I purchased the Samsung 65” Neo QLED 4K QN70F Vision AI Smart TV in November 2025, and it has been one of the best upgrades I’ve made for my home setup. The picture quality is outstanding — the Neo QLED panel delivers deep blacks, bright highlights, and excellent contrast, especially in HDR content. Motion handling is smooth, making sports and fast-paced movies look incredibly sharp. We bought this a month ago and we are still hacking through all the option/features/choices. We are in our early 70s and although we use recent Iphones and laptops, this television has many, many features that we will never use. We are hooked up on the web based Roger's Xfinity and resolution and colours are fantastic. The sound is more than adequate. While I understand this is a smart TV, I think it should be easy to shut down and power off but so far, I can't figure out how to shut it off so the screen saver/wall paper/widgets don't come on by itself. It is much lighter than the 48" Sony that this TV replaced so wall mounting was a breeze!

I bought this TV a few months ago and it was a great decision I must say. Ive always loved Samsung products. I have a tablet, ear buds and of course ive had the cell phones since the Galaxy S3 now on the Galaxy S25 ultra. I decided to get the TV because I've experienced very little problems throughout the years and I must say the TV is very vibrant, has a beautiful picture, the resolution is amazing. Id highly recommend this to anyone and everyone. The best part about Samsung I'd like to think is the more popular they get the more they are able to advance the technology. So dont wait join the Samsung Clan and lets explore what the future awaits. Cheers!

I ordered this TV as part of a preorder deal in April and received it 3 days ago. Haven't been disappointed. The picture quality is far superior compared to my old 10 year Samsung TV. Colours vivid and sharp. Taken me a little while to get used to the small modern remote. Still coming to terms with no number buttons but, found them in a sub menu. Love the voice recognition for changing channels though. Love the solar charging option on the remote. Taken a star of the 'design' feature though as I found the plastic feet not very sturdy. Does need to be anchored to a wall for security peace of mind. Previous TV had metal feet. So far really enjoying my new TV

I’ve been extremely happy with the 65” Neo QLED 4K QN70F so far. The size is perfect for my space and makes movies, gaming, and sports feel far more immersive. The screen brightness is excellent even in a bright room and the 4K resolution looks incredibly sharp and detailed. What stands out the most is the vibrance and contrast. Colours look rich and vivid without feeling oversaturated while darker scenes still maintain impressive detail. The refresh rate is also fantastic especially for gaming and fast paced content because everything feels exceptionally smooth and responsive. Overall it’s an impressive TV with outstanding picture quality and performance.

I actually bought the 85" QN70F but for some reason, there is no way to select the bigger screen. Anyway, i can say that the picture quality is excellent. The AI scene selection and AI picture adjustment might be ok for others but I choose to do my own customization and it works as per my preference all the time. The sound quality from the tv speaker is ok but it is best when paired with high quality soundbar specially when watching movies and sports. The screen is very reflective so I highly suggest to close your window blinds for best viewing quality. Refresh rate is very good for gaming and high speed movies like racing.

My first Samsung Smart TV had to be repaired after only 3 years. Then it had the same issue (horizontal lines at top of screen) 2 years later. You wouldn't repair or replace it. I bought the model mentioned above 13 months ago. I hope the same thing doesn't happen to this one! So far it's fine.....good picture and resolution. The remote control is junk. It's exactly the same size all the way around which means if it's not pointing the right way, you don't get the result you want. The remote with the first TV is thicker at one end so you know you're holding it correctly but sadly, it won't work on the new TV.

Picture is horrid. I have had Samsung TVs and replaced my 8 year old Samsung 55inch with this 65” and have never been happy with the picture. The colours are either washed out or over saturated, fuzzy and without clear definition and just not good to look at. Skin tones do not look right on any setting. I have played with all of the picture settings according to the fixed I have read online to no avail. This includes all factory preset picture profiles and also expert settings. Very disappointing television, I see why they now have discontinued them and have them on runout sale at a heavily discounted price.

