Not comfortable with this phone at all In a couple of ways best I've had. Mostly I don't enjoy using it at all,. Reliant on phone gives no option but to get used to it. Too intrusive! It really does have a mind of its own! Maybe needs a professional to set it up 1st TIME EVER! It's been filled to brim with Samsung no options to uninstall Will.look to a different brand , had Samsung 25 years + can't envisage another year with this one TOO.MUCH ON PHONE TO.MAKE IT IDEAL . JUMPS DUCTATES INTRUSIVE 4 choices of What describes me best possibly illustrates my lack of love for this phone 4? Where does everyone else tick.please?

The performance of this phone is beyond shocking. I would highly recommend no one buys this phone and by the looks of the reviews on Google the only good reviews are incentivised...funny that. Please take my advice and buy something else unless you want to cause a loved one or yourself endless stress. I would recommend any other phone but this one. The only good thing about this piece of trash is the screen but I don't wish to pay that price for everything else to be poor. Please, anyone who reads this, buy something else. This review probably won't be displayed but Samsung do like to hide the truth.

During the month I have had this phone, I have been unable to connect with android auto. Three conversations with Samsung tech have been no help, each giving exact same advice resulting in asking me to reset a brand new phone! They also advised me to check with citroen that I have the latest software update. They were very helpful and gave me the latest install. Unfortunately, this did not help. Samsung then said there could be something wrong with android auto, which is preloaded with no updates available. I am waiting for a response from android auto. Considering I spend a lot of time in my car, no I am not too happy at all with my A15 and thinking of plugging my A21s back in.

I had an A13 which got damaged in water and which I preferred. I am not a tech person so may not have worked out possible changes/shortcuts but as an example the A13 email page offered left swipe on each email with options to move, forward etc. The A15 only has delete on swipe. The search and sort functions on email aren't as good. I also find it slow to open pages especially on Internet, lots of buffering. Links in documents also take ages to open and sometimes not at all. I mainly use for Internet research, YouTube and emails/WhatsApp and think for my purposes the A13 was better.

Always love my Samsung phones...never charge. I like everything about my new phone apart from the size. It's just too big for me personally..I struggle to fit into pockets and bags...much preferred size of my S9. Otherwise all good

I just think its ridiculous that this phone comes with a non standard charging cable. What should be a standard USB fitting to go into a USB mains plug, or computer USB slot, does not fit and therefor you have to buy another plug that accepts the smaller fitting. So I bought this phone to give as a gift and now the recipient cant charge it without buying another plug. I can appreciate you not including a plug, but at least make the charging cable standard USB. Really dissapointed no doubt some silly cost cutting measure, and stuff the customer. Id like to reeview the features, but as the phonbe cant be charged yet its not possible. I cant imagine how many dissapointed people got one of these for Christmas !

I love this phone. I've been using Motorola devices for some time and while this phone is in the same price range as some of those competitors it definitely blows them out of the water. The display is beautiful. The camera is great. The software is snappy and robust. While itay lack some of the most recent features it comes with plenty for the price. I would definitely recommend this model to anyone looking for a budget or midrange phone. This phone has exceeded my expectations. I should note that I'm using it on the Mint Mobile network and the 5G service is amazing.

The size and speed are great. Setup was made easy, copying from a previous device, although saved passwords weren't picked up. Once all my apps were on, it is showing as almost full, even though it is supposed to have twice the storage of my last phone. The camera is unimpressive. It can zoom in but the resulting photos are unnatural, they look like fake paintings rather than clear, realistic photos. Also, the fb messaging app has the same notification sound as wattsapp and there doesn't seem to be an option to change it. I used to ignore fb messenger because it is often group chat but now I have to check it every time in case it's a direct message or wattsapp. Overall, it's ok but I prefer my older Galaxy A12.

Not totally in love with it. I actually preferred my old A5!! Some things are not as convenient,such as collecting any app I've used under the umbrella of 'close all' where I can't pick and choose to keep one open. Don't like trying to get the close app bit at the bottom of the screen. It is where the app instructions are and I find myself doing things I don't want to do rather than changing the window. It jumps between things of its own accord occasionally- the camera particularly opens up when I don't want it. Little things but they each make life more difficult.

I haven't been too happy with my new phone really, considering it's barely 2 months old it's been really slow. Apps are crashing constantly and malfunctioning, I can't listen to Spotify (which I use frequently) and use my phone without it repeatedly crashing over and over. The video quality is extremely lagging and there are many features that are not functioning properly as a result. Do you have any advice for me? I've never had such a poor experience with a brand new phone, it has been frustrating and disappointing from Samsung as a customer of 10+ years.

