bonjour nous avons un powerbot hs au bout de 2 ans et 3 mois , Comptez 97 eur pour le diagnostic et 250 eur pour la batterie si cela vient de là. A ce prix on en rachète un neuf et pas de pub . Service client samsung nul!!! On a dépensé 3000 eur ( s10, S7, lave ling, galaxy watch active, ear buds) chez vous en 2 ans et demi. Bravo la reconnaissance client!!!!!! Quelle déception

j'en suis propriétaire depuis 3 jours, je n'ai pas encore tout exploité, mais moi qui n'avais jamais été convaincu par les performances des nombreux produits existants j'ai enfin trouvé un robot utile. J'aurais beaucoup de choses à dire, mais je pense ne pas en avoir la place ici. Une seule critique : le mode d'emploi est trop basique, il a fallu que je vienne sur ce site pour, par exemple, comprendre à quoi sert la caméra et d'autres choses encore. Dommage. j'apprécie en revanche le logiciel en open source, je pense que des petits génies font encore faire progresser le produit et que nous aurons des mises à jour. Bravo.

super aspiration; un peu gros (ne passe pas sous le canapé ) le plus gros inconvénient c est qu il n y a pas de mise a jour et pas de démarrage a distance (portable) a part ça il fait bien son boulot , rien a voir avec les aspirateurs ancienne génération

En ringe støvsuger, der startede med at brænde børstehoved af, blev sendt til rep, da den komme retur er det bare sat en gummiring uden om det afbrændte, det bliver dog udbedret da vi klager. Den kører sporadisk rundt, intet system overhoved i dens kørsel, den kan højst køre 15 , så søger den basen, der bliver reklameret med, den så selv vil starte op igen, der hvor den slap, det gør den ikke.Den roterende børste stoppe konstant, da hundehår sætter sig fast styrekugleleje, Samsung reklamere med den er til husholdninger med husdyr.Et rigtig dårligt køb, vi har fortrudt mange gange.Så nej den vil jeg absolut ikke anbefale.

Kyllähän se imuroi mutta älyä ei ole yhtään. Juuttuu joka imurointikerralla samoihin kohtiin. Pitää olla koko ajan auttamassa. Ei myöskään muista mitä kohtaa on jo imuroinut.

Well I've using Samsung robots a few years already and this time I'm totally disappointed. 1st of all led display. Just after a year of work its impossible to read anything. And well, I find it pretty silly to have all the time sign FULL instead of show at least TIME or switch it off at least. However display totally burned out. 2nd Robot loosing dock and messing around pretty often. Comparing to previous sr88 it looks like downgrade. I cannot remember those day when I find my sr88 somewhere with bloody error on display, because it could find where is his charging home. With VR900 it looks like lottery. I think every 3rd run ends with beeping somewhere in the corner. Even worse. When I take him and bring closer to dock, the press CHARGE button it turns around and run away. Seems like something wrong with "brain" of robot for sure. 3rd Yes lots of sensors on the bottom part of robot. BUT probably Samsung didn't know, but there is a lot furniture which has just 5-6 cm tall legs. So robot start bumping it like a fly and window. Every time and every run. Im not sure but looks a bit smarter idea to use kind of laser on the top of robot or at least couple of sensors to measure if he is slim enough fo fit or not. 4rd Small rollers on the bottom part of robot get dirty and stop rolling well after 3rd or 4th run. 5th Design of robot looks funny and futuristic yes BUT it's a plastic, so logically it covered with dust because os static, so when u try to clean this dust from plastic you may find its horrible design with tons of inconvenient corners and shapes. PS. when I started to make this review I wanted to give 3 points but when I finished I gave just 2. Sorry but VR20 looks like worse model ever

meillä oli aiemmin samsungin NAVIBOT SR8855, ja ostaessani uudemman mallin kuvittelin saavani kaikilta osin paremman imurin, mutta näin ei ollut. No ainut huononnus on pienten partikkeleiden (>1mm) imurointi parketilta. Kissataloutena meillä on kissanhiekka jyväsiä ympäri huushollia ja NAVIBOTti imuroi ne nätisti kitusiinsa. Toinen ehkä huononnus on se että NAVIBOTissa oli pyörivät sivuharjat jotka lakaisi pari senttiä imurin sivulta, ja se saikin seinäviurustat vähän paremmin putsattua. Kaikki muu tässä uudessa mallissa on parempaa: Selviää paremmin matoista/mattojen hapsuista, imee pölyä tositehokkaasti, suodattaa paremmin kuin vanha, osaa nvigoida ja kierrellä pöydänjalkoja paremmin. Kovaäänisempi toki on, mutta lasketaan se tehokkuuden tuomaksi ominaisuudeksi.

