove tangled hair from the brush. We love it.

Should have read these reviews before buying this vacuum. The brush is definitely made with cheap plastic and randomly broke just like all these other reviews. I loved the vacuum and was willing to buy a replacement but can’t find any genuine replacement parts.

like others who have bought and used this product my Turbo Brush also came apart and was not able to be repaired. This stick vacume is all plastic parts and made very cheaply. Buyer beware. vacume works ok but is terribly designed and poorly put together

Absolutely useless brush head. Spent ages cleaning one flight of carpeted stairs, drained full battery and still have cats hair left. Don't they test them? Dyson's rotating brush did the same job in 4 minutes. Absolutely disappointed and don't recommend

Horrible. I have used the vacuum just twice, and the action brush tool provided broke. The whole thing popped open, exposing the electrical wires while my daughter was vacuuming her room. It's both poor quality and unsafe for families.

Absolute krapp, cheaply made of low quality weak plastic. Lasted 12 and half months, enough for them to tell you you're outta luck. The flaw is in the plastic joint which is too weak of a link to hold the heavier suction head.
