I purchase this GAS range (w/ refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave) two weeks ago. While the range is beautiful and matches my kitchen wonderfully, I have not been able to use it. The installers were not able to complete the installation because they were missing the gas line/power cord. I ordered the “GAS” range, but they sent it with an electrical plug. I have called numerous times and no one will help me. Wish I could give a better review.

The precision knobs making cooking a breeze as I can easily select levels of heat. The different functions on the oven including air fry option are so great to have and free up counter space by eliminating other appliances. I installed the SmartThings app and can be notified when my burners are on and can easily update my favorite modes. The burners are one of my favorite features with both front burners being absolute power houses. This stove is a great upgrade. The oven has large capacity and a nice bright light. Great option to upgrade your cooking game!

The Samsung Bespoke Smart Slide-In Gas Range 6.0 cu. ft. in Matte black Steel with Air Sous Vide and Air Fry is the best oven yet. I love the large, child and accident safe knobs. They are modern and functional. The heavy duty grates give this oven a commercial look yet it's gorgeous. I love that I have an oven size air fryer. No more cooking in batches. It's honestly my favorite feature by far. This oven has so many settings. I can't wait to see what other dishes to try so I can learn something new with this oven. The smart features top it off.

This range has convection modes that I have not had the luxury to be able to have in the past as well as air fryer modes, and air sous vide. The convection / air fryer mode kept temperatures well and did a nice job frying my food in a shorter time frame. The push to turn knobs are a great safety feature that not only protects from kids, but also dogs . The double burner puts out great heat to boil a huge pan of water un no time. Overall I am happy with this range

This unit has a intuitive LED panel and turn knob to help make selections for cooking or setting easy. It locks quickly if needed to keep little ones safe. The burners are all pinch and push to turn for extra security and the SmartThings app will notify you if wanted every signal time a burner is turned on or left on. It also connects to your smart hubs and alerts you of timers and when food is complete. Preheating is as easy as talking to SmartThings through your phone, hub or Samsung Smart fridge if you have one. When you cook it tracks how long food has been placed in the oven in case you forget a timer. If you do set a timer it lets you select what you want the oven to do after the timer goes off, such as, turn off, stay at temp, or keep food warm. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It seems like this range was designed by people who have never cooked a day in their lives. • Who thought it was a good idea to put a plastic panel on top of the range, right next to the hot burners? Seriously? This panel is constantly covered in oil splashes and always looks dirty. You’ll end up cleaning it all the time. • Why is there a crevice between the plastic panel and the stove? While you’re cooking, every little crumb and drop of food falls into this gap, and it’s almost impossible to clean—especially since they added a rubber gasket that makes it even harder to reach. • The clock doesn’t even work properly! It randomly shuts off, so half the time you have no idea what time it is. That said, I did notice a few good points: • The burners are solid, especially the wok burner, which works really well. • The oven seems to hold temperature accurately. The SmartThings integration, though, feels weird and half-baked. It could be great if Samsung actually put in the effort to properly finish the implementation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Smart Range has been a great addition to my kitchen. The stove top has 5 burners and includes a griddle for the center burner. There is a simmering burner and double ring burner for the larger pots. The burner controls are precise and blend in well with the control panel on the front of the range. The oven interior is large and comes with 2 racks and has 7 different height settings available. In addition to the 2 included racks and air fry basket is included as well. This oven has more than 12 baking modes making this a versatile range. The multiple modes can be switched via the control panel or via the Samsung Smart Things App if you connect your range to your network. The app can also control and monitor your oven, it will alert you when the oven is preheated and when it's time to remove your food if you set the oven timer. Some of my favorite modes include broil, air sous vide, convection, air fry, and brownie mode. This range is a welcomed addition to my kitchen and I plan on getting lots of use out of it!