When I purchased this unit I was a little bit skeptical about it thinking this is allot of money for something that's not going to be as good as a regular vacuum. Boy was I wrong! Now that we have it I don't think we would be without it. We have a big dog that runs the house and he sheds really bad so we end up with dog hair all over. We were vacuuming a couple times a day and still had a hard time keeping up with it. So I bought the Samsung robot and turned it loose on the house and was amazed with the job it did. Still had to use our big vac now and then to do things where the robot couldn't go but not the tune as we did before buying the robot. It has a powerful vacuumthat picks up everything. After a year I had a problem with the right wheel motor and had to have it replaced, it was down for a couple weeks and we didn't know how to act. We got it back pretty quickly and where a happy family again lol! Recommend it to everyone, I know we won't be without one and it will be a Samsung!

Super odkurzacz. Zbiera wszystkie śmieci, kurz sam się naładuje. Jedynie blisko szafek w których drzwi odstają nie dojdzie do samego końca i rogów bo widzi drzwi jako przeszkodę. Jest super i mamy nadzieję że długo będzie z nami.

Tenho um Labrador e com devem calcular deita muito muito pelo e fiquei estupefacto com o desempenho da máquina!! Excelente poder de aspiração comparado com os que vi e mais eficiente pois tem uma boca de entra-se de detritos bastante larga comparada com outros . Só falta a app com programação de horas ... Mas preço qualidade muito bom recomendo!

Den ena av vr9000 har inte klocka o kalender för att få städning på bestämda tider vilket jag bara antog när man köper en dyr maskin. I övrigt är den både väldigt tyst och städar mycket bra. Den hittade en hel del damm samma dag som vi hade haft storstäd av städfirma som normalt sett är bra. Den hittar runt i huset bättre än många andra maskiner (Samsung o annat välrenomerat märke) som vi har haft. Den tar sig över låga trösklar men har svårt för motsvarande tjocka matt kanter.

Paketti lupaa enemmän kuin tuote antaa. Yksi merkillisimpiä lapsuksia on, jos haluat käyttää laitetta wifi:n yli tarvitsee applikaatio luvan käyttää sijaintiasi, yhteystietoja ja puheluja?? mitä hittoa se niillä tekee, tuskin takastaa oletko paikalla ja kilauttaa lähimmälle kaverille auttamaan. Muutenkin wifi on lähinnä pidennetyllä etäisyydellä toimiva kaukosäädin. Olin odottanut hieman enemmän innovatiivisuutta käyttää radiolinkkiä mahdollisesti sen päässä olevaa kompuutteria. Imurin tekoäly on heikompi kuin yli 10 vuotta vanhemmalla edellisellä imurillani. Tämä koskee lähinnä imurointipinta-alaa ja sen kattavuutta. Imuri jätää yllättävän paljon imuroimatonta pintaa jopa helpoissakin kohdissa. Joillakin seinillä robotti jää noin 5 cm päähän ja vaihtaa suuntaa toisaalla ajaa kiinni asti ja kolisematta, tästä kuitenkin kiitos. liekö kameran hahmon tunnistusessa vielä kehittämisen varaa. Takaisin latausasemaan ja lopetettuun kohtaan imuri löytää kohtuullisen hyvin, ellei ole sutannut paikkatietoaan. Paikoitellen likaissa paikoissa imuri hylkii paikkaa ja jättää sen siivoamatta!! Love this like bit of kit. Its the perfect size to go under my sofa, sucks up all the dust/dirt/debris in my flat and is quieter than my handheld bag. It seems to navigate intelligently, comes with a guard to stop it from going to an area of your choice (e.g. top of stairs), and has a remote with which you can drive it or use the laser-pointer-esque feature to direct the bot where you want it. Absolutely brilliant machine. My only niggle is that you can only schedule as one-off or daily but I would prefer a 7 day schedule. Mine is set to go on an hour before I get home everyday which on a Sunday means it starts up mid afternoon when you have forgotten it is even there!

My Samsung robotic vacuum , who I now call 'Sammy', has been performing in an efficient manner. This unit will go under beds and around obstacles in order to complete it's mission. I had only one problem when Sammy got stuck under a table and turned itself off, and that was forgivable. Seriously this unit will not stop you from using your regular vacuum cleaner, but the robot is tireless and does the day-to day routine vacuuming.

