I received this vacuum cleaner from Samsung for product testing purposes.’ Having never owned a cordless Vacuum I was not expecting this to be anything special, after all it's battery powered so how could it do all the the tasks that a ordinary corded Vacuum could do ? Well I have to say I'm surprised at the actual power and versatility. I mean if you read through all claims from Samsung you would expect a little bias wouldn't you ? Well the claims are true enough . This is so easy to use, the attachment's are so well made and do the job without a problem. Only negative I would say it's the lack of a spare battery .

[Diese Bewertung wurde im Rahmen einer Werbeaktion gesammelt.] Ich habe den Sauger ausgiebig getestet. Bei 4 Hunden und 2 Katzen brauche ich einen zuverlässigen Sauger. Ich habe ein Haus mit 2 Etagen (insgesamt 160 qm). Der Akku reicht bei intensiver Reinigung nicht komplett aus, aber da ich für oben und unten jeweils 1 Sauger habe, ist das kein Problem. Er saugt jedes Tierhaar aus dem Teppich. Fliesen und Parkett sind ebenfalls super geeignet für den Sauger. Die Selbstabsaugungsstation ist eine sehr gute Idee. Der Sauger steht stabil und sicher. Der Sauger selbst ist leicht, wendig und lässt sich somit super händeln. Ein einziges kleines Manko ist das etwas zu kurze Kabel von der Station, aber damit kann ich leben.

I received this vacuum cleaner from Samsung for product testing purposes - I thought my carpets were clean, but the 'Jet' power removed deep ingrained dirt with almost no effort. I walked into a room and asked me partner if they had vacuumed – it was that clean! Emptying the dust is a joy with the charging stand and automatic emptying. It is really light - far lighter than my normal stick. The downside is the battery life, even with 2 batteries, especially with the Jet power. Accessories seem to cover everything that is needed and feel more solid than some other makes. Overall this makes vacuuming much less of a chore

I have only the bespoke hover for a few day but already know it great hover the power this has even at min Is very good and they jet power is brill all be it a short time frame, so good in small bursts, the hover it's self is light for doing high to reach places ie tops of bookcases and photos/ pictures on the wall, the pet adapter is good, but wee bit behind with other makers as they have no hair tangle, one.two.done sides, The middle pole could be a wee bit longer if over 6ft will feel your bending alot the hover color would have been nicer if it matched the clean station, and if the bin closed After emptying that would be good but am sure future models with have these details,

‘I received this vacuum cleaner from Samsung for product testing purposes.’ I was pleased with the vacuum itself. It looked good and the power of the vacuum was good. The different attachments worked well. Particularly liked the display telling you how much power you have left. Now the negatives. Why are back to using vacuum bags and particularly bags with significant amounts of plastic. This is not good for the environment in the this day and age. Also the bag was being detected as being full after less than a couple of days use. The bag itself was less than 30% full. Considering looking at reviews you can't get these bags its not very good, and makes the whole base unit pointless.

Pro: ausreichender Akku mit toller Ladeleistung, alle Teile sind waschbar und super effektiv, Lautstärke auch im stärksten Modus super! Die "Haarbürste" hält was sie verspricht und das Verlängerungsstück mit Knickwinkel ist super praktisch, super tolles und modernes Design welches sich gut einfügt, für Allergiker geeignet Contra: Ersatzteile sind teuer, Entleerung ohne die Selbstreinigungsfunktion etwas umständlich, ansonsten müsste man die Beutel nachkaufen. Alles in Allem bin ich super zufrieden und glücklich. Ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass es möglich ist, beim Staubsaugen Spaß zu haben. Staubsauge nun jeden Tag und möchte ihn nicht mehr weg denken.

Really impressed with the bespoke jet 210w package, previous hoover was a dyson v11 which is now out of warranty and losing suction, samsung are currently offering an insane discount with a trade in and 5 years warranty so i couldn't resist. Over all the samsung feels more robust when pushing it around but also lighter and easier to control. Im also impressed with the adjustable height on the hoover and adjustable crevice tool length which are really good bonuses over the dyson equivalent which have restricted its use at times. Im very happy and would advise anyone on the fence to buy it

Odličan uređaj. Svaka preporuka. Jedino PET tool je dosta manji nego na slikama, njemeu dajem ocjenu 4/5 jer ipak na nekim mestima grebe ipak treba pripaziti na koji materijal se koristi. Usisavač lagan za korisiti, dosta opreme, stalak za punjenje izvrno odrađen, vrećiće malo skuplje ali nisu neopohde za korisiti. Odlično usisava odlično vuče čak i na najslabijoj brzini usisao sam što neki drugi nisu. Dual brush super stvar kupi sve što nađe. Dosta nastavaka i odličan stalak. Bilo bi dobro da se dobije još jedna baterija i kabal za puniti što ide na taj stalak. Sve u svemu preporuke.

