What to do if Door does not open after washing and no error message is shown on screen?

The door will not open after washing and there are no error message on the screen. What should I do next?
The door may not open due to heater operated delay lock, please wait a minimum of 2 minutes before opening the door.
This is a safety feature which locks the door while there is high temperature inside the unit.
The door may also stay locked if there is water inside the drum, perform a 'spin only cycle' to drain the left over water.