The hoover has it all, it is very effective at cleaning, and much better than previous types of roboitic hoovers that I have owned. However, it is lacking in real smart features, that you would expect to be standard in todays offerrings, such as 1) Scheduled events, you cannot schedule cleaning based on weekday, you can only schedule by day, so if you set it to clean at 9:30 am, then it will do it a 9:30 am every day, you cannot be selective about the days, which is a realy drawback. 2) No connectifvity, and to be frank, with samsung as pretty much a leader in connected home, I fail to see how they could have left this out, or at least have provided it as a later add on. Robotic hoovers without this level of functionality just dont cut it, and to be honest, at the price range we are talking about for this hoover, it is pretty much a minnimum you would expect. I didnt realise this model had no connectivity when I purchased, I assumed it did, my mistake, but a costly one, and at this price range, am stuck with it for another few years now. Perhaps samsung would offer an upgrade option, as I am sure that they are upgradeable to add wifi ? Anyway, I recommend not getting this product purely because of missing connectivity option. If it had that, then I would not hesitate in recommending.

I have only had for 11 days but so far I am very happy. I have 2 small dogs and one of them sheds very badly. The Powerbot does a great job with picking up the pet hair, etc. I am 72 and vacuuming is hard on my back. It's nice to be able to have my floors clean without all the work. I is doing great on my hardwood floors and large rug.

The PowerBot has a sleek design (it's very pretty!) and it is packaged very well with easy to read instructions. It is really easy to use. Samsung doesn't complicate the use of the PowerBot with a bunch of buttons, just 3 buttons. Easy to set-up for first use and easy to clean. Multiple modes of cleaning. Overall, a great product!

This is a powerful, beautifull designed, and quiet robot vacuum cleaner. I have a dog and she sheds a lot of hair daily. This Powerbot Samsung really helps keep my house clean and saves me a lot of time. I just need to keep the floor clean of sharp or foreign things and rearrange furniture a little to help it move faster and it will do the rest. I am glad I bought this Powerbot Samsung and highly recommend it!

I received the robotic vacuum this week. I set it up to charge and left for an appointment and to run a few errands. When I returned it had started cleaning my carpeted living room but had encountered a dog toy and was waiting for rescue when I returned. I removed the toy and the robot vacuum started right back up cleaning even corners I never thought it would find. It then moved to my tile dining room and cleaned it well, then to the laundry room which it found and found the way out. It went on to the hallway, found the first bedroom down the hall and cleaned as far as the stacked boxes in the room allowed. Then across the hall to the bathroom where after cleaning about half the floor it ran low on battery (I had been gone for about 2 hours, so I don't know how long it had been cleaning before I got home - it cleaned about 1/2 hour after I got home). With a low battery, the vacuum motor turned off and the robot worked its way back to the docking station, parked itself and started charging. I LOVE IT!!!! All the areas it got to were cleaned quite well. There's a couple of spots on my carpet (the puppy chewed into a Jello package) where I plan to use the spot clean when I get a few minutes, but the spots already look better with just the general cleaning. The cleaning it did picked up a good amount of carpet lint spilled popcorn, grass that had been tracked in by the dog, etc. I'm hoping this product lasts for years. If it does, I can honestly say it is a very good value.

Pretty powerful vacuum. We're impressed with how much dirt the canister has in it when its done:-) We have vaulted ceilings in a "great" room with walls separating spaces. It seems to do some spaces multiple times and others not at all, unless we put it in that space. I am not sure if it "learns" from multiple uses how the room is layed out.

this this vacuum has a personality of its own. it seems to be happy to clean my floors. it does a great job. it will clean until the battery runs low, then it well to the docking station on its own, or I can tell to go to the docking station with remote control . it will clean under my lamp tables and my bakers rake in the kitchen. it cant clean under my bed due to my side rails are too low, its a keeper

I have used the POWERbot once and it did great picking up the dog hair. It is much quieter than my previous robotic vacuum. One thing lacking is a Pause button to empty the dust bin.

Many of the hang ups against furniture reported, or backing into walls, are easily fixed. When used many times it will shutdown against furniture legs sometimes at random, because when bumping the side, the drive motor torque lifts up the side, extending the wheels, and triggering the sensor for protection when picking up off the floor. Some cardboard and tape in the wheel well will keep the wheels proper with all the tilt needed, and the Powerbot can be used with confidence. The wheels extend well beyond the point set for the sensor, which somehow has been set for a short distance. Otherwise it has proved excellent. The large wheels are effective on carpet unique in the industry -- the only choice in some cases -- and the washable filter saves a lot on supplies. It will keep dirt building up in carpets when used frequently, besides easier to clean hard floors. The area coverage is superior with the wide brush and large battery. The solid state camera for guidance provides durability. Altogether worth a premium.

