Apart from technical support to Samsung products, any enquiry, questions or feedback related to Samsung Support, include but not limited to Service Centre locations, gift redemption and service quality, are all welcome.

For enquiry related to Mobile Device, Computer & Samsung Pay, the operating hours would be 24/7 (24 hours a day, Monday to Sunday, including Public Holiday).
For enquiry related to TV, AV & Home Appliances, please contact us during 9am-8pm (Monday to Friday).
Live Chat service is also available during Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday from 9am-6pm.
Live Chat is free of charge. We support two languages: Chinese and English.
