It has a super fast response going from one app to another, love that you added AI to messages and use it a lot, camera is ok but could be better, specially on might pictures ( the timer is annoying ). Love that I can use voice commands and Gemini is ok but hopefully will get better In the past resetting a phone could take for ever, specially when we have so many apps and today the reboot goes super fast and just takes like a couple of minutes. I switched from 🍎 to Samsung like 9 yrs ago and I am happy with my decision. Thank you Samsung JB

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The S24 series comes in a variety of colours - I've gone for the S24+ Cobalt Violet and I'm loving it. It's quick and easy to get started, if you're replacing your old Samsung phone then you may be able have all your data transferred using Samsung Smart Switch app. The phone features a slightly bigger battery capacity compared to the previous series, even with a screen refresh rate set at 120hz the battery life is decent. Real time translation and an interpreter function powered by Galaxy AI is very cool and will be very useful. The camera is very powerful and is able to take much better quality photos, even while zoomed-in at night.

I had purchased the Samsung Galaxy S23+ in February of 2023. I absolutely loved that phone and I wouldn't have upgraded had I not accidentally cracked the screen. The Black Friday deals were incredible this year! To repair the screen on my S23+ would have cost me the same as to upgrade to the S24+ with my current trade-in, so it made more sense to just upgrade. I personally don't believe that the hardware and software updates from the S23+ to the S24+ are worth the steep price, but in my situation it was a necessity. I love the S24+ as much as the S23+ and will continue to enjoy all that Samsung has to offer with this very capable smartphone.

An upgrade from my old cellphone. Complete features, good cellphone design, and compact and modern design.

Within the first month it wasn't letting me or person on the other end of the phone hear anything. Went onto the website and they advised following the steps and eventually do a factory reset, which thankfully worked. It them happened again, so I phoned Samsung, who advised I'd need to drive over an hour away to the nearest shop to get them to look at it due to it being after the 30 days. Save your money, I know have 2 Samsung phones (one is a company phone) that hardly work. Then when you do try the correct way to fix it they delay you long enough to go past your statuary rights. Having a look online this seems to be a common fault

Good phone but can't get on with it. Too many non standard Android features. I've been a Pixel user since Pixel 6 and have just bought a Pixel 9 to replace the Samsung. There are basic things such as selecting a photo to attach to an email or use on another app. The software defaults to Samsung gallery and you can't set the default to Google Photos. Various other Samsung apps operated in the same way. It's a lot of maybe minor but infuriating issues that has made me swap back too Pixel. For previous Samsung users it's a great phone and you won't even notice the things I'm writing about here. So don't let this review put you off purchasing an S24.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an s22 and decided it was time to upgrade and I upgraded to the s24+, honestly the best decision I've made because the s24+ is actually really good, has great cameras, an amazing screen, and an amazing camera set, haven't had any problems with it the 7 months I've had it. The battery life gets me through the day and the power of the phone itself is great, Galaxy AI is also a pretty nice feature to have for when I need anything done, I love the circle to search feature and find the notes app really nice to use with the integration of galaxy AI. Overall it's a great phone and I would recommend it to anyone who's looking to upgrade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not really into year-over-year incremental hardware improvements, slightly better cameras, or gaming. However, I do use my phone a lot for work and personal communications. The new Galaxy AI spellchecker and tone adjustment come in really handy. Also, the sound recorder and transcription features work really well, and I don't think Samsung has put enough emphasis on that. I use it for summarizing my meetings, and it saves me a lot of time. The device runs smoothly and is very stable. Other than that, I don't really pay attention to how many gigabytes of RAM it has or the CPU speed. When you look at the user experience, this device is a winner.

It gives all the best features like increased battery life while still having a pretty good price point. The power and snappiness is second to none, and it just overall is a great experience. The only thing that I think detracts from this phone it's touch responsiveness. It always feels like something is being pressed that shouldn't be. Outside of that it's definitely the best bang for your buck. Plus all the new features like the galaxy AI make ease of use easier and allows for all sorts of possibilities. My favorite is definitely the way the AI can correct and edit pictures!

I recieved my brand new phone today. I am so impressed with the long lasting battery, I didn't need to charge my phone for majority of the day. The camera is the BEST camera I have had on a phone so far, which is one of the main reasons I decided to purchase this particular model. The design is sleek and simple, I love the curved corners as it makes the phone look appealing. The display is extremely high quality and I cannot fault it. Overall the performance of the S24+ is impressive and I am so glad I went with this model as I was originally going to purchase the S24. I just know this phone will last me a long time due to the high quality and specs.