First off, its sleek matte black design has significantly improved the ascetic in my kitchen. It also has so many innovative features that I keep discovering. This range has completely transformed my cooking experience. One of my favorite features is the Air Fry capabilities built in. It has allowed me to cook crispy, guilt-free fries at ease without needed another appliance. The Air Sous Vide feature has ensured I have perfectly cooked proteins every time. Perhaps my favorite part is some of the small, but peace of mind safety features such as a push and twist gas lighter switchers. It is such a peace of mind knowing no kid can accidently turn the gas on without me knowing. I also love the automatic clock when cooking. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I decided to upgrade to a Smart Oven, we have many Samsung products in our household so we decided on the Samsung Bespoke Slide-In Gas Range. I'm still acclimating myself with the app feature and it's capabilities. The Range has many options including the Air Fry and Sous Vide Options. I have used the Air Fryer and it worked really well, plus it gives me the ability to remove my countertop air fryer and now use the Range for that feature. I have not tried the Sous Vide, since I've only had the range for about 2 weeks. I have baked bread in the oven a few times and it came out perfect. We are pleased with the item purchased! Although the purchase and notification system could you use some improvements. The Range heats up pretty fast and the temperature seems spot on! The knobs are pretty easy to use with the plastic button squeeze feature. I'm still getting used to the center selector dial..it does seem a bit finicky when it's inadvertently touched and you try to shut it back off. The top seems easy to wipe clean near the burners. I do like the middle flattop to cook pancakes and grilled cheese. I do highly recommend!

Been waiting to use all the new features we didn't have in our old range, air fryer, convection, the air sous vide, higher output burners for quicker heating of water and using the Wonk again. I love the large capacity oven at family gatherings to fit more items in compared to our smaller oven we had. The convection oven for more even cooking of cookies and chicken. The small drawer at the bottom to keep things warm when cooking meals and ready to serve to guest nice and warm. Our old range had a lip on it to cover the gap to keep things from falling between the gap, my husband found a narrow gap filler to fill that void made just for that purpose, so no crumbs in the gap to clean out. We just installed it a couple of weeks ago and are just getting to explore and try all the new features of it. Crisp French fries, faster cooking the chicken with convection or the KFC chicken recipe with the air fryer. Used the center grill plate when our kids were here and made the pancakes and sausage together. You can't go wrong with your Samsung appliances, the features, the quality, the design, the choices in models.

Beautiful The Precision Knobs are easy to use without straining my hand and wrist. The Edge-to-Edge Grates allow for more cooking space! I can also remove them to clean! I love the aluminum non-stick griddle. I had that option in our previous home, so I loving having thos again! The Self Clean option will make cleaning so much easier! SmartThings App Connecting to the SmartThings app was super easy! I already use the app for all of our Samsung devices. The app automatically picked up the oven and after a few prompts, adding the device was easy! LCD Display I appreciate the digital clock and date display, that will update automatically! The little display is easy to read when scrolling through the options. Cooking Options The Samsung Oven offers: Air Sous Vide, Air Fry, and Convection Vegetable. I am excited for the Air Fryer option! With limited counter space, I now have a built in air fryer! I love air frying French fries, tater tots, fish, etc!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just bought the new Samsung Bespoke Gas Range in Matte black Steel with Air Sous Vide & Air Fry (NSG6DG8500MTAA) This oven/range was purchased to replace our failing oven and it has so many options as well as being a beautiful appliance to add to our home. Unfortunately the range was installed but it needed to be converted to propane. The flames were so high and powerful this error had to be fixed fast. Once it was converted everything looked and functioned perfectly. A few things to note about the options… The smart things app does not remotely turn on the oven or the stove. At least I can't figure out how to do this. You must set your temp and time setting that you want in the app, then send it to your range and then get up and press the start button to make the oven or stove turn on. I do like that the app will tell me when a range has been ignited for safety. The precision knobs are simple and work very well with the burner. You press then turn. There is no lag and the knobs look like they should not peel or break easy. The oven door and face are a stunning soft gray/black color with no fingerprints so far. We had to remove the door to change to propane and no fingerprint was left behind. I did notice the burners are made in Italy so that should be fun to see if i can cook my pasta sauces with more flare! I look forward to updating once I get a chance to use the oven features like the dehydrator and the air fry!