Depuis quelques jours, j'utilise le Bespoke Jet de samsung. Je possédais déjà un aspirateur balai (dysonv11). C est juste impressionnant la différence qu il y a entre deux marques ! Le bespoke, il efficace, pratique et relativement discret dans mon intérieur. Niveau esthétique, l'aspirateur est très joli. De plus il est redoutable pour toutes saletés (poussière,cheveux, poils d animaux, miettes au sol etc.) l'aspirateur n'a aucun problème même avec les granulés de litière. J ai un parquet vernis et à chaque utilisation de l aspirateur, j ai l impression que celui-ci est lustré!

Estoy muy satisfecho con esta aspiradora. Es increíblemente potente y muy cómoda de usar. Lo que más gusta es lo ligera que es. Se puede limpiar toda la casa sin cansarse, incluso las escaleras y el techo. La batería dura perfectamente para una limpieza completa y se recarga rápido. Aspira todo tipo de suciedad, tanto en suelos duros como en alfombras, sin esfuerzo. Además, el mantenimiento es muy fácil: se limpia el depósito y los filtros en un momento, ha superado mis expectativas, se recomienda totalmente a cualquiera que busque una aspiradora eficaz y fácil de manejar

After just 7 months one of the heads has a problem with the motorised roller, keeps seizing and then freeing, intermittent fault. All we need is a replacement roller, not the whole head, just the roller. Get in touch with Samsung support and, after a week, their approved repair agent gets in touch to arrange collection of the whole system so they can test it all… why, it’s a roller brush in a head that is at issue, this means no vacuum cleaner for a while whilst it’s transported, tested, new parts ordered, fitted, tested again and returned, how long, hmnnn, who knows.

Nakon otvaranja uredaja, bili smo odusevljeni!! Puno nastavaka, odlicna usisna snaga, ma sve savrseno. Naravno, odmah sam prije pokretanja uredaja procitala detaljno vazne napomene prije upotrebe. Nakon dva dana, na nasoj bateriji koja je na 100%, pise da imam 24min za usisavanje, a jedna od znacajki ovog uredaja jest da baterija traje do sat vremena. S oobzirom da je usisavac kod nas dva tjedna jos razmisljam da li da idem reklamirat bateriju ili ce se nesto samo promijeniti. Da napomenem prije prvog punjenja, jasno je na bateriji pisalo da se moze usisavat sat vremena i tako je i bilo. Na kraju bih rekla jako smo zadovoljni sa usisavacem i njegovim znacajkama, samo neznamo sta se tocno desava sa tom baterijom.

This is a great vacuum cleaner for hard flooring or short pile rugs etc .. the option to switch the suction power during use is useful when going from hard floors to thicker rugs or to turn down for thin door mats do they don't get stuck in the attachment. The vacuum is light and manuverable around furniture. The time display for the battery time let's you know you won't run out halfway through a room. It picks up dog hair and other debris with ease from hard floors and short pile rug. The self emptying feature is a time saver and takes the messiness out of tiding up. Only downside I have found so far is you have to remember to push the bottom of the waste tank back up when lifting off the stand to use after auto emptying.

The Samsung Bespoke Jet is one of the most powerful vacuum cleaners, easily coping with all types of floor surface. I love the battery display on the back of the unit, which gives a live countdown of battery life. With plenty of power on Mid mode, the Bespoke Jet made short work of all dust, with excellent edge performance. Cleaning is so good that the 24-minute battery life is plenty of time to tackle most homes. Thanks to the Clean Station, when you’re done cleaning your floors, dirt from the vacuum is sucked out into a bag without making any mess at all.

Das gute Stück hat sich seit einigen Wochen gut eingelebt. Wir hatten vorher einen Schlepper mit durchaus guter Saugleistung, aber das Kabel, dann Gerät sehr schwer und unhandlich. Jetzt nehmen wir das Gerät aus der praktischen, freistehenden Ladehalterung und legen los, insbesondere Treppe und Bett sind bestens zu erreichen. Auch als Spinnweben-Sauger in den Deckenecken nicht zu vergessen. Wenn die Arbeit getan ist wieder auf die Ladesäule, Absaugen und der Schmutz verschwindet im Beutel. Einfach eine saubere Sache. Bisher mussten wir noch nie das Gerät zur gründlichen Reinigung zerlegen. Kommt aber früher oder später, da sehe ich aber auch keine Probleme. Einzig was fehlt ist eine Beleuchtung an dem Saugkopf, das würde gut passen.

Ja sam alergičan na prašinu i tražio sam usisavač na baterije gdje ne moram kopati rukama po spremniku kada ga praznim. Osvojio me proizvod na modelu kako upravlja tim problemom. A kada sam ga probao doma, što na Jet brzini je izvukao prašine iz mojih tepiha održavan od prijašnih usisavača, neviđeno čudo, jer nakon prvog takvog usisavanja s njime napunio je cijeli spremnik one fine prašine koju prijašnji usisavači nisu mogli ni dotaknuti. Ukratko, kupio sam proizvod koji radi sam tražio i oduševio se svojim performansama, zato ga preporučujem.