It would be great if it didn't get caught up on furniture legs and doorways. When it does it starts its cleaning pattern all over again so that it never completes its mission. It doesn't clean under the beds even though there is enough room for it to fit. You must use the remote to set time and schedule.

This is overall a wonderful Robot Vaccum Pros: Very Powerful Vacuums Everything! I can't believe how much dust and other stuff the unit picks up. We have a 3400 sq ft home so it take several charges to finish the job. It seems to be to be leaning every day how not to get stuck and to map the rooms for complete job. The unit is quieter than I expected it to be. It has a lower db than a normal vac. This is my first robotic vac and I now see why people are so happy with them. I chose a Samsung based on experience with their products like tv, Galaxy S4 phones, refrigerator, washer and dryer. Guess we are a Samsung family.

My two best friends in the world are Sophie and Gracie, my two Golden Retrievers. As lovable as my pups are, they shed constantly and it was necessary for me to vacuum every single day, and this was getting to a pain as I am getting on in years. My house is full of Samsung appliances and when this was demonstrated in Best Buy, I decided to give it a try. This thing is amazing, it navigates through my large home with ease and gets 99.9% of the dog hair and dust, You would never know a dog lives here. Every couple of days I have to clean the brush, but that is very easy and straight forward. I have it programmed to clean the house at night when I'm asleep, and wake up to a clean home in the morning. Thank you Samsung for another really good, high quality product.

I have now had my VR9000 for about 2 months. I use it for the downstairs of the house, which is all wooden floors with some rugs. Its suction is amazing, picking up all the dog hair and even leaves. Its navigation, however, is hopeless. It will often make one sweep along a room edge and then leave the room without doing any more of the room. It sometimes goes through doors to clean other rooms, but mostly misses them entirely, so most days I find it has not cleaned two of the rooms. It does not like dining chairs and often gets stuck between the legs. When you restart it from getting stuck, it starts the programme again and goes over the same area again. It never seems to run for more than about 20 minutes before suddenly declaring END and trying to find its charging base, which it often then struggles to find. When it is searching for its base it is quite violent, bumping into furniture and pushing chairs to get past. It has sometimes moved a dining room chair by more than foot across the room. For the price I paid for this, I was expecting an outstanding product. I cannot recommend this at all.

This robot is actually quite smart when it comes to navigating - it shows signs of knowing where to go, and not going over where it's gone again and again (unlike other brands), and it does a good job on tiles (hard floor) with ample suction power. It has a large capacity bin and requires little maintenance. Some drawbacks to consider, however are: height (can't go under some furniture) and size (can't go between the legs of smaller chairs) and that sometimes can't see in its "blind-spots" (sides) when turning around and therefore still can knock into things occasionally.

We like this device but the problem is it gets stuck lots. The robot seems to like climbing chairs or table legs on one side or the other leaving one wheel elevated then shuts down. It would seem easy enough for it to work its way off but it cannot. The robot also gets under the same chairs sometimes and cannot figure out how to get out. I hope there will be a software update to fix these problems.

Positivt: Snitsig design, lättrengjort filter bra rengöringsförmåga där den städar. Negativt: trasig två gånger på två månader, sensorer och mainboard. bommar mycket i hörn och under bänkfris, går inte över hinder högre än ca 10 mm, knölar ihop mattor som bara är 8-10 mm höga. Dom små sensorhjulen bak och fram på maskinen måste vara en stor måndagsmiss, hade dessa hjul utformats annorlunda så hade maskinen klarat hinder upp till 30 mm mycket bättre, det är dessutom dessa som alltid knölar till mattorna, att inte testa maskinen bättre innan release är synd. Sammanfattning: jag tycker att Samsung har slarvat med att inte löpa linan fullt ut vad gäller funktionen, det är synd då dom har fått både design och vissa handhavandefunktioner i sådan toppklass. Att då slarva med prestanda och hållbarhet är tråkigt. MVH Tobbe

Have been using my POWERbot for about a week now... was a little skeptical at first. The first time it ran through the house in a very random pattern. But the second time we ran it, it seems like it had already mapped the place out and did great! Has such a powerful suction! Goes from our hardwood floors to carpet easily, and even goes over our transitions great. So far, I don't have anything really negative to say. The price was a bit much... but if you think about how much time and energy its saving me or the amount of money we would have had to pay to have someone come and clean for us... it will save us in the long run :) One thing... it is a bit tall. Doesn't fit under all the furniture.

