Why Samsung Smart Touch Remote's touch pad not working properly?
There might be an issue that Samsung Smart Touch Remote's touch pad loses its sensitivity. This problem arises because the calibration level gets changed after using it for some time. You can resolve this problem by recalibrating the Smart Touch Remote.
Recalibrating the Smart Touch Remote :
- Press and hold the NUMBER key ( ) for 3 seconds. Calibrating will begin.
- Once complete, all LED's on the top of the remote will blink twice.
NOTE : When calibration is under way, the touch pad should not be touched. Touch pad needs to be calibrated time to time.