Dobro radi posao, kad se sve zbroji i oduzme ima puno više prednosti nego nedostatka. Plusevi: super izvlači i najsitniju prašinu, jako je lagan pa se mogu usisavati stvari na povišenom, dvije četke koje jako dobro idu i po podovima i po tepisima, jako lagano rastavljanje i pražnjenje, stanica koja se sama čisti, velika usisna snaga - na najslabijoj razini ima dovoljno baterije za cca 35 min realnog rada, na srednjoj za cca 25. Najjača je baš jako jaka. Nedostaci: Glavna cijev ima ravni završetak i uvijek je potrebno koristiti nastavke jer tako ili nemože pokupiti dobro ili stvori vakuum; malo teže usisava krupnije stvari (sve do veličine zrna riže ide dobro), ali ide dobro kad se digne od poda; samo jedna od dvije četke ima led rasvjetu

Je viens de le recevoir et je ne suis pas déçue! Il est déjà très design, je l'ai en blanc et ça change des aspirateurs gris accrochés au mur que l'on cherche à cacher, avec le BESPOKE aucun soucis de ce côté! Question efficacité je l'apprécie beaucoup, il est plus silencieux que le Dyson V11 que je possède et aspire aussi bien. Le plus : sa légèreté, une très bonne ergonomie et plus facile à utiliser. La brosse pour animaux est un indispensable si on a des 4 pattes! Et la dernière que j'apprécie beaucoup c'est la station de nettoyage qui permet de ne pas mettre de la poussière partout lorsqu'on vide l'aspirateur. C'est propre et très fonctionnel! Le sac dans la station est à la bonne taille. Je recommande donc vivement le Balai BESPOKE Jet Pet :)

I recieved this vacuum cleaner for testing,and i found it perfect with ability to clean everything from the lightest settings to clean curtains,to the max for the carpets and dig beds. It was also the my daughter who walks with a stick was able to use it as it was so light ,which also helped her with her mental health as she was able to help more. The accessories stand was another brilliant idea as it was easy to take around the house with me and out to do my car,with the extra battery i was able to clean from top to bottom of the house in one go changing the adapters from hard stone slabs,lino,curtains,wood,carpets ect.it didnt let me down. Also both me and my daughter have longish hair and it hasn't been a problem. I will definitely be getting one.

I absolutely love this vacuum cleaner, it is powerful and practical, it has three suction settings, Jet being the highest of them all. It works well on carpet, rugs, wood and vinyl flooring. Having a dog I found it collected the fur well and did not wrap around the brush. To empty the cylinder you place it onto the stand where with one push of a button it completely cleans it out, almost like a hoover for a hoover, pretty genius! It comes with an attachment stand which i like alot because I love to have a place for everything, this gives you that option and really helps with space saving. I have managed to hoover a reasonable sized four bed house without the need to recharge during use. Dust bags are included and easy to install. Highly recommended

I received this vacuum cleaner from Samsung for product testing purposes. The freestanding stand takes up a lot of space,put makes up with it for the fact it empties the vacuum for you. It could be improved by not requiring bags for this. I like the fact once it's on its on there is no button to hold down and it gives you how much longer it will run on the screen. The telescopic pipe is a nice feature as well as the narrow head to get in small spaces. I used it on rugs and hard floors and it picked up great on both.

‘I received this vacuum cleaner from Samsung for product testing purposes.’ So we have a mixture of floors, laminate, tiled,carpeted and thick rugs. So the first thing i noticed was the smell, like a burning smell, was not overheating and the smell does eventually go, but returns when you initially use it again the following day! Suction is brill, but the battery does not last long on the high and jet settings. Pros - Good suction, lightweight to use and does pick up alot, plenty of attachments. Cons - Low battery life, does not stay propped up, very noisy, and not practical to store, especially if you have a small space. The docking station is very heavy and not easy to move, you need 2 sockets, one for battery other for docking station, not worth the value.

Er erfüllt seinen Zweck, bietet einiges mehr und sieht auch noch toll aus. Nun ist es möglich, den Staubsauger immer in Reichweite zu haben, da er super aussieht und unbedingt in die Stube muss. Was kann er noch? - Endlich keine Staublunge mehr beim Entleeren, da er sich selbst absaugt und den Staub in einen Müllbeutel in der Halterung sammelt - Anzeige der restlichen Saugzeit in allen vier Leistungsstufen, dadurch kann man seine Reichweite besser planen - Kraftvolle Reinigung, nichts bleibt liegen - Praktische Zubehör in einem extra Standfuß, unter anderem eine Tierhaarbürste, mit der ich auch die Hundehaare vom Teppich gesaugt bekomme

I have just read a review where the user gave the vacuum 1 star. I must live in another dimension as I have found my Samsung Bespoke Jet™ Pro to be amazing. It is really powerful, picks every thing up, deep cleans my carpets. The cleaning pads are great, I use it with a cleaning fluid for hard floors and it does a great job. The vacuum stand is brilliant. It takes months to fill a bag. having two batteries means I never run out of power. The cleaning tools are great. By far the best cordless vacuum I have owned.

