Very happy with this phone. It has a bright, clear screen which is very easy to use and useful features. Plus if you had a previous Samsung phone, you can easily switch your information from your previous phone, which is very useful and being android, you can do the same with your Google apps account. The camera is very good and takes clear shots. It's responsive and quick. The only downside for me is the fingerprint sensor doesn't appear to be as responsive as my previous S9 Plus and it's on the front, which is more faffy. Otherwise, I love the S20 FE.

This is the most annoying phone Samsung has ever made. Email app keeps giving up, you need to uninstall then reinstall to make it work for another couple of weeks. Bixby button instead of power button! Why? Bixby is utter junk! Drop it! It's voice recognition is terrible compared to Google assistants. The finger print scanner on this phone is utterly useless. The older phones had an app button that took you to your apps. Now you have to do a series of kungfu like finger swipes all over the screen to find that you're still in the wrong place.

very poor battery life , after 100% charge in idle condition the battery become 80% overnight though with battery saver and all the battery saving tricks available over web. if it is the condition of a brand new phone then think what will be the condition after few months. Checked the IMEI code and it is not counterfeit, but may be sourced by the vendor from a grey market. The box seal may be counterfeit as it was with abnormal marks and carefully put over broken original seal. Exchanged this one with a A72 and so far it is working fine.

I cannot express to you how poor the volume is on this phone. It is impossible to hear any music or podcast whilst doing something as simple as cooking on a hob. I came to this phone from the s7 and expected the same, if not better quality sound and am so annoyed that I can't use my phone when doing any even slightly noisy activities. In addition the indicator button only glows red, as in it doesn't change in accordance with the notifications ie purple for viber message, green for what's app, blue for messenger. Very inconvenient.

Bought this to replace my 5 year old s7. After 1 month of use I can say it's a big disappointment. 5 year old s7 is still the better device. Selfie camera is constantly blurry. I have since found out this is because it does not have auto focus. It's unusable in most cases. Touch screen has major issues. It will randomly stop registering swipes, click on random links or apps and make the phone unusable. Rebooting resolves the issue but it always reoccurs. Multiple software updates have not resolved this. It has no proximity sensor so the screen wi often light up when on a call unless the phone is pressed tight to your head. If you're wearing a beanie or wooly hat, the 'virtual' proximity sensor is of no use. A potentially good device let down by cutting too many costs.

Not impressed with this phone...The plastic back is not nice given the price. The battery life is very poor. The phone call quality isn’t very good. I have a few apps that keep opening by themselves, even when I’ve closed all apps down before turning the phone off, this is not only irritating but battery draining. Cameras are ok but not as good as my previous phone. the screen is clear and a nice size. It is a nice looking phone but I do feel like I’ve downgraded rather than upgraded.

as a samsung fan i am always thankful for super awesome display quality and all rounder flagship phone but battry is really very poor i am trying to troubleshoot the issue with the help of customer executive of samsung i have case id also don't want to reveal here but really need to do fix this thing seriously because i am a normal user and this is not 4500mah my previous phone was samsung note10plus and s10 plus and oneplus 8pro so i am a technical person know the things

I love this device I've never had anything so modern! The only things that I am not so happy with is how close together the backspace, enter and space bar are as I often press the wrong button (but that's a real bottom of the barrel issue). The other thing is that because it doesn't have a headphone jack you either have to buy corded headphones that plug into the charging port or get wireless ones. I would've liked at least a corded pair included with the device...

Only 4 stars because of 1 very important feature for me, and that is no 3.5mm headphone jack which I think has been rudely ruined by the multi port headphone and charger port which now require either wireless buds or a separate adaptor to convert headphones with a jack plug. Please go back to the original connection Samsung. I wouldn't have bought this phone if I knew this beforehand. Other than that the handset is good, full of features and performs well.

IT'S A PITY BECAUSE IT'S A GOOD PHONE . I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PHONE TO A FRIEND PROVIDED THESE FEATURES ARE ADDED TO NEXT PHONE , AND I WOULD WARN THEM TO THIS FACT . THERE IS ONE OTHER PROBLEM WITH THIS PHONE , WHEN TYPING AND YOU WANT TO PRESS THE SPACE BAR , YOU ACCIDENTALLY PRESS THE HOME KEY , WHICH IS LOCATED DIRECTLY BELOW THE SPACE BAR . OTHERWISE ITS A GOOD MOBILE . PERHAPS IF THE KEY BOARD WAS RAISED UP ABOUT HALF AN INCH , TO CLEAR THE HOME KEY . ii )

I got the S20 FE as a second choice because the Plus was out of stock, and it's the best decision i could have made. My main requirement was the camera quality and despite *only* having a 3x optical zoom the software in the FE more than makes up for it. There's no comparison compared to my previous device, a Huawei P20 pro, which is better on paper. Other than that the FE is fast, the screen is bright and samsung OS is intuitive.