I have not owned a Samsung for 5+ years and the strides since then have been enormous. It feels so solid and has such a lovely svelt design. This phone leads the way in AI and photography, both of which are vastly improved over any previous phone I have had. It feels like Samsung has really tripped the fat with regards to bloatware, everything included now feels like it has a function and is actually useful. I would love to be a product tester for Samsung flagship phones and tablets. I would give really good and honest information about the product. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having the S22+ for a couple of years I thought it was time for a treat & upgrade to the S24+. Tranfer of data contacts/apps/text/pics/music/ect was easy and not overly time consuming. The fuller your drive is with info the longer it will take. The 24 comes with a qr reader in the pull down menu with the wifi/sound/flashlight apps. Didnt have any issues getting into my apps that transfered, just have to remember login info if you had it saved to open automatically. Overall, execpt for the Galaxy AI stuff they try and force on you that I'd rather be able to toally delete (dont need dont want crap) its a really good phone to have.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been very happy with my new S24+, this is the first Samsung phone I've ever had, I was an exclusive fan of a different brand before. I use this phone for work and entertainment. I can easily check and write my emails, browse my inventory online and it sends beautiful pictures to my coworkers when I ship items out. On the weekends (and breaks) I can easily stream movies and other videos seamlessly. I haven't came across a game that it wouldn't play. Everything it does is seamless. Overall I am very happy with all this phone does and excited by all the upgrade features I now have access to like the camera and Galaxy AI.

The 24 plus does a great job balancing size and features. Yes I could have gone with a bigger ultra, but I wanted something that still felt normal in my hands. But at the same time gave me all the power I want. This is 24 plus does that with great storage size, speed and awesome cameras as well. I highly recommend the s24 Plus or anyone looking for a good solid phone with seamless actions across apps, it doesn't feel like you're carrying a tablet but has the power needed to do what people do everyday and do it quickly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had it for a week and quite frustrated. Very difficult if not impossible to change alert sounds for apps. I get all these system alerts when I'm trying to work and can't tell if messages or some other useless notifications. Google tries to run everything on it to "customise" it to me but I know what I want, not what Google wants. Google just wants to promote its own agenda and advertising. The s21 suggested spelling, this stupid keyboard overrides my spelling and auto corrects things I don't want changed. If you turn it off then don't even get suggestions. I've spent hours on youtube trying to figure out how to change everything.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I previously had an S10 before moving forward and upgrading and the S24 seemed like a no brainer, but now that it's in my hands it surely has solidified my expectations and has become my most used device. My main focus has always been trying to capture the best possible pictures and the S24 leaves nothing to the imagination with crisp and clear resolution. On top of that, video quality is absolutely superb. I use my device mainly to play my favorite mobile games and I haven't had to worry about any slow down in processing power. This phone is absolutely amazing and I can't even begin to think how Samsung is going to top this!

Voice to text iconic change is terrible. The icon used to be located in the row just above the keyboard. But now it moved to the lower left hand corner of the phone. Which is way more inconvenient. And it also does not work effectively. You have to press it exactly right. If you do it too long some weird new search option appears on the screen. If you do it too short the microphone doesn't work. Also when you finish doing a voice to text and send the text the microphone often pops right back up again and starts recording without you even realizing it. Never ever had this problem before with any previous version of Samsung Galaxy.

You can use multiple screens at ease of use to do an assignment and watch a show at the same time. It's easy to navigate and find what you need without having to search through an online source. Very happy with this phone and wouldn't trade it for anything less! I do love the AI feature to talk to people in another language. Before I had to type it out in translate online, but now I can call and it will translate back and forth with who I'm speaking with.. This is an amazing feature. There are so many useful features that this could turn into an exciting book of learning!

I've been using S24+ for 2 months. I'm sad to say the fingerprint scanner is dreadful. It doesn't work half the time. My finger/thumb has to either be moist or warm for it to recognize it with or without a screen protector. However, I have no problems when using it to log into apps. It's only when unlocking the phone. The face recognition is also poor. It takes several seconds to recognize my face and doesn't recognize my face at all in low light conditions - unlike the rival "phone" that will unlock with Face ID in a pitch dark room. My S20 FE fingerprint scanner and speakers blow this S24+ out the park. I'm sad I spent so much.