I got my new phone approximately a month ago. For whatever reason not all of my information from my previous phone transferred over to the new one. The apps looked like ghosts, I had to individually tap and allow time for each app to download. Only half of my contacts transferred over so I had to put those in myself. Another problem I’ve had is when I’m using Google maps I can’t turn it off ..particularly during a journey but even at the end I can tap the x as much as I like it won’t work. I’m not impressed and wish I’d taken it back.

Once the transfer is competed, you should leave your phone for 10-15 minute and allow the phone time to set everything up just like you had it on your old phone. The issue with Google Maps is not an issue caused by the phone, and is an issue from Googles side with the app specifically. I bought this phone as a budget device for use in my car with Android Auto. I initially liked the phone but unfortunately the Android Auto experience is abysmal. It takes at least 4 attempts each time to connect to the car, and once it does connect it has a very slow response to anything making it irritating to use. Even when not connected to Android Auto it can get very laggy and difficult to use. Even the keyboard lags, resulting in non standard characters appearing in the text I am typing. It sometimes takes several second to switch between apps. It is just an uncomfortable, irritating user experience. I have gone through loads of the optimisation suggested by Samsung but still have problems. I just don't think the phone is powerful enough to run properly.

I didn't have to learn anything new on how to use to use it. So I just carried on where I left off from my A10. I find these easy to navigate & the only puzzling thing for me was when all my data switched to the A15 for some reason most of my photos were duplicated. So far not found a way to delete them all in one go, so have been doing it one by one which is very time consuming. I've seemed help & still not recieved an answer that works. The camera is so much better quality & I have slow mo on this which I wanted.

Nice enough phone with loads more capacity than my old phone but generally am a bit disappointed. Despite good reviews, the cameras do not live up to expectation, the images are washed out, not vibrant at all. The screen size seems smaller too as it doesn't fit a page in like my old phone did and finally, the screenshot function is frustrating.....the fingerprint button now being on the side rather than the back is annoying (the swipe your hand function doesn't work very well). Other than that it's ok 🤷‍♀️

Well, it all depends on your needs. Like I play Roblox so this thing will get warm before I even enter a game. BUT it's not made for this. Other mobile games run really well. I barely lag. BUT when I search for a video on TikTok using the search feature, it lags so bad that TikTok crashes. Conectivity. The mic is something. It's sometimes bad and sometimes good. My friends report muffled sound quality when I call them on Instagram. The mic on the camera is good though. Speaking of camera, it's really good. Like I sometimes don't notice the grainy stuff because it's not grainy most of the time. The same can't be said when I dake pictures in the ddark. The battery is also really good. One time I didn't use my phone for two days and it still had battery left. The display is nice too.

Difficulty using this device. To start with mine is very heavy and cumbersome - weighs down my handbag. I am not mob phone literate so I am having trouble so I am taking a short course. Galaxy should provide a manual you can read as well as online help that is slow enough to understand. Without these it is unsuitable for people who are unused to these phones. I am sure other people fare better so I cannot just blame the phone. However I wish I had bought one of the simple phones.

By far the worst phone I have ever owned. Slow and laggy all the time, processor is clearly not powerful enough for the phone. Touchscreen doesn't recognise touch all the time and the phone cannot move smoothly from app to app without glutching. Took my first one back to EE and had it swapped as I thought it was faulty, turns out it's just rubbish. EE won't let me change the phone for a different make or model so I'm gutted to have the hunk of junk for the next 2 years.

Received this phone for work and have been pleasantly surprised by it. Battery life is phenomenal, and it is responsive and easy to use. As a business tool I use Outlook, Chrome and the camera most often and it has performed really well day to day. Connectivity is good, to wifi, bluetooth devices and in the the car. Good phone generally. Better than my old Motorola g60s. The only 2 issues I have are when opening from locked screen it sometimes randomly opens an app and when in browser sometimes the pictures don't load properly, they get stuck and multiply across the screen when scrolling. You have to pause and let it catch up but some websites are quite hard to read. I may pop into Samsung to see if there is a fix for it. Otherwise it's a good phone.

I love my a15. It does almost everything I really want it to. However it doesn't connect to android auto. I've tried different leads, fixes and even had the car's software updated. Research suggests it's a phone issue so that's really annoying as I now need to hand a phone cradle in the car for maps. I love the fact it's duel sim which means I only need to carry one phone around for work and personal. Please fix the android auto problem!

This phone is sluggish and takes forever to do a fully loaded restart. I had an a13 4g that was faster than this. Nice looking phone though, you have to give it that. Id love to use this phone as my daily driver but it takes a lot of patience that I don't have time for. The phone is fully updated as of 11/14/25. I know ts an a model and a low midrange phone, but it can be faster than this, this is awful.