Wir haben zwei kleine Kinder und einen großen Hund, Kleine „ Unfälle“ sind bei uns immer vorprogrammiert und der Staubsauger kommt mehrfach täglich zum Einsatz. Saugkraft ist erstaunlich hoch und der Sauger wiegt nicht zu viel. Das war nämlich für meine Frau wichtig, dass der Sauger leicht und handlich ist. Wir haben ca. 160qm Wohnfläche und der Akku reicht bei niedrige Stufe vollkommen aus um das ganze Haus zu saugen .

‘I received this vacuum cleaner from Samsung for product testing purposes. I loved this vacuum. It is light and easy to use. The manual was a little confusing though. Make sure the door of the barrel is clicked properly shut after emptying it in the cleaning station as the contents will empty onto your floor. the cleaning station ids good and efficient. I really like the accessory stand with the extra charger for the spare battery. the downside is the price as it is a little hefty.

[Diese Bewertung wurde im Rahmen einer Werbeaktion gesammelt.] Der Staubsauger ist in unserem Haushalt seit Anfang Februar im Einsatz, also etwas mehr als einen Monat. Durch unseren Hund wird er auch sehr regelmäßig gefordert. Ich muss ganz ehrlich sagen, dass ich das Produkt wirklich super finde. Die Saugleistung ist extrem stark, die Optik und das Design sind fantastisch und auch die Handhabung macht wirklich Spaß. Auch die Akku-Laufleistung ist super. Diesen Staubsauger kann ich jedem empfehlen, der einen "haarigen" Mitbewohner Zuhause hat!

Ich hätte nicht erwartet, dass ein akku Gerät so eine tolle saugleistung an den Tag legen kann und dabei auch noch geniale Funktionen mit sich bringt. Das entleeren ist super gelöst und wir haben den Kauf bislang nicht eine Sekunde bereut. Msl eben schnell hunde Haare auf dem Flur entfernen? Kein Problem. Sand der Kinder im gesamten Haus wegsaugen? Kein Problem. Der Akku hält auch auf höchster Stufe für uns ausreichend lang. Ich kann den sauger vorbehaltlos empfehlen!

Ist ganz praktisch, wenn man mal was kurz wegsaugen möchte. Ich habe immer auf maximal Leistung, weil ich die medium Stufe nicht stark genug finde. Ausserdem finde ich die Rohre zu kurz. Für kleine Leute ok. Die Absaugstation finde ich super. Allerdings muss man immer daran denken, die Klappe vom Akkusauger wieder zu schließen, sonst saugt man den Staub auf und zerstreut es wieder in der Wohnung. Passiert mir leider öfter. Das ist noch gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Der Akku hält lange und reicht für meine vier Zimmerwohnung mit 105 m² locker aus wir haben Teppichfliesen und Vinylböden alle Böden werden hervorragend gesaugt. Das Zubehör gut und reichlich auch das unterbringen des Zubehörs ist super genial gelöst alles ist aufgeräumt und an seinem Platz . Das entleeren des Staubsaugers ist super gelöst ohne dass man den Dreck in der Hand haben muss. Das Design ist super und passt sich in den Raum an er sieht aus wie eine kleine Rakete die Akku-Leistung finde ich sehr gut sie hält locker meine 105 qm aus auch im powermodus. Akku lädt auch schnell wieder auf.- Du das Handliing ist sehr gut leicht von A nach B. - Geräuschentwicklung beim Saugen? Sehr leise auch beim Maxi Stufe .

Vrlo dobar usisavač za usisavanje parketa i pločica. Bez problema i na minimalnoj snazi usisava mrvice, suhu hranu od mačaka, itd. Četke djeluju kvalitetno, mogu se lagano razmontirati i očistiti. Dvoumili smo se između Dyson V15 i njega, prevagnulo je što bolje leži u ruci. Odradi u komadu usisavanje cca 130m2 stana. Za duže korištenje će svakako trebati kupiti još jednu bateriju. E sad, ima i mana: dvojna četka koja je dolazi s njim blokira se na običnom kuhinjskom tepihu, vrti par sekundi pa stane, ponekad radi duže, ali jako malo, uglavnom čim je neki tepih ne radi dobro. Moguće da je problem u četki, to ću provjeriti sa servisom. Također ima problem sa poklopcem spremišta smeća, on ostane otvoren kada se usisavač isprazni, tako da skoro svaki put kad se podigne sa postolja treba i taj poklopac zatvoriti, nije veliki problem, ali je gnjavaža.