I do a lot of cooking and every one of all the new features will be put to use for delicious meals. This is our 2nd BEspoke Samsung product, not sure that my Samsung 8K 75” is a BEspoke. Nice to use the SmartThings app for communication between our devices without having to get up or to get notices where things are at in the process or to alter what’s going on at the time. Pops up on your TV screen, on your phone, no chance of things going wrong. It is so wonderful to have a true low output burner that doesn’t boil your sauce when turned all the way down, also having the 16K and dual 18K burner with high output to get those large pots to boiling temps, to the added commercial look and feel on the 18K. Having the center grill attachment is great for making my Benihana‘s dinner for the family, fried rice, shrimp, scallops, they asked for it more often now, not having to prepare in round pans. Easy clean top grates and I purchased from Amazon 3/8” gap fillers between the range and countertop so no falling food. A conventional oven, convection, air fryer, air sous vide, bread proof, etc…. I died and went to heaven when we purchased this. We went from a 4.0 cu’ to a 6.0 cu’ oven and love the extra room on meal preparation. Styling was also a factor that drew us to this updated range in 2024, the straight across oven handle not curved where you lose finger grab space, the child safe ignition handles, pinch, push in and turn. The black finish we love, the mix of the different metal finishes and not finding finger prints all over on a black appliance. WIFI enabled is a must have today, whether it’s communicating to you, troubleshooting, have service techs on the internet talking to the appliances. I will be posting more pix’s and experiences in my FB posts, but just had the range a couple of weeks and have many more features to use and try. Will have so many new adventures of cooking with all the new features ahead of me to use, and post the cooking and baking results.

Let's start with design and aesthetics: The matte black steel is gorgeous and fits in nicely with my other Samsung appliances. A surprising thing that I really love is the 3-piece grates. I'm coming from an older range that had 4 individual burner grates that were hard to clean and wobbled. The grates on the Samsung range are really nice and perfectly even. An extra small thing I love about them is the rubber feet that makes it nice and quiet when you set them back in place. I love that the knobs and control panel are on the front, and the little screen showing the time and other information is really sleek. Another small thing I like is the window and the light. Super clear to look thru and the oven light provides a perfect amount of illumination when cooking. I'm also a big fan of the pinch knobs - they provide some extra piece of mind that the knobs cannot be accidentally turned and fill the house with gas. SmartThings App: I've been using the app for years for a variety of IoT devices by Samsung. I use it for my laundry set as well so I'm well versed. I absolutely love that I can have a notification if a burner is turned on, and check on the oven remotely. Being notified when a cook time or pre-heat is finished is really convenient. Even better is that I can see if the oven is on and cancel it from my phone if necessary. Cooking / Use: I've used the stovetop a lot in the last week and the burners are wonderful. The dual burner on the front right puts out tons of heat and is great for boiling water. I haven't yet used the griddle or center burner but I plan to shortly. Besides that, the burners seem to distribute heat really evenly. I've baked cookies and rolls in the oven and have found them to come out perfectly even, with none of them being cooler or undercooked. I've also used the air fry mode for some frozen foods and honestly found it to work better than my dedicated air fryer, so I know this will get tons of use. Recently I made a turkey dinner and used the "turkey" mode on the oven. It baked the turkey really nice, giving the skin a golden brown coloring and a nice cook while maintaining a nice juicy inside. I completely recommend the new range, and have had several friends and family comment on how nice it is and their jealousy - including a friend who cooks even more than me, she's been really jealous of all the nice features.

I’d like to see some way to add a towel hanger in an accessory since there’s no true towel bar any longer. The black portion with all the controls would have been nice to keep as white glass as well. I like the push button idea along with some of the changes with the LCD screen. It would be cool if there was a function or way to incorporate several burners for a bigger pot. Overall still a nice range but would be perfect if it took the pros of both the previous range and new one combined.