The phone decided to 'freeze' on me yesterday. I switched it off and when rebooted it said it didn't recognise the SIM. I re entered the SIM pin code and the phone still didn't recognise the SIM card. I tried to switch the phone off but it wouldn't power down so I left it with a blank screen. Went back to the phone 15 minutes later and it worked normally without having to do anything. All a bit strange!

Not very happy bought the phone on the understanding that the phone would be compatible to the Insignia app as I had it installed on my old phone, a Samsung A10, to use with my hearing aids. This was not the case and on investigation the A15 phone is one of the phones which is not compatible. As a pensioner this was a big expense for me, and had I known I would have probably stayed with my old phone.

I've been a little disappointed with the a15. I've had Samsung phones for many years now and been consistently impressed - until now. My previous phone was an A12, which I can't fault. However, the A15 seems to have a much reduced battery life and a vastly reduced reception - it is constantly struggling to find/connect to networks when out and about, and is regularly losing wifi signal at home. I never had any of these issues - in the same locations - with the A12. It's not all bad of course; for a phone on the more 'budget' end of Samsung's offerings, the camera is great, picture quality is good, setup was easy and apps function well. Design is good, it charges quickly enough and the sound quality is fine. Because of the issues I've had, I couldn't really recommend it - however, I don't know how common these issues are, so I can't discount the possibility that I've just been unlucky.

The worst phone I have ever had. Puts me off getting a Samsung phone again. Biggest gripe. It refreshes everything constantly. Everytime I switch between apps it refreshes that app. That means I lose emails, work, get logged out of websites, lose the page I am on. Impossible to work on two apps at the same time. Tried various solutions nothing seems to stop it refreshing. Don't buy this phone.

I upgraded from a Samsung A12 that only supported 3G. The A15 is in almost all respects an improvemet but very similar in operation. Transfer of apps and data was a little patchy. My only disappointment is that my A12 worked well with my Oticon hearing aids, allowing me to hear all sounds on the phone to be diverted to them. I am unable to set this up this facility on the A15

I was excited to get my new phone, but disappointed the battery doesn't last as long as my A12. I've deleted a lot of apps etc etc, but still have to charge it within 3 days. I'm a senior lady, so don't do much on it to warrant this short charging time. Photos are supposed to be better. I would query that, I take photos of my garden, not as good as my A12.

Always loved our Samsung phones, myself wife and son always get the same. Our A12s were great, but we are all really disappointed with the A15 as its slow, laggy in-between apps, connecting to mobile data is intermittent, just feels like we have gone back 5 generations rather than upgrading. Now we are stuck with them for 2 years on contract.

The performance is great, except when the phone has been asleep, then when I try to use it after I wake it the phone is painfully slow. The Display seems fine, is this something to do with the battery or camera? Connectivity doesn’t seem to be a factor, there is over 50% free storage and all software is up to date and from the approved store

It's OK. The screen sensitivity is poor and I need to tap several times to get a result. Predictive text always requires 2 taps to choose a word. Its library of pre-programmed words is very poor. The screen grab gesture (side of the hand) is really, really unreliable. I was hoping for good things with this phone and do feel disappointed.

Excellent battery life,nice display and features,Performance is quick,the only thing in my opinion that lets it down is the start button is on the side and difficult to turn on when in a protective cover/wallet would be better at the bottom in the middle like the galaxy s7,sometimes ,ascetics rule over practicality and ease of use.

If only it transferred all of my data, the drafts in my emails, my what's app messages, my 2nd Instagram site. The constant not wanted ads. I changed my phone as the battery on my old phone took ages to charge. Hindsight I would never have changed. Plus it doesn't have the radio appI used on my old phone. Utter disappointment.

Battery life is amazing the performance compared to my old phone fantastic love the size of the display screen the one thing I do not like is not being able to use an old ringtone for the message alerts I use it out and about and never had any connectivity problems and the camera is brilliant as I do a lot of photography work

I received my Samsung a15 after I dropped my perivous phone in a river in Peru. I think that the feature and performance are good but the design is poor as it looks like any phone so it doesn't feel unique to have one. Overall I think it is a good phone but it should be better designed and better a better value for people.

Only two things that ate better than my old HTC, the battery life ----------? No sorry that's the only thing. HTC had a flashing notification on the screen so all you needed do do was glance at it to see and touch the time on the HTC and timer, stopwatch and alarm were there without having to have yet another icon to find.