I bought this TV in August last year and love pretty much everything about it. Great vibrant picture that really pops out at you. I love my sport and this is the only TV that I have had that has handled fast moving action with aplomb. My only issue is that occasionally the screen goes black with sound only coming through. I turn off and back on and problem solved. Samsung are helping me with this and their attention so far to this matter leads me to believe a solution is not far away. This is my 3rd big screen Samsung TV I have purchased in a row. Thank you Samsung.

I am absolutely speechless of this tv. My last tv I had was 11 years ago… now to change to this is absolutely heaven. The tv image quality is absolutely spot on, the sound is so clear and there is no echoing and it connects so easy and quick to all the apps I got. It comes with 2 remote control, and the smart one is even solar charging which is amazing. I am so glad I have made this change, it totally changed my way of looking at a tv. This tv is very thin and weightless. The set up is very easy and the instruction to do it is very clear.

This TV has really good picture quality. You can change picture quality from eco to AI , and film quality. So easy to set to your own quality preference. The sound quality is crisp and clear without using external products to boost sound. As it is a smart TV you have so many different TV apps you can use and set up. The menu is clear and easy to use. You can use WiFi for apps and TV. You get two remotes with this TV. One is standard and the smaller is a a quick remote which as well as being usb charged, also has a solar charge on the back, so if you leave upside down in the day it will charge itself. The all round quality and size of the TV is perfect for my home use. The 4k quality really brings out the picture and you end up fully immersed. I highly recommend.

I purchased this Samsung TV in May 2025, being the 2025 Model and a 55" size Screen. Purchasing an extended Warranty for 5 Years, was a great option to have as well. I am extremely happy with the Picture Clarity/ Colours/ and how I can adjust the Brightness to suit my needs. I wouldn't mind suggesting a slightly larger Remote Control, (hence the 4/5 for Design); it's slightly small for my 'Aging Fingers'. Apart from this, I am so happy with NO lagging and quick functions. VERY HAPPY.

I bought this TV 3 weeks ago and I have to say that I am impressed and it has exceeded my expectations. I have seen other QLED tvs before buying this one and initially I thought it would be somewhat similar. But to my response it is way better. Have a very response and fast software have tons of free online content available via Samsung tv plus. Also the display is very immersive and good for movie nights or just set a artwor on tv in your living room. The speakers are very good considering the price point further the amplify sound option really enhances the mood when listening the music or doing binge watching. Cherry on top is how well sync this tv is via smart things App of Samsung.the air slim design has really razed slim you have to experience it to believe it. I am really happy with my purchase

Since we got our Samsung Smart TV, my wife and I are always surprised by how smart it is. 😄 We can even turn it on while we’re outside the house and have it search for our favorite movie before we get home. 😬 Whenever we walk by, the screen lights up automatically. And best of all, when my wife is working, I don’t need to look for the remote just to change the volume — the TV adjusts the sound by itself! I’m absolutely in love with this TV ❤️ :

I'm very impressed with my purchase. Easy set up, super easy to add apps. Picture quality is fantastic. I have the sound set up with a soundbar but what I did hear of the TV speakers, there nothing to cry about. I recommend this TV. The only negative for me is the stand, my previous Samsung TV's had the legs to the sides which made it easier placing the soundbar, for this TV, the soundbar has to sit a bit foward allowing the cords to be visible.

Love everything about this TV. Turned it on and can straight away see the improvement in brightness, contrast and clarity compared to my base model Samsung from 5.5 years ago. Sound was good too but hooked it up to a Soundbar and it has elevated it. Would thoroughly recommend this TV which I think has the versatility for any room in your house whether it is bright or not. Neo QLED Mini LED is the way to go and Samsung does it well.

I love this TV. I couldn't fault the picture quality even if I tried. The UI is mostly good. I believe there is some lack of intuition and function regarding connecting my phones storage and all. Not being able to see my pictures as a screen saver so easily isn't the best as I really wish I could do that. Also, I wish there was a higher refresh rate, and I wish there were some more picture options to edit but that's just me.

Wow what a tv! The sound and picture quality are out of this world. We both have the new Samsung galaxy s25 ultra phones so we wanted a tv that have great connectivity with our new phones. There are so many features including tons of games for hours of fun with the family. The remote control has solar panels on so no need for batteries which is fantastic! I bought this last week and arrived very promptly. I was informed of the passage of the product from the warehouse to the carrier and up to the time of delivery.The TV was easy to set up and the instructions for change over from the old TV was very easy. The colours and the entertainment from the screen is incredible and where there is 4k viewing available it asks whether we would like to change to 4k.

