I've had my Buds2 for well over 2 years and they still work perfectly. The sound quality is really good and the noise cancellation is a life saver when commuting or when flying. I love the design, they are really comfortable and great for when I'm at the gym (although, they can slide when you have a sweaty session) and way more appealing than the stem design on AirPods. Not subtle at all. The case is quality too, I love the sound it make when it snaps shut. They are easy to connect and never fail and they last for ages so you know the battery is good. I'll be upgradibng to the Buds2 pro rather than the Buds3. I don't want the AirPod look.

While the sound quality of the buds 2 is great, and the noise cancelling is really amazing, these buds never stay in my ear for more than 5 minutes without having to be adjusted or pushed back into my ear. They constantly fall out and the shiny plastic material they are made from becomes slippy instantly. There is no silicone or ridge on them to keep them secure, and every time you push the earbuds back in your ear the touch controls activate and turn of the ANC or pauses your song etc. So you end up in a constant cycle of pushing in, touching to unpause, 2 mins of listening and continue the cycle. Incredibly annoying and such a downgrade for wearability from the buds 1.

Sound quality is good. The ANC is ok but not great, and the passive noise cancelling is basically non-existent due to the fit. The fit is terrible, they don't stay in my ears, especially the right one which constantly falls out, this is annoying as I end up constantly pausing or skipping songs trying to push it back in. I prefer my old Samsung Galaxy Buds+ from 2020 with the bit that grips your antihelix and helps them stay in your ears, they also had better passive noise cancelling. Overall, the sound quality is good, but only if you're sat still. For the gym, I still use my old ones.

Have had the white ones for a few months now. They're strong as I have dropped them on accident many times however, the noise cancellation is more like 55% in reality and there are very limited features. You only have find my earbuds of which you need to be close by for it to work, there is awkward ear fitting but I do have smaller than average ears, and only "ambient sound" or "noise cancelling" as options. You can choose how the sound is portrayed such as bass boosted etc but in general I would look elsewhere. I am a Samsung fanatic and am fully in the ecosystem and found these products to be fairly disappointing. Finally, on full volume, sound leaks rather badly which defeats the noise cancelling proponent.

The Galaxy Buds2 have themselves been fitted with many new features to improve overall quality, including the three mic system for significantly improving quality during calls. We do aim to make the size of the headphones as compatible with as many of our customers as possible, but obviously this isn't always possible. The noise cancellation has been boosted to even higher levels than its predecessors, with up to 98% active noise reduction. I do love them per say - the design, the sound quality, ease of use, size - but the battery life is no more than 3 hours, max 4 if I am lucky. Very disappointed and far too expensive for such short battery life. Mine are brand new and I wanted them replaced after being told the battery life should be far more than a puny 3 hours, but they only offered to 'repair' them which I find unacceptable. A manufacturing lemon will always remain a lemon and it's not acceptable to not replace bad lots. Also, the Samsung app for Windows use doesn't work and has a 2 star review.

Firstly, if you have not done so already, please check that the software of your Buds is up to date. Go to the Galaxy Wearables app > Buds2 > Earbuds settings > Earbuds software update > Update. This will clear any bugs and make sure they are working to the optimum level. You can also try resetting the Buds by going to the Galaxy Wearable app again > Buds2 > Earbuds settings > Reset. They are good but be ready to buy like 20 of them. I got the galaxy buds 2s, used them a ton and one ear (right) just suddenly lost 80% of its volume and has not been fixed to this day. I tried cleaning them, nothing, I tried resetting them, nothing they just completely lost audio. A week later the left ear started to make a really loud sound like interference and got louder if I turned on ambient sound or anc. I've not used them rough or damaged them in any way the only thing I've done is used them a lot and they are pretty much unusable now.

These ear buds are best to be used indoors and listening to media (e.g music, videos etc) When you're out and about and on phone calls the end-callers can't hear me. My Samsung handset/phone does a better job at blocking out noise so I tend to stop using the buds and use the phone handheld whice defeats the purpose The design and material of the case is pretty poor, has slipped out my pocket a couple times and the buds have fell out each time. Had they had a bit more weight or stronger magnets Or a heavier lid I wouldn't have lost one earbud already. Only had them less than a month. Also if you have small ears is do not recommend they only just fit and after some time they do slide out even if you use the small size silicone buds Noise cancellation is good though

The website says there are 6 total microphones, I only see 4... only bad thing about them in my opinion, sound quality is fantastic and I can literally walk away from my phone to the other side of the house and they work just the same as if I had my phone in my hand.. seen alot of reviews where the buds dont fit in their ears.. fit fine for me.. as for only 1 ear bud working, i suggest charging the buds first and not just getting them and expecting them to work without any charge in them.. but, Good job Samsung

They keep falling out; nearly fell into a bowl of soup while having lunch, fell on the floor a couple of times on day 1. My ears aches from constantly pushing them back into ears, body finish is too sleek. Tried everything to keep me in ear, I feel like they have to be glued to my ears to stay put. I can't use them while out because I fear they'll fall out and get lost. How am I supposed to test performance if I can't even keep them in long enough?

Very disappointed with this product. They have caused me to have a severe ear infection due to the nickel content in them. This issue looks to be a common problem which samsung are fully aware of. The buds were sent back to samsung for investigation and are now being returned. I am now out of pocket as I simply cannot wear them. Samsung customer service will not issue any kind of refund or replacement. Very poor service from Samsung

Having had many variations of Samsung earbuds I find these to be the most comfortable by far. The only downside for me is the inability to mute a call or even the option to have that with the press and hold settings. This has been invaluable in the past with the original buds for myself especially, but also others have shared their grievance with this feature being removed in the newer buds.

Not being funny my dad put these in the washing machine case and all (twice) and they still worked. The case stopped holding charge for ages so would just charge the earbuds but the battery's so long I'd charge them for like 15 mins a day and it wouldn't matter. The other day I realised the case was fully working again. Wow 100% would recommend

They're great but stopped working after just a month. Constant ringing in the left ear when I put ambient sound on and crackling at all other times.