I love everything about my new phone and as you would expect from samung it's nice clean lines, it's beautiful crystal clear screen and it's fast processing. The new camera is great for taking pictures in day light and just as good in the evening light it has very good storage which you can double with a micro sd card there's so much more to this phone I've not discovered yet so all in all a great product

My initial experience with the phone was rocky - had some issues with the touch screen going 90% unresponsive (but just enough that I could still barely use it) after prolonged use. This was very frustrating, but fortunately was resolved after some recent software updates. After those issues with responsiveness were fixed, the phone is hands down better than any other flagship I have ever owned!

Phone is good overall but does have its share of qwerks which is known about the Exynos version (4G variant). Battery life isn't the best and unable to get through a full day of moderate use, Gets quite hot while using, Software bugs such as screen freezing and not waking up. Overall its an alright phone but would suggest looking into the Snapdragon 5G version if you are deadset on one.

A bit disappointed in this phone ,as supposedly a contender for a premium phone ,this just does not cut it with me ,build quality fair disappointed though I am so used to a phone that's all glass back and front ,but also water and dust proof ,just got android 11 update ,which I already had on my pixel phone .if you don't mind a plastic back then this is not a bad phone

Pros: 1. Fast performance 2. Bright and vivid display 3. Decent camera Cons: 1. Phone heats up quite easily. Other: 1. Fingerprint sensor is ok but can be improved. 2. Maybe can specify that the phone comes with screen protector out of the box? 3. 120 Hertz refresh rate is gorgeous, but very demanding on battery power. 4. Colour choice is very limited.

Don't see many differences to my Samsung Galaxy s10E except the size. The Camera with the flash on was certainly clearer on the s10E. This one leaves a cloudy photo. It also doesn't have a button to turn it off, it's done on the phone and slightly more difficult to screenshot. Apart from that the phone's alright but would just stick to the s10e myself!

The phone is quite well build, but it has many issues specially in the software. The screen will dimm and ho brighter in loops if you are not on a well lited space and as i have researched in the internet this is a very widespread issues in this model. The camera software has many issues and takes long time since you open it until u can take a pic.

The phone run fast and seem great. But no headphone jack means I can't charge and listen to music unless I buy Bluetooth headsets when I have perfectly good wired item. If you use an adapter to listen to music there is a contact ticking noise in the background seems to be a constant problem with Samsung phones. Spoils a great phone

Loved the colours and the screen resolution and pixel clarity with vibrant colours throughout. But it lacks a looooot of performance for a phone at this price, i get it's not as premium but still expensive if compared to other phones for the same price range. It gets laggy when i launch games and certain apps especially movie apps.

It looks great and has all you could possibly need in a phone and more. Its super fast and I love all the extra security because I do alot of online shopping and banking. There's more than enough storage and a great big screen which I like. It also has 3 cameras to give great pictures. I Would definitely recommend this phone

The phone takes great pictures, has an intuitive operating system but the battery life is rubbish. I'd only had the phone a couple of days and found myself charging it twice a day. I changed a load of settings to help with the battery life and it seems to be a bit better. I shouldn't have to do this on a brand new phone

I have iPhones for donkeys years now and decided that they had got way to expensive so would try Samsung this time .Iam so happy I have .It is as good if not better then the Iphone .Iam very happy with it as it does everything I want and need .The main thing it is so much cheaper and I am not missing the Iphone at all

It runs WhatsApp and all the necessary things normally but, when it comes to games. Pixels showing, lagging, freezing even on small games. I would like to see if there is anyway to reduce pixels appearing during a game like Roblox or Call of Duty. Thanks for reading this, appreciate it!

Having a problem with the phone not switching to home router when in range, many a time after connecting, it will revert back to mobile G4. Another issue is that the phone will state that only emergency calls can be made and any other calls not possible. This is not a new phone.

The phone is slick, fast, does it all at a much more reasonable price. I have always had the flagship but decided this time I did not need it. The S20 FE does it all though. I am sure I am missing something of the flagship but as I don't know it is absolutely fine.

i much prefer the s20 plus i had before that broke to be honest. its ok but not so user friendly for me. i wish i could get all my old apps back. i had trouble sending them to the s20fe and so lost some of them. also i used to have 2 sim cards but now i have one.