Der Staubsauger sieht gut aus und hat eini gute Reinigungsleistung. Was ich jedoch als starken negativ Punkt sehe ist der integrierte Timer. Es kann nur zwischen täglich (also wirklich jeder Tag) und einmalig eingestellt werden. Ich persönlich würde es bevorzugen, wenn man hier z.B. die Wochentage und Zeiten indiviuell einstellen kann. Ich möchte das der Staubsauger z.B. nur MO, MI und FR läuft. Da dies softwaretechnisch zu lösen ist, hoffe ich dass Samsung hier mal noch ein Update nachliefert.

My wife and I brought this item for our Daughter and Husband. They have an open design floor plan in their home with hardwood and carpet flooring. This was a Christmas gift. They were so-so about getting a vacuum for Xmas. After setting it up and using it, they are raving about it now. It does a great job on the hardwood and carpet floors. Our son-in-law loves it. I have owned Remore control cars, helicopters, planes all my life. Its about time these big companies started bringing smaller robotics into the home world, its seems they only focus on cell phones. I bought this for my wife for christmas and so far it has done a above average job on cleaning the dog hairs in the house. Our house is about 3000 sqaure feet with many rooms so its not a open concept, Out of the 8 rooms upstairs in cleaned 6 and went back to charge. Downstairs is a lot more open concept and cleaned everything excellent. We have used it so far 5 times(christmas present) and it has got stuck twice. But i would say its more of a human error then the robot itself. We now tell our little girl that She needs to make sure all the toys are cleaned up of the floor so PowerBot can clean and do its job. So that being said it got stuck between toys both times. It shuts down when it stuck so at least when you see it you can move the obsticles turn it on and it resumes where it left off. Are floors are 90 percent tiles and wood and it gets the dog hair better then i expected. It does sometimes blow the hair around from the force of the vaccuum but on the next sweep it pics it right up. We bought it for the dog hair and it does a above average job for it. I mean we need to vaccuum once everyday 2 days or so. It pics up my little ones crumbs and any other particles on the ground. It fines itself around the house pretty good, sometimes it may stay in ine room longer then I expected, but i think its because it goes under some beds(taller ones) and gets confused a little. I have used it low light conditions and daylight and have only seen a small Difference. I wish i could come back and add to this review as everyone is always excited about a new toy they just purchased. As time will really tell if then product is built well and is meant for longitivity. Id love a option of buy 2 and get a big discount. I say this because we have 2 floors and the robot cant go up and down stairs and the docking station is only on one floor. Like to know what parts and battery cost in case someone needs a new one. We are all happy with the purchase and would recommemd this. One more thing we do have some floor variations between rooms and powerbot climbs right over them. The only thing it doesnt like that i have found is small bath rugs. So pic them up of the ground or use some double stick tape so they dont move.

The vacuum has a lot of power, and the navigation works well. The only two problems I have is that it gets stuck a lot more often than my Roomba, and it forgets where it is in the cleaning cycle when it gets stuck. So if the vacuum gets stuck on an obstacle and you restart it, it starts from the beginning and vacuums areas that it has already vacuumed. One of the biggest problems I had with the vacuum is when it does not want to go over my floor heat ducts, because it perceives it to be a drop off. It will back itself into a wall to try to avoid the heat duct, and end up getting stuck. I found that by putting duct tape over the drop off sensors on the bottom of the robot cured this problem, and actually prevented the vacuum from getting stuck in most other situations as well. This solution works for me because I have a single level home, with no stairs or dropped floors. Overall, the navigation software performs well, but the obstacle avoidance software needs work. It should also remember where it is in the cycle when it is restarted. I would not recommend this to a friend because it takes a lot of patience and troubleshooting to get it to work properly. Mine is working excellent, now that I have disabled the drop-off sensors.

I never thought that a robotic vacuum could out perform my upright machine, it is hypnotic to watch as it goes about it's routine, then returns to the base for recharging. It is a considered purchase, but compares extremely well with upright machines on the market at a simular price, in fact it has the edge as just one press of the desired programme button on the remote and off it goes, no sweat, no problems. On a lighter note the cat is mesmorised and follows the machine, from a distance of course. In summary, a brilliant machine.

I purchased this product few weeks back and I have automated all my cleaning activities now. Superb and highly recommend for any body who fed-up with cleaning and vacuuming.

Jag är galen i allt som heter Samsung är nästan förälskad! Men jag kan säga att jag är 100% nöjd med powerbot i mitt fall, då jag har rätt förutsättningar. Men kan informera om att den presterar sämre än Samsungs tidigare modeller när det gäller höga trösklar och mattor som är höger 1 cm. Det står även i instruktionsboken men inte enligt marknadsföringen. Så har du rätt förutsättningar är den otroligt effektiv och rekommenderas. Ryamatta eller höga trösklar då rekommenderas annan modell.
