How to register Fingerprint in Samsung Galaxy S5(SM-G900H)?

STEP 1. GETTING STARTED

a). From the Home screen, tap on Apps as shown below :

b). Tap on Settings . Under Personalisation, tap on Finger Scanner as shown below :

STEP 2. FINGER SCANNER

c). Tap on Fingerprint manager to register Fingerprints. You must accept the Terms and Conditions to use this function for the first time.

d). Swipe your fingertip over the home key from the top of the indicated area downwards and repeat it 7 times more as shown below : 

 

NOTE :

 

● For best results, swipe the entire pad of your finger from base to tip across the home key to register your fingerprint properly. 

● And Keep your finger flat against the home key and swipe at a moderate speed.

● The fingerprint sensor is sensitive to moisture, so make sure both the screen and your fingertip are dry.

e). Enter a Password to use when the fingerprint recognition function is temporarily unavailable and tap Continue. Your password must contain atleast one character.

STEP 3. FINGERPRINT SCANNER

f).9 Re-enter the same password to confirm and tap OK as shown below :

g). Your fingerprint has been registered. Tap OK to use this fingerprint to unlock your screen and then select Fingerprints as shown below :