Samsung s20 fe Great phone does everything i want it to buy there is no notification light at the top corner of the phone. Also holding the lock button does not have you the option to restart the phone. 2 simple things but very annoying things i have found.

I bought this a month ago and the delivery was so fast! I'm so excited about the phone features!! Overall, I'm satisfied with the phone & the phone camera was so good!!! I swear! Post a story at Instagram and it turns so great. Thank god! 5 stars from me!!!

Gr8 phone. Meets all my needs. Fast at running multiple programs. Very good battery lfe and just the right size. I also use the Samsung cover which gives good protection and the dinky info line with the cover closed. All up a delightful phone to use.

I loved my s10 and I love the s23 I e got for my partner, size and buttons layout. but s20fe a bit too big to reach all screen with one hand . I mean thumb and buttons layout is bad (volume /lockscreen) the rest is a Samsung. a beautiful machine*

I bought it a month ago. I am happy with the device except data sever. The option to to disable applications is not working during the data saver. Even I keep what's app data off still received message. The battery life also should be improved

Great phone as expected from Samsung. Marked down only because battery life is so poor. My S6 which I upgraded from had better battery life! Apart from that the S20 is perfect, amazing features and pics are stunning quality ! Thank you.

I like this phone because of hole punch camera at the top of the screen and how you can make the screen bigger when you are taking a photo or you are watching something on your phone. I also like the fast charging on the phone as well.

Good size, easy to use. Only had I for short time so still have to figure out some things. Great at taking pictures ( good quality) . Only thing I would say is battery life but that could be because I am using it to figure things out.

I bought samsung S20 FE last month and i like it very much. It has a great colour, it work smoothly and fast. Battery also fast charging and last longer. Not forget to mention that i get galaxy buds for free and i really love it.

It's a good phone, easy to use, fits the bill. However, I do not like the Bixby feature and will endeavour to remove it, it interfers with screen shots, make it very difficult. Battery does not last long either!

Battery drain fast. Tried all troubleshooting method, turn off background data and battery usage, optimise it. Already one month still the same. The reason one UI is still learning usage pattern is not persuasive.

Upgraded from the s9 to the s20 Fe 5g and what an upgrade!! Loving the bigger screen the 120htz refresh rate. The 3 cameras on the back take so much better pictures then the s9. And the one ui is amazing software

I miss not having finger print sensor on the back like my old S9+ and it's missing heartbeat sensor which I used a lot to keep track of my health as I'm now 50 years old. I have been a long term Samsung user.

I love the Samsung S20Fe. The only downside is it has screen burn,which I believe is a common thing with this phone. It's going to cost more money to repair than what the phone is worth so im not happy 😒

I like the phone like it's good but I rlly don't like the fact that it doesn't come with earphones and all of the earphones at the shop won't work with it so idk what to do but overall a good phone.

Poor, camera has very poor quality photos are blurry in every mode. Cannot pick up qr code. Battery life is poor also has to be charged multiple times throughout the day with little use

Started to freeze after a month of having the phone, Internet keeps switching off, but it's showing its on and uses 4G, will be calling 02 tomorrow as this is getting worse.

Good phone. Poor battery and heats up excessively and the charge is slow. Sent phone back and got it replaced still does it on this one. Love the design though its spot on

It's not new I've had it for four years it's the best no downfalls same battery power only thing the charger port doesn't work on it so I have to use a wireless charger

Takes great photos but essential function of making ph calls is terrible. It freezes/ never dials or connects so you can never rely on the phone call function to work.

Ini hp baru di charge kok udah lumayan warm, padahal di chargenya dalam kondisi mati diruangan berac. Habis 20 minutes set up hp, batrai udah drain 8%. Is it normal?

I am still getting use to it but the basics of the phone 2 my s8 are the same . but i would of liked the option of a plug in port for earphone than just bluetooth.

It's an outstanding phone with an excellent battery and top class camera. It takes very good pictures using the "night" mode and has a super Slomo video setting

A nice phone, once you get to know the phone most of the things you can do with it come easy, the camera is excellent I cannot fault it at all.

Good phone, does what it needs to and is generally fast. Have had an issue with phone calls dropping out randomly, and it is not the network.

The volume is very poor. If you are talking to someone you need the volume full blast whilst on loud speaker and it is still difficult.