The graphics and performance for gaming are some of the best on the market. I can easily take notes and pull documents straight off a board in classes and add them to my documents. The storage allows me to hold more than enough files so I'll never have to worry about not having an important pdf. OH! I had upgraded from an A53 and it's night and day for what I need it for! I'm the type of person that doesn't have the most patience and the processor on this 24+ is lightning fast and I've never been frustrated since switching! As a parent I'm always being asked "quick take a video/picture mom!" The camera opens so fast and the quality of the pictures and videos are amazing! I have gone out at night to try to capture some aurora but instead I recieved an amazing picture of the stars that I couldn't see with the naked eye with the right settings. Samsung phone since I bought a Galaxy S2. Yeah! That long.. I am usually a cheerleader for the Samsung brand. Till now, I recently vought both the S24 and the S24+. And as they are almost the same as the last series, S23. I don't like the fact that the 24 & 24+ are very boxy and the camera lens and awkward to carry around, especiallywithout a case. I also don't like at all the fact that you have no option for an SD card. I am really a Samsung fan normally. But honestly I'm thinking of getting a new brand. Mostly, over the memory issue.

The chipset makes it even better due to how nice and fast it is. That being said, what makes the chipset so great is how it handles AI. Excellent for my content when I'm streaming, the wider screen helps me with my graphic designs as I make logos and designs. Plenty storage for files along with the Samsung cloud and Microsoft Samsung you a bad.....( hey watch your mouth ) and it only keeps getting better and better. Everything is up to par with my amazing phone , I love it the only thing I would say needs anything is the camera with better quality other then that Samsung has the cell phones on lock. What a great device this is! The features are so much superior to the older models. The Camera is so impressive and is worth upgrading to. My new hobby is to take pictures of the moon and using the Zoom feature lol. The speed of opening and closing applications is impressive. The battery life is amazing and the screen itself is very high quality and fab for watching videos on Apps. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the S24+ as a replacement for my S21 which was getting a bit past its best. The S24+ is very similar in terms of size, looks and user interface but its performance is much better and the new AI and camera features make the upgrade well worth while. The battery seems to last around two days with normal use so this is a big improvement. One thing which really impressed me is the way that as soon as I switched the new phone on, there was a message on the old phone saying that it detected the new one and to connect them together using the supplied USB cable and everything was copied from the old phone to the new one.

Not even 6-12 hrs in and there were issues. Phone was heating up not long after getting on facetime despite being brand new, not on the charger, and not running long. The colors are all over the place. White is turned green, my tan olive skin is a bronze greeish orange and despite downloading a bright pastel pink wallpaper it looks like a greyed white background with a tint of extremely muted pink. The camera is fuzzy depending on the app. As a photographer is this appalling. Despite going from a S22 to a S24+ it feels like a downgrade. Seriously rethinking my brand loyaty not just cause of the phone but the service as well.

The phone is the proper size for back pocket fortunately the salesman did not sell me a large enough memory card in my phone and I've already maxed it out leaving me to put stuff in the clouds and on external drives that would be the only downside of my current situation. It's fast enough to do everything I want to do, the screen is amazing, the camera is great. It can get a little warm when playing games, but it's never uncomfortable like phones I've had in the past. Galaxy AI also has uses beyond what I thought I'd use it for (nothing). Messing with the circle to remove and moving random parts of my pictures is fun, and has actual practical uses as well. Literally the single complaint I have about this phone is the emoji that Samsung use. Other than that, there's nothing I'd change.

It's very easy to multi-task on this phone, as I can open and and check multiple pages and apps at once without having any lag, especially when I am switching through multiple apps. My personal use is also very seamless. As I can watch videos while reading school emails and responding. The audio quality of this phone is also really great, as someone who is in sound production so it very important that phone have good audio quality. I also like to use the Galaxy AI to help me plan and schedule appointments, among other tasks. This phone in general is just a very good product.

I only wanted to replace my S20+ because it got a small crack in display. I would not recommend this phone if you have an older galaxy device. My S20+ has a much more vibrant and higher contrast display. The difference watching the same video side by side with the 20+ and 24+ is very noticeable. The 24+ display is washed out with dull colors and the blacks are grey. Samsung says they are trying for more natural colors but I don't buy it. They went from a curved to flat screen and it's not good. I think it's hardware because if it was software they would have fixed it by now. I returned my S24+ and went with the OnePlus 12 which I would highly recommend.

We upgraded from S10es. A lot was familiar, but then again, a lot has changed. It's definitely faster, and battery usage is certainly better. The display is clearer, and more vivid. Moving our apps and data over went well, except some useful information didn't move with a few of the apps. Facial recognition still doesn't work for me, but fingerprint does, thank heaven. My favorite puzzle app doesn't work at all! We're inveterate DIYers and pretty savvy seniors - 77 & 80 - but better documentation for getting up and up and running would have helped a lot, and a guideline for some of things that have changed over the past few years would be most helpful.