Das schicke Design von dem Sauger hat mich nach dem ich das Paket geöffnet habe umgehauen. Die Station sieht total edel und stylisch aus, man kann die sogar im Wohnzimmer aufstellen. Was ich schön praktisch finde, ist die extra Halterung mit einem Griff für die Aufsätze, die umfangreich im Zubehör enthalten sind,  da liegt nichts mehr einfach so rum. Der Handsauger liegt gut in der Hand und lässt sich problemlos bedienen. Ich war auch total überwältigt wie viel Staub aus unserer Matraze eingesaugt wurde, also echt Top Leistung. Der PET Einsatz ist super für die Möbeln (Stühle, Sofa), wir haben eine Katze und entsprechend oft muss man zu hause saugen. Der Handstaubsauger lässt sich dank neuem System mega bequem ohne den rumfliegenden Staub entleeren. Der Akku hält auch gut. Bis jetzt bin ich überzeugt und würde den Bespoke Jet jedem weiter empfehlen.

(Esta reseña se ha recibido a través de una promoción.) La probé el otro día y la verdad es una pasada lo que jala. Tiene una potencia impresionante hasta 200 AW dicen. Me sorprendió lo ligera que es, llegas a cualquier rincón sin hacer esfuerzo, además, la base que tiene para cargarla de pie es comodísima. Lo único malo es que en el modo más fuerte hace algo de ruido y el precio no es de ganga pero por lo que limpia, lo vale si buscas algo potente y sin cables es una opción a considerar

The bespoke jet vacuum cleaner is amazing and what I like about it is the automatic empty feature. It really light and all accersories included are awesome. It's powerful really well made and solid. The only downside is there is no light on the brush unit. For this price it would have been awesome to have it. Also I hope the next version would have a feature where if you dock it,it starts auto empty automatically. Thank you Samsung

Opened box with youngest daughter, very easy to put together, with the little battery charge available to begin, both of us tested on what we thought was a clean carpet, the couple minutes we used it for proved otherwise. Very easy to manoeuvre, was worried at 6’ plus that it was gonna be too short, seems alright. Looks very nice, and with all the extras, allows for easy cleaning to carpets and tiled floors. 2nd battery a bonus.

Ich hatte bisher keinen Akkustaubsauger und dachte schon bei der Vorankündigung im Newsletter, wenn dann dieses Modell. Ich bin schwer begeistert. Optisch top und die Leistung einfach überzeugend. Besonderes Highlight für mich, die Absaugstation für die feinen Staubpartikel. Wir haben einen Hund und ich verwende ihn täglich und will ihn nicht mehr missen. Saugstark, handlich und schick! Quiero compartir mi opinión sobre la escoba-aspiradora de Samsung Bespoke Jet Pet porque estoy realmente satisfecho con el funcionamiento del aparato. Yo tengo un piso de unos 100m2 y un perro raza golden retriever que es una máquina de soltar pelo. Con esta escoba-aspiradora de Samsung me bastan 10 minutos para dejar la casa como una patena, y con su Clean Station vacío el depósito con toda comodidad. Muy bien pensado!

Iznimno jednostavan za uporabu, a svojim dizajnom se odlično uklapa u svaki prostor. Sam usisavač nema veliku masu pa se može usisavati jednom rukom, a pri tome četka Dual Jet odlično radi svoj posao i jednako dobro usisava tepihe, kao i parket i pločice. Najbolje od svega je što se nakon usisavanja ne mora čistiti spremnik, nego se to jednostavno odradi uz pomoć stanice za čišćenje - nema više nepotrebne prašine!

La aspiradora BESPOKE Jet Pet VS20A95823W/WA es una opción súper práctica, especialmente si tienes mascotas. Tiene buena potencia de succión y el cabezal recoge el pelo sin problema. Lo mejor es la estación de vaciado automático, que hace que todo sea más limpio y cómodo. La batería dura bastante, así que puedes limpiar sin preocuparte. Es un poco cara, pero si buscas algo de calidad y fácil de usar, vale la pena.

Tout d abord j 'ai été surprise par le poids du carton, la base est en effet assez lourde, le design est super. L'aspirateur en lui meme est très maniable et peut être utilisé d'une seule main. Il est possible de l'utiliser à différentes vitesses, on voit d'ailleurs directement l'impact sur la durée de la charge restante. J ai été surprise de la qualité de l'aspiration sur mes tapis (que je pensais propre), les poils et poussières ont été éliminés. les accessoires semblent de bonne facture, j ai apprécié le suceur télescopique très pratique . La brosse est super pour les canapés. je n ai pas trouvé de faille pour l'instant. La base permet de recharger l'aspirateur et de le vider grace à un petit bouton. Très bon point également le silence de l aspirateur. Le seul bémol serait la longévité de la batterie qui diminue très fortement dès que l'on augmente la puissance d aspiration.

