To achieve the perfect wash you need to firstly select the correct programme, and then add the recommended amount of detergent.

Take care not to overload your machine as this will produce poor wash results due to an inability of the appliance to effectively dissolve the detergent.

By selecting the correct programme for the type of wash you require you will be automatically employing the correct ratio of time, temperature, detergent and agitation.

Try re-washing garments on the correct programme at the maximum temperature suitable for those garments and ensuring that an adequate dosage of detergent is used.

You may also find that heavily soiled items need a pre wash in order to improve the wash results.