Just took delivery of this TV. Easy to setup, actually really easy. Also simple to connect devices like Foxtel, Blu-Ray and Bose Soundbar to. CEC through Foxtel makes control of volume a breeze through the SoundBar, the TV makes integration pretty simple. Took a bit of time to get the AI mode settings right - particularly for movies, as opposed to sport - but once set and done it's a great view.

I purchased this TV on sale and it is one of the best value products in the price range. The picture quality is excellent, and whether it’s movies, tv, or YouTube it is incredible. The menus are also easy to navigate and the processor is responsive and there’s not any noticeable lag. Connection was easy and it works very well with my qs700f soundbar, however, the speakers alone are lacklustre.

Great picture quality but everything else lets it down. Hate the UI, everything that should be easy to customise is unnecessarily difficult. The non removable banner ad on the homescreen is 100% unacceptable, and the fact it cant be removed is even worse. Can't remove Samsung TV Plus, I hate it and do not want to see it as ill never use it, but cant seem to remove it from the homescreen either.

I bought this just a week ago and set it up a few days ago. It's really a nice TV, the picture quality is amazing. One thing though, you get to see all the features of the actors and how old they really look. I am not so crazy about the remote. It's very small, it did not charge with a C-type charger and it took a while to get it working. This annoyed me, but so far I like the TV.

It is a very large tv as it is 85” but no excess space is used due to the very thin frame around the tv. The remote control is solar panelled which is great for sustainability. I’ve had this TV for over a month now and am very happy with it. It has a brighter screen than my previous OLED LG where 1/2 the pixels were shot after only 6 years. Also the colours on this Samsung are quite vibrant next to the LG. It was pretty simple to connect and set up and the sound is good but haven’t hooked my surround sound yet.

I have about a week and am learning on the go slowly. My first smart TV. I find the sound very good with the sound package I bought. Couplers are vivid but I find the blacks too black and some movies or tv shows too dark especially with night scenes or shots with black actors. I even set at lighter, brighter and Dynamic settings.

Just got this TV set up for about 1 week. Generally happy except for slight lack of sharpness when view from an angle versus head on. Otherwise all good. Setup was a little complicated but I finally got there. Kept starting in Smart Hub mode which I didn't want. Finally figured out how to turn that off.

I HATE the new Smart Hub - there is way too much going on on the home page. I spent so much time reading reddit threads trying to edit and alter it to make it simple The is a huge Ad banner up the top -and it shows suggestions from whatever apps you have on the home screen when you scroll down.

Only had it a couple of days, first impressions are that picyure quality is ordinary for the price of the TV. Disappointing to be polite. Sound is adequate, it needs a soundbar though. Feet are a bit flimsy as well, not as sturdy as it should be for the size of it.

The picture quality of this is amazing and the game mode when playing games is great too, the sound quality is okay but I had a sound bar attached. Streaming with game pass ultimate works really well and there is not input lag when playing with a controller.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago and so far very happy. Replaced a previous Samsung that was 16 years old. Easy setup and easy to navigate. Love all the extra channels with Plus TV.

Great TV! Few hiccups with the AI always wanting to pop up when audio on TV will say something that kicks it on when said but overall a well featured TV for the sale price I got it for.

I brought the Neo QLED, 1 week ago (April 2026) & i love the picture & sound. I don’t need a sound bar and the picture is soo good! We trust Samsung as its a Very reliable Brand,

Great to hear the TV is delivering on both picture and audio. While many setups benefit from a soundbar, some models are tuned well enough out of the box to provide a solid audio experience, especially in smaller sized rooms.

Since a week a have the new 55" tv and I do miss my old tv. I still have not set up the sound and the picture because it is to complicated. This tv is not old man friendly.

I purchased it a month ago , the tv is overall good , but I feel like the user interface need to be changed , all the transitions looks slow compared to the competeitors .

I bought this 4 months ago and the quality is amazing. We love watching football and the brightness along with the colour is perfect, especially when the game is so fast.