Un aspirateur qui prend en compte tous les besoins et y répond parfaitement. Maniabilité, efficacité (meilleure aspiration jamais expérimentée), autonomie, praticité de sa station de vidage qui permet de ne jamais rien perdre de la poussière ramassé et de ne pas la disperser lors du vidage de l’aspirateur. Mention spéciale à l’accessoire animaux qui est plus qu’efficace sur tout type de surface !!!

L'appareil est très bien fabriqué : les plastiques sont solides, tout s'emboite parfaitement et pas de grincements. Le tube s'allonge permettant de s'adapter à toutes les morphologies. Il est très maniable et léger. L'autonomie est largement suffisante pour une maison de 100m² : 24min annoncées en puissante moyenne mais un passage d'aspirateur demande moins de 10min. Après un passage je suis à 80% d'autonomie. Et la recharge prend alors 20min. La station permet de vider le bac sans mettre de la poussière partout. Inconvénient, il faut acheter des sacs... Pour l'entretien, l'aspirateur se démonte très facilement. Ce modèle n'a pas d'IA, c'est à dire que la puissance ne s'adapte pas automatiquement. Ca ne me dérange pas. Pour terminer, la brosse "dual sense" est très efficace malgré les poils d'animaux (chiens et chats me concernant) et demande peu d'entretien. Dommage qu'elle ne dispose pas de LED.

Aspiration exceptionnelle pour un aspirateur à batterie, léger, et d'une maniabilité déconcertante. Accessoires pratiques et facilement interchangeables. La brosse dual fait du bruit, mais permet de passer d'un type de sol à un autre sans encombre. Les tapis et les poils n'y résistent pas. Il manquerait néanmoins une brossette sur l'embout rallonge pour éviter d'abîmer

Die Akkuleistung ist enorm und für meine 60m² Wohnung bestens geeignet. Das Design von Gerät und Ladestation ist toll und gut verarbeitet. Die Lautstärke vom Gerät ist moderat. Alles wird gut weggesaugt auf Teppich und auch Laminat (es sind auch 2 Katzen mit im Haus). Von mir eine klare Kaufempfehlung!

Seit dem Kauf bin ich mit dem Akkustaubsauger sehr zufrieden, er ist sehr gut in der Handhabung. Die Saugleistung entspricht meinen Erwartungen auch die Laufleistung des Akkus reicht volkommen aus. Gut ist auch die Ladestadtion , welche ich beliebig an irgent einer Steckdose parken und anschließen kann. Sehr praktisch kann der Staubsauger einfach entleert werden.

‘I received this vacuum cleaner from Samsung for product testing purposes. Its the best hoover we have ever used. It's very lightweight and so easy to set up and use. The different head attachments were good, our favourite was the pet tool which seemed to do a real deeper clean. We could do the whole house on one battery charge. It also looks as good as it cleans

Uređaj ima izvrsnu autonomiju (na srednjoj jačini usisa izdrži do 30 minuta što je za mene više nego dovoljno). Uređaj se dosta brzo puni u odnosu na konkurenciju. Uz usisavač se dobije dosta nastavaka između ostalog i turbo četka za usisavanje dlake vašeg ljubimca. Jedina mana nema mogućnost pranja poda i nema led svijetlo kada se usisavač koristi.

Cleans great, even on the minimum setting. It's a little tricky to push on my low pile carpet but it easy to extend the length of the vacuum, its easy to empty the bin manually or via the station and it looks like a piece of furniture as opposed to Dysons which stand out like a sore thumb with their purple and gold design. So overall I'm happy.

He tenido varios modelos y de varias marcas, y siempre intentando ahorrar y encontrar la mejor relación de limpieza-precio...pero gran error...lo mejor es tirar directamente por una marca reconocida, y enseguida se nota. La capacidad de succión es de lo mejor, y aunque es un poco aparatosa por la base carga/vaciado, sin duda merece la pena.

Bought this vacuum to replace a Becco. Very impressed so easy to use and to keep clean. Just use the floor cleaning pads again very simple and easy to use. Can’t believe someone give it one star. I’ve had no problem buying extra bags which you do not have to use. One quick question, do you have to register it to get the five year warranty?