Ditambah lagi dengan klaim dukungan software hingga 7 tahun, makin pas dengan saya sebagai pengguna HP jangka panjang. Begitu saya coba beragam fitur yang tersedia, saya langsung takjub dan bagi saya sangat luar biasa. Apalagi dengan hadirnya Bahasa Indonesia pada AI terbaru yang sangat membantu segala urusan. I have the ability to watch a movie while I text my mother. All on the same screen too. The ability to split the screen and use two apps at the same time is new to me and it's amazing. The ability to multitask, talk and then do something different with your hands or look at something else. Samsung really came in clutch when my credit cards chip features and other features stopped working. I had Samsung Pay, all that was super good. Uh, life-saving to me. I've some what used the AI. To a very minimal level. I haven't fully grasped it, but it does have plenty of explanations to make you understand it better. The camera quality is better than some of the cameras my company uses for pictures & recordings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy S24 is a great phone. It is quick, holds charge well, responds to voice commands, and is the perfect size. The pictures are great as well. The only complaint I have is with the auto correct or lack thereof and the voice to text feature. The auto correct doesn't seem to recognize words or phrases I use often and I have to change them manually. The voice to text doesn't recognize punctuation words so if I say "question mark" it types the words out instead of inserting a question mark. Everything else about the phone is great and it seems like Samsung is doing a great job of keeping up with updates and fixes.

Iv had samsung since I was about 13 and now I am 21 and still have only used Samsung. I got the phone at a great price and was able to upgrade from my previous phone. Camera quality is amazing, I have yet to run out of storage with this phone ( I have about 8 games a lot of pictures and a few videos along with a lot of apps ). Im also able to control where I want my music to play on and have my game on a separate speaker ( sound separation i think is what it is called in the settings ) all around a really good phone with an amazing brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my phone at the end of December, due to the sales. Did not touch it for a month as I was scared to try the copying from my Galaxy S10+ . I NEED not have worried. Using smart switch, I managed to copy everything over effortlessly with the exception of whatsapp. While the many photos came across in my gallery, it was not possible to copy over the app using smart switch. There was a bit of a fiddle but it worked in the end. Just check your photos. It would appear you have to open messages containing photos in order to easily access them in your gallery. But I am one very happy little sausage with my Galaxy s24+

I’ve been a Samsung customer for many years but the Samsung S24 Plus is the best yet. The transfer of everything from Contacts , Files and Photos to my whole WhatsApp history was simple and comprehensive and took approx half an hour. That was my biggest concern but I really had nothing to worry about. The S24 Battery lasts the whole day and more – it’s always in my hand while I take pics, respond to emails and messages and stay up to date with news and social media and there’s still 15-20% charge left when I start charging it after 11pm. This new Samsung S24 is a most definite step-up from my previous Samsung S models.

Ther continues however to be consistancy issues with software, particuarly following updates (updates also effect texting and phone calls). Galxy AI, like most Ai programs for me at this point is not a useful feature. Camera often takes blurry phptos and videos and when photos and videos are sent, they lose quality from the sender's original file (regardless of where the file is sent from) With those negative points made however, the S - 24 and the S-series remain the strongest, most consitent products in its class and will be my go to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, I did not need a new phone. I upgraded because the trade-in value of my old phone s10e was so great I couldn't pass it up. The feel of this phone in my hand gives me such pleasure that I may just not slap a case on it. It fits my hand perfectly while typing this review with two hands. It also holds up texting one handed. Performance wise it is blazing fast. The little shortcuts and quality of life improvements from the s10e are immeasurable. Camera is amazing. So many gigawatts. My only brief problem is that due to the camera lenses the phone does not sit flush on a flat surface. I sure hope that if I opt for a case this is fixed. 11 out of 10. Hooray

I don't have any complaints, the battery life is good, can be extended through disabling of features if needed. The camera takes very nice shots, though the UI is fiddly. The design of the phone itself is very nice, build quality is solid. The display is very sharp and colours really pop. I like the night mode options which allow softer colours at night. Performance is generally excellent, bar a few hiccups in menus, but only briefly and infrequently. I don't like all the Samsung versions of the standard Android apps. For example Samsung Pass, I did not get on with this, it was not useful and would not suggest passwords for new apps when I needed it to, frustrating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have accidentally dropped this phone dozens of times, without a case, on hardwood and concrete and I am pleasantly surprised how tough and durable this phone is. The corners and screen are still in tact, minus some minor scratching from being in my pocket alot, and it's been almost 3 years since I bought it. The battery still charges pretty quickly and lasts almost a day and a half if I absolutely need it to. On a side note, being able to have two apps open at the same time makes it easier to navigate between apps without accidentally closing one. Great for video/audio and task management when on work related apps.