We like the features on this range. It cooks well. Bakes great, but.....it has a huge flaw. If you accidentally touch the oven control knobs, it turns the oven on. If you have kids, forget about it. It will be turned on by accident constantly. Even as an adult. It's ridiculously easy yo do. There isn't a way to disable this knobs, so you end up turning the oven off every time you are cooking. It is a safety hazard, period. We may return the range just because of this design. Come on Samsung! We have all Samsung appliances, but this is dumb.

Once the anti tip bracket (included) is installed, this Range no longer has the ability to tip forward from little ones climbing. We have a 5 yr old and an 18 month old and the youngest is certainly a climber! The Precision Control knobs with the squeeze and push functionality to turn on burners adds so much piece of mind as well! There's no way the baby will figure that out. There is also an oven lockout feature within the settings menu that locks the oven door and disables the ability to turn on the oven when locked...awesome! - Precision cooking: the 18000 BTU burner is great for fast boiling and the included griddle worked great for perfectly cooked burgers...yum! The oven temperature is very accurate and made for some delicious oven roasted vegetables! Aryfrying is great with the included basket as well! -Smart Functionality: Set up with Smartthings was a breeze! The QR code on the front of the oven made for an easy add to our smart home and the plug in added awesome features like the ability to preheat from my phone amd it comes with awesome recipes! The oven tells you when preheating is finished and will also alert you when a burner is turned on. So cool! The cons: -You can't lock the oven door or lock out controls when the oven is in use. My baby loves Turning the knob to see the temperature change. Frustrating! - Splatter from the griddle cooking gets everywhere! Must clean the cook top after every use of the griddle. - The control panel is very short. You have to bend over to see what oven setting selections are being made. Overall impressions are that this oven is a game changer for cooking at home and the technology makes cooking fun again! We are extremely happy with our purchase! I have used the self clean option which is very easy and works great! Oven heats up fast and is very spacious for all my baking needs! I found the knobs to be very sturdy and safe with small kids. Absolutely love the sleek design look and it is very easy to clean. True to the claim of no fingerprints. Burners are sturdy and we used the middle flattop to cook pancakes and it provided even heating thru out. Air fry option also produces nice and crispy chicken wings in no time! Highly recommend!

Do not buy any of the ranges with the control dial knob especially if you have children. The button would always get bumped so we put on the child lock feature. This worked great until on of the children pulled the button off. Well guess what? You can't just snap it back on. Now I have a 9 month old oven that I have to use a pair of needle nose pliers to use the oven. Or I can pay a tech to come out and fix it just so the kids can break it off again.

I've only used this one a handful of times so far but I am blown away at the capabilities and how well the food came out. The app was very simple to setup and sync with the oven. I have kids that are in school 10 minutes away so being able to preheat the oven and have it be ready to put food in the moment we walk in the door. We made roasted chicken the other day and the flavor was similar to what I would have expected from a rotisserie chicken at a specialty restaurant. Having little ones another key feature I really love is the precision knobs that have built in safety features so a little kid cannot just turn it on. This makes it so I do not need to buy separate ones to add. I'm very intrigued by the Air Sous Vide option but haven't had an opportunity to try it yet. All around this is an amazing oven that I am really enjoying so far and believe it will have a positive impact on our cooking enjoyment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven needs an upgrade with its screen and system. When you open the over it automatically awakens and is a click away from turning on. This is not safe. When you turn it off it does the same, making me constantly check to see if its turned off. It also takes about 10 minutes for the fans to turn off after baking. It also does not allow for clock to always be on. I wish there was a setting to adjust this. So now I have no clock in the kitchen? Lame... Stovetop is good and the dials to turn on the stove are child safe. The large burner makes a clicking noise when on low. I had a tech come out to look at it and he said it is a defect that cannot be fixed. So now I hear clicking anytime its on low!

