Galaxy Note 9: Wallpaper is Distorted
Last Update date : Oct 29. 2020
This symptom is a temporary phenomenon and can be resolved via Software Update. Update your device software via Smart Switch PC or FOTA (Firmware over the air).
Alternatively it can be solved by changing the wallpaper. Please follow one of below methods to change the wallpaper:
1st Way

From the Settings screen, tap Wallpapers and themes

Select background image from Samsung themes and tap SET AS WALLPAPER

Long press the home screen, tap Wallpapers.

From gallery application, select the image which you want.
