Television: No Sound

Here is the list of its causesproblems and possible solutions.

 

Causes:   It can be occurred due to loose connection, cable problem with source   

 

Solution:

 

1 Check “No sound” issue is related to any audio/video files or any particular TV channel.
2 If it is related to any audio/video files or channels then check on any different channels or play different audio/video file which have good quality audio.
3 If it is not related to any audio/video files or channels then perform Sound Test.
4 Perform Sound Test: To check whether sound is coming or not.

 

For new Series: Home > Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Start sound test

For old Series:  Start > Menu > Support > Self Diagnosis > Start sound test

•  If sound is coming then reset the TV.

•  If no sound then check audio/video and Cable connection whether it is loose or damage.
5 If connectivity issue then remove the audio/video cable from connectors and reconnect again.
6 If audio/video cable is damage then change the cable or contact to service provider.

7 If connection is not perfect then play audio from other sources (USB) and check it is working or not.