My carrier said I would be required to buy a new device. I was a fan of the Samsung Rugby line for years although it is discontinued now. I was happy with the phone until Galaxy AI tried to take over. Two forced updates ago the layout & behavior of my phone was changed & I don't care for it at all. The camera features are above average & I appreciate that. I hate to sound negative because Samsung is my preferred electronics brand. However, things that were changed without the user ability to reverse it is making question my brand loyalty. Thank you

The sleek design is very appealing and I love just how smooth the performance is. I'm a big gamer so I have a lot of games on it. The games run smoothly and the battery doesn't die fast while I'm gaming. Even when I'm not gaming, the phone lasts me the whole day. I also love the Galaxy AI feature and how easy it is to find stuff on photos by just circling it. The live translation feature is also amazing. I don't have to struggle to understand my loved ones because the live translation makes it so much easier. This is the best phone I've had.

It helps me stay organized. Bixby is an awesome tool when it comes to research and it helps make tasks that can be stressful, actually be very simple. The design is sleek smooth and seamless! It is beautifully crafted and the graphics and AI inclusion is on point! The camera is exceptionally good and stands out amongst the best. Purchased a little over a month ago; so far so good. Enjoying the new camera features & long lasting battery. The Smart Switch app was easy to set-up & I was able to transfer everything within a few hours from my old Samsung including all files from the micro sd card. Battery got a bit warm during the Smart Switch of files, but hasn't been an issue since then. The downside is no micro sd card slot in this phone & you have to buy the charging adaptor separately; I just use an old adapter that I already have. All in all it's a great phone to use, but take note that I was upgrading from an old S10+ that I've had for 5 years & haven't experienced the other models inbetween.

With the latest Android, 15, update, the device became worse, in particular: - not easy to read the battery percentage on top right of home screen, I do not understand why they changed the graphics - to choose the apps now you have yo scroll up and down, I have using Samung Galaxy Note/Ultra mobiles and now I found more difficult to use - the quick access to the setting by scrolling down from top of the screen is now split in 2 parts, left and right, more difficult to use It was a perfect mobile and software, I don't understand these changes, at least they could have left the option to keep the software as it was

Being an older (64) user the phone is so easy to use even though I don't get all the capabilities out of it. I do however use the internet, maps, navigation, etc. The phone itself has crystal clear voice, the camera is awsome and has abundant editing, the operating speed and capacity is lightening fast. I wasn't sure how I would feel about the introduction of Galaxy AI but I must say it has only improved the search results and it provides in depth answers and information. All in all I have no complaints about this phone. Amazing device!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung S24+ for almost everything! I take credit card transactions at work on my phone, using the Square App, Cash app & Venmo. I'm still figuring out Galaxy AI, it seems interesting. I listen to music, audio books, podcasts etc on my phone, I use the calendar feature religiously, the weather & calculator apps daily, on top of social media. The camera is amazing! I take pictures daily for work and on trips. I've had to clean up the memory recently, first time in over a year, being as things were just starting to bog down a little. Deleted over 600 picture files, and the problem was resolved :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgrading from my previous Samsung S series phone I discovered how easy it was to use my new Samsung Galaxy S 24+. The features have been upgraded from my previous phone and I noticed how quick this phone is doing all tasks. All of my old phone features and apps were easily transferred to my new device and I'm constantly discovering new features that are a helpful addition to my upgraded product. It's like I'm using a refreshed version of my old phone and apart from the repositioning of the user buttons from the left side of the handset to the right side it's as if I've just upgraded my devices features and speed.

I had a Samsung galaxy a52 before this one the camera on that was far better, I don't. think moving the macro camera was a good idea. the zoom on the 50 mp settings is limited it pixelates to much to get any decent photos, even on the 12 mp setting it pixelates to much although you get a better zoom function on this. I like the translator it seems good we have yet to try it properly in live mode. i find the charge runs out far to quickly i only have a low use on my phones but this barley last a day, very poor overall im not that impressed for a phone of this nature, my a 52 was better than this phone in every way