Not much to love really. It seems to have a mind of its own when it comes to the home screen. It refuses to show time and date for more than a couple of days before disappearing. I have reset it times. Also if you use a photo for wallpaper it doesn't shrink to fit the screen. My old Samsung A21s was far more user friendly

Battery life is excellent lasts longer than any smartphone I've had before, does everything I require from a phone and does as much as most of the top of the range phones I've had in the past. Overall a great phone and most of all excellent value for money on par or better than some of the flagship phones I've had before.

The phone is fine, HOWEVER... samsung should include a proper working charging device, they charge enough for their products, its reasonable to expect to be able to charge your new device without the extra cost of a plug etc as samsung only include a none standard / none universal charging lead, SHAME ON YOU samsung....

I was worried about transferring all my apps and information from my old non samsung phone but i shouldn't have been .After downloading the samsung app to both phones the file transfer was fast and easy .The samsung phone is great everything on the new phone is quicker and much easier i wish i had got it a lot sooner .

Great device. I Loved it!... while it lasted. Its Very brittle. Breaks easily. The handset is not rugged enough. I dropped it on its corner. The screen was fine, and a tiny bump on the case corner, and it's screen died. The device became useless and I couldn't even answer incoming calls. Needs design improvement.

What i don't love about my A15 is the camera, which is very disappointing. In images involving texture such as grass or leaves, an ugly "pattern" appears, see attached photos. Switching off settings such as Scene Optimiser or Auto HDR, or the Pro setting, makes no difference. This did not occur with my old Galaxy J5.

Good for calls and connecting to Internet cameras take nice images. Bad just got fitted with hearing aids with Bluetooth and they don't work with this phone it seems that Samsung have only enabled this feature with s series of phones. I find it ridiculous that Bluetooth doesn't work on a recently released phone

Lovely and easy to use. Instructions on the phone are easy to navigate and the sound quality is very good. I nashe always has samsung piggies and like them. However, having the finger identification on the side button really annoys me. It only works 5/10 as it either doesn't recognise it or it tells me to cover it all... which I'm doing. Please put it on the front or back like my last one, so much easier.

The amount of LAG this phone has is unreal and so frustrating. Recording videos look like stop motion due to how slow the phone runs, apps like TikTok and youtube frequently freeze or refuse to run, and thendelay between touching the screen, and the phone responding is enough to make your head explode.

The phone is full of glitches. Slow, jerky, applications do not work properly. If I am listening to Spotify I cannot scroll through X without Spotify dropping out. I have tried all the fixes but going to take it back. I like the phone and hopefully I have a dodgy handset & the next one will work.

My old A10 could not pick up my fast wifi ,so was very slow . This A15 is brilliant at that and much easier to use. The camera is better at picking up colours. My only issue with it is that it's very unstable when trying to answer a call. Most of the time I have to ring people back.

The phones looks really nice and it's comfortable to hold. Performance wise it's ok, it's a big sluggish and the camera isn't great. And the photo editing software is a bit basic. The display is great, nice and clear, and the battery life is also great, but its just the performance of the phone.

Does not connect to android auto in my car, despite my old a14 did perfectly. Conntacted samsung on numerous times but still no good. Appears to be a common fault. Also does not allow me to stream music through my hearing aids. I am 4 months into a 2 year contract and am extremely dissapointed.

The processor is very slow and user experience is very poor. I had put my phone down and when I opened it again, it has logged actions I was trying to do before and executed them whilst the screen was off and decided to upload photos of my kids from the gallery into a public messenger chat.

Don't love anything, it's ok. Difficult to use, eg why is there 2 sets of home screens? Upper and lower. Hard to move apps around. Many times had to go through settings to get to apps that won't appear on the home page, had to delete and reinstall to get them to appear on the homepage

Good screen but that's about it tbh. It can't multitask at all so you can't even use YouTube premium with it. Don't bother making calls on messenger either because it will end the call if you want to do anything else. Do yourself or a loved one a favour and buy them something else.

Overall very disappointing. The A15 screen regularly freezes so that I can't scroll, navigate or even restart the device because I can't even enter the passcode. In addition, I was led to believe 5G was better than 4G, it is not. Reception is poorer than my 4G 'old' Galaxy S9

Absolutely perfect for my needs my last galaxy phone was a j4+ and this new phone is so much more updated and user friendly I can honestly say I don't think I'll have any other phone but a galaxy in the future

So I have gotten this phone for my birthday and it doesn't lag, has fast charging, good cameras and zoom, and the battery life and speakers beat the s24 ultra. I would recommend this phone for loads of people!

Really loving this phone. So simple to setup, all my files and contacts were easily transferred from my old phone to the new one. The phone looks nice, works great and have had no problems so far. It's great!