I love this oven! It looks great and works great! I got it last summer with other Samsung appliances (also working great). However, I can't give it 5 stars because the air fryer feater is not really "air fryer." I basically have to cook everything in the same time as I would if I used the "bake" feature. Maybe something needs to be calibrated? I don't know. For example, I have to cook the sweet potato fries (fresh cut) for about 30 min in this oven's "air fry" feature at 425. However, if I used my counter top air fryer at 390, it would be done and crispy within about 15 min. The oven works great though. I have not tried any of the othe features such as sou vie. Maybe someone at Samsung can respond about this and let me know if I need to maybe calibrate the air fry function. One more thing, there is a huge gap between the wall and the range. Neither my contractor or the installers could do anything about it because they said that's where the gas pipe comes out.

The knobs are child-proof yet turn effortlessly, and the clear labeling makes setting the temperature so easy. My only con so far is that the controls and buttons for the oven are hard to see and control on the front. The technology is top notch; we're able to set alerts if the oven or range is turned on which is a great feature since we have small kids. You are able to start the oven with the app which will definitely come in handy in the future. We've experimented with a few various dishes, and each one turned out perfectly. However, the griddle is probably my favorite feature. It is removable and simple to clean. The burgers we cooked on it were juicy, flavorful, and achieved a perfect sear. The oven preheats rapidly, ensuring minimal waiting time. And more importantly, it maintains consistent temperatures, which everything we have baked so far has been perfectly cooked. There are so many different oven settings we have yet to explore, including the air fryer feature which I am most intrigued by.

Some time the ignitor sparks and the gas flows but fire is not started 2. There need to be more provision for child safety a) All knobs need to have a locking position. Currently the bake knob cannot be locked. My 3 yr old sons accidentally turn on the bake mode A dream feature : I will if this product comes with a water filter and small water tank (1L) that can keep the water to a preset temperature (Electrically). This will reduce the gas usage a lot. Currently I have to buy another warmer for this. Less gadgets more convenience. Also please consider Samsung Fridge to have the same feature to dispense warm water

They get hot and can bring a large pot of water to boil in just a few minutes. The oven is great and has a ton of features. All the usuals work as expected. I love the convection and the air fry. The sous vide is really great for meal prepping. I can prep fully cooked meals that I just need to warm up that are good for me. It takes some practice and getting used to, but once you get it, it'll change your meal prep. Features are great. I like the clean look with minimal buttons, but everything is still very easy to navigate. Integrating it with the smart things app is handy and I love the on phone alerts. The sleek design and dynamic range of cooking features make this an easy purchasing decision. By far, the best stove I've ever owned.

The size, the extra space on top, and in the oven is impressive. Additionally, the functionality of having a wireless connection to my phone to schedule cooking times is something I really appreciate. Aside from this, the air fryer function is my favorite. I have a countertop air fryer, but this range has the space to cook an entire turkey without any issues. Another thing that I love about this range is how easy it is to clean the top part and the fingerprint resistance. Definitely something I will be using constantly. In summary, it's a great update from my previous range. Recommendations to improve this range would include making the oven exhaust removable for easier cleaning and ensuring the burners distribute the flame evenly to avoid different cooking temperatures on my pots.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Samsung. Almost all of our appliances are Samsung! I have never had a new oven! Every other oven I've had was basic compared to this one! The Samsung Bespoke Smart Slide-In Gas Range in Matte black Steel with Air Sous Vide & Air Fry is a massive upgrade! Beautiful The Precision Knobs are easy to use without straining my hand and wrist. The Edge-to-Edge Grates allow for more cooking space! I can also remove them to clean! I love the aluminum non-stick griddle. I had that option in our previous home, so I loving having thos again! The Self Clean option will make cleaning so much easier! SmartThings App Connecting to the SmartThings app was super easy! I already use the app for all of our Samsung devices. The app automatically picked up the oven and after a few prompts, adding the device was easy! LCD Display I appreciate the digital clock and date display, that will update automatically! The little display is easy to read when scrolling through the options. Cooking Options The Samsung Oven offers: Air Sous Vide, Air Fry, and Convection Vegetable. I am excited for the Air Fryer option! With limited counter space, I now have a built in air fryer! I love air frying French fries, tater tots, fish, etc!