It is a lovely technology, it is very powerful and i love that i have got an extra battery. It does not have any problems with the running time. it is a bit a expensive, but a worth the investment, I loved the recycle scheme of my old vacuum. [Diese Bewertung wurde im Rahmen einer Werbeaktion gesammelt.] Wir haben uns für einen neuen Handstaubsauger entschieden da unser schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Da haben wir uns entschieden den Samsung Bespoke Jet zu testen. Und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht sowohl die Saugleistung und auch die Akku Power reicht für unsere 2 Etagen voll aus. Wir haben 2 Katzen und er nimmt die haare sehr gut auf ,auch die Bürste lässt sich gut auf Teppichen und auch Hartböden bewegen. Was nur sehr schade ist dass man den Sauger nur über die Station laden kann. Ein extra Netzteil gibt es zum nach kaufen wenn man sich noch einen extra Akku kauft. Zur Station die finde ich sehr gelungen auch die reinigungs Leistung ist klasse nur schade dass man Einweg beutel genommen die dann auch sehr teuer im nach kauf sind. Da wäre ein mehrweg beutel oder ähnliches besser gewesen. Aber dafür passt sie sich gut in die Wohnung an durch das futuristische Design . Für uns ein sehr gelungenes Produkt. Mein Fazit. Tenemos dos gatos, uno de ellos de pelo largo. Necesitábamos una aspiradora que lograse quitar el pelo del suelo y sofá con facilidad. No solo lo cumple, sino que solo requiere la potencia media para lograrlo. Además, la base es una ventaja para no tener que tocar los pelos/polvo al limpiar la aspiradora. Una auténtica maravilla.

Jako sam zadovoljna, postolje lijepo izgleda, dovoljno je jak usis, nije glasan, malo teži za držati u ruci s obzirom da je spremnik u gornjem dijelu ali zato je lako dostupno usisavanje ispod namještaja. Baterija dovoljno dugo traje kad je namješten na srednju jačinu. Korisni nastavci na praktičnom držaču su zgodan dodatak.

The product is decent, light. Batteries don't last that long BUT the main issue is the bag for the clean station. Don't bother trying to source any, because they are out of stock everywhere. But also, why have a bag for a bagless cleaner? It just doesn't make any sense other than to get a nice additional income stream.

He comprado este aspirador porque me pareció, con diferencia, de mejor calidad que la competencia. Una vez en casa y puesto en funcionamiento es un aspirador eficaz y sobre todo muy higiénico. También hay que destacar el diseño y la calidad constructiva, la batería dura 60 minutos, eso si, con la velocidad baja.

Ona me i potaknula na kupnju tog modela, jedina mala zamjerka što u paketu ne dolazi još jedna dodatna baterija za tu cijenu koja nije mala. Na srenjoj brzini usisvanja baterija traje oko 45 min a koja je dovoljna za svakodnevno brzo usisvanje.

[Diese Bewertung wurde im Rahmen einer Werbeaktion gesammelt.] Der Staubsauger ist leicht zusammenzubauen und nimmt auf Grund der Station auch nicht allzu viel Platz in Anspruch. Auch können die Zubehörteile platzsparende in einem separaten ständen befestigt werden. Die Saugleistung ist in allen Geschwindigkeitsstufen hervorragend. Der Staubsauger ist nicht ganz leicht, was man beim treppensaugen schon merkt. Auf gerader Fläche ist das Gewicht jedoch kein Problem. Leider werden Teppichböden nicht automatisch erkannt und selbst dünne Läufer stellen ein Problem dar, da sofort die Bürste blockiert, auch bei niedrigster Geschwindigkeitseinstellung. Dies kann erst behoben werden, in dem der Staubsauger aus und wieder angeschalten wird. Das sehe ich als größtes Manko an. Katzenhaare werden zuverlässig von Parkett, Fliesen und Polstermöbeln entfernt. Fußabstreifer die sehr dünn sind, werden auch gut gereinigt. Für den doch sehr hohen Preis hätte ich allerdings mehr erwartet, vor allem eine bessere Teppichsaugmöglichkeit und einen zweiten Akku.

Prvi usisivač kojeg sam kupio, nakon korištenja 5 min. fino sam ga zapakirao i vratio slj. dan u dućan na reklamaciju. usisivać je pucketao u samoj ručki kad se usisavalo, a to je zvučalo kad sekrećeš on daje žmigavce sa zvučnim signalom jako iritantno. Pa sad smo iskušali drugu sreću sa novim usisivaćom

Sorry Samsung, Ive waited for weeks for my new Bespoke, only to find its too short even with it extended to max (I'm 5' 10 tall). Materials used are average compared to my v11 Dyson and it seems less powerful too. Very expensive, and I love my gadgets but alas this one is a no go.

L'aspirateur est de bonne qualité avec de belles finitions et l'aspiration est suffisamment forte pour un usage quotidien. Par contre la maniabilité est moyenne, et le bruit de la brosse rotative est très élevé, c'est assez surprenant pour un aspirateur à ce niveau de prix.

Good suction and deals with pet hair very well. Not too heavy and fairly quiet. The only negative is the tool caddy. It takes up too much space and needs another power socket. I would prefer that the spare battery could recharge on the main hoover , as with the jet 90..

So far so good. I like the fact the hairs don't get stuck on the brush head whereas my old vacuum would just consume the hair in the head for me to cut out. It's also nice to have a bin so I don't have to go to the dustbin and get dust everywhere. Highly Recommended

We own a robot vacuum ( roborock S7 MaxV Ultra ) that we have set to hoover and mop the livingroom/kitchen/diningroom every night and to complement this vacuum we now got this Samsung woody green bespoke jet. We truly love the trade in options Samsung offer and we have no regrets we bought this new hoover. It has a great built quality, it also looks the part and we have it sat in the corner next to a cupboard so it is in easy reach but doesnt look like a toy (like the Dysons do). Not only did we get a fantastic deal with this vacuum but all the accessories it comes with are great. I also find too many cordless vacuums on the market nowadays only come with a single battery and a running time of up to 40minutes or so. With this Samsung a 2nd battery is included in the box so you definitely can hoover most of the house (2 batteries give you approx 120 minutes). Honestly we can highly recommend and the the delivery was super quick too. We own several Samsung products and so far have a good experience too with customer support.

Die Bedienung ist super leicht und verständlich. Das Zubehör ist perfekt, für jede Verschmutzung der richtige Aufsatz! Wir haben Fliesen, Laminat und Lenoleum top sauber bekommen, doch bei Hochfloor kommt der Sauger schnell an seine Grenzen! an sehr schwer zugänglichen Stellen (Enge und verwinkelte Stellen), kommt man dank den „Flexirohraufsatzes“ in jede Ecke! Das Vakuum-Cleaning ist eine sehr gute Erfindung, doch leider zieht er den Dreck nicht vollständig aus den Obersten Ecken den Schmutzbehälters und eigentlich fasst man alles 2x an, denn der Filter muss ja auch gewechselt werden, cool wäre doch ein Beutelloser Filter! Was aber wirklich ganz spitze ist, dank des automatischen ladens direkt in der stylisches Cleaning Station ist der Sauger immer direkt griffbereit und vor allem immer geladen! Die Lautstärke ist absolut im Rahmen, selbst auf volle Power ist er um einiges leiser als herkömmliche Geräte.

Einfach den Staubsuger nach gebrauch einhängen, knöpfen drücken und die Station entleert selbstständig den Behälter von Schmutz. So braucht man sich selbst die Hände nicht schmutzig machen. Außerdem lädt die Station direkt den Akku auf während der Staubsauger sicher verstaut ist. Das mitgelieferte Zubehör ist sehr umfangreich und so lässt sich der Jet schnell für jedes Bedürfnisse anpassen. Ich habe eine Katze und dementsprechend auch mal Haare auf dem Boden oder den Möbeln. Der Bespoke Jet staubsaugt diese mit mitgelieferter Spezial Bürste schnell und einfach weg. Auch mein Laminat und Teppiche sind einfach gereinigt. Die Lautstärke beim Staubsaugen ist top. Die Saugleistung lässt sich mit 3 Stufen individuell anpassen. Ich würde den Samsung Bespoke Jet uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A great addition to the house, very powerful and a lot lighter and less bulky than others on the market. The mop feature is brilliant as we have wood floors so can hoover and mop in one east session. Hefty price tag but you pay for.

Love this vac, I have had Shark and Vax in the past but this has more power than both and I think the emptying station is a fantastic idea. Only slight negative is the price of the bags for the station, hence 4 rather than 5 stars.

[Diese Bewertung wurde im Rahmen einer Werbeaktion gesammelt.] Ich habe den Bespoke Jet Pet jetzt seit knapp 2 Wochen im Dauerbetrieb und bin einfach begeistert. In der Zeit sind wir umgezogen und sowohl jeglicher Boden in der alten Wohnung, sowie die Endreinigung gingen damit super einfach. Die verschiedenen Aufsätze haben dabei geholfen mühelos in jegliche Ecken und Nischen zu kommen. Auch in der neuen Wohnung lässt sich sowohl der Steinboden, der Balkon, sowie Laminat und Parkett mit Leichtigkeit damit saugen. Der Akku hält locker um die 85cm² in bis ins letzte Eck zu saugen, was mir sehr wichtig war. Im Gegensatz zu meinem letzten Handstaubsauger bin ich überwältigt von der Saugleistung. Schon auf der mittleren Einstellung wird mühelos jeglicher Staub und Dreck aufgenommen und wenn es doch mal etwas mehr sein soll gibt es noch zwei Stufen darüber. Am meisten überzeugt bin ich jedoch vom PET Aufsatz, welcher es ermöglicht, mühelos Katzenhaare aus jeglichen Möbeln zu entfernen. Einmal auf höchster Stufe damit drübersaugen und weg sind sie. Ich bin beigeistert! Ich werde den Staubsauger gerne behalten und weiterempfehlen.

Već prilikom prvog korištenja oduševio me koliko toga je pokupio. Imam malog psa, i nisam znala da toliko toga ostaje u tepihu nakon usisavanja običnim usisavačem. Ima odlične nastavke i jedva čekam da ih sve isprobam.

Muy satisfecho con la aspiradora. Me encanta la gran capacidad de succión que tiene. Por poner una pega, algo ruidosa. Pero, sin duda, merece muchísimo la pena por las prestaciones que tiene. Sin duda la recomendaría.
