One thing you will love is the Lint catcher and how easy it is to clean it.👌🏽 The part specific users: This machine is an all in one where you have to wait till one full cycle is done. Where traditional washer dryer dual set you can run parallel cycles which makes it overall faster. The compensation point is you can run it and forget it and it will do the full task for you. So if you are going to go away after letting the washer run, with this machine you will never have fault smelling clothes. If you are a family or a person that gets your laundry done in one go waiting on site.. This will definitely frustrate you. Me I love it cause as long as I do laundry every week it's the best laundry machine I ever encountered...

Manual that came with it is too generic and does have specific information for this model. Now just need the machine to fold them too. 😆 For the most part things come out dry. I noticed there have been a few blanket loads where I had to put a Timed Dry cycle on afterwards. Similar to what I had to do with my previous standalone dryer unit. Also, looked at standard dimension on site when I bought it. Neglected to consider ‘venting pipe’ behind. Even with flex venting host my unit does not fit in my standard laundry area (bifold door setup), so we had to take bifold off on one side. Looks kind of goofy—but love the machine so I guess I’m stuck with this setup. Overall, happy with purchase.

The water hose connectors are way too close to the power cable and the vent. It would be nice to have options for both the vent and the power cord placement. It would also be nice to be able to switch which way the door opens. I wanted to have the unit to the far right of my laundry room, but the cluster in the back required me to put it to the left of the room. Now the door swings open to the left and makes it super awkward to get clothes into it. The capacity is good. The Performance will have to wait for a few weeks, but for now is okay. The technology is good as samsung usually is.

Totally changes the way you do laundry, just set the completion time right before you get back from work and then you don't think about it at all. Washes great, drying takes noticeably longer than predicted, but it does end up dry. You just have to learn the about how much longer and compensate (30-40min for clothes and 1-1.5 hrs for sheets/towels for us). UI works well on the washer and on the app, I only wish you didn't have to confirm the cycle physically on the washer since in my mind I usually load it first and then think what cycle do I want.

It takes 3 hours for a normal load and it is never entirely dry when the cycle is finished. I have to add an extra 30 min dry cycle to every single load to actually get the stuff dry. Super frustrating after waiting 3 hours to finish, just to add more dry time to it. Super annoying safety feature- the appliance locks while in use so once the dryer has been started it will not unlock until after a cooling period. The cooling period takes 5+ mins. I’m 40 years old, I have yet to burn myself from a dryer. This is the dumbest safety feature ever and cannot be turned off or overrode. It is really frustrating when you are in a hurry. The screen glitches constantly. Sometimes it will overlay 2 or more different screens over top of each other. Makes reading the screen hard. Sometimes the screen will say it’s drying when you selected a dry cycle but it will start a wash cycle instead. Super frustrating when you were trying to get your clothes dry and now you’ve got to wait another 3 hours for it to finish…. Again. Sometimes it randomly spits out fabric softner on clothes after they’ve washed and are drying. Time to rewash the load and waste some more time. Super frustrating. Sometimes it leaves a puddle on the floor. It appears to be leaking from where it adds the detergent and softener. Only does it once every couple weeks. Over all would not buy again & would only recommend to someone I hate. I simply cannot catch up on laundry due to the time it takes to actually wash and completely dry a load. & then when it’s washing when you needed it to dry your clothes. & you’re rewashing to get the random spots of softner off your clothes. It’s an uphill battle & it seems the machine is working against you. This washer has caused more fights in the last 10 months than we have had in our marriage over the past 20 years. Husbands do not buy this for your wife. She will hate you for it.

I have to admit I was wrong. It takes less than two hours to wash and dry a load. I usually put the dryer sheets in and take some clothes out between the cycles but it’s so easy since I receive notifications on my phone. I need to also mention that I have so much room in my laundry room now, I absolutely love it! I realized that with bigger loads I have to set the dryer to “more dry”, otherwise some thicker clothes would be still a little bit wet. Other than that I didn’t notice any issues. I’m really happy with the purchase!

There are so many options with this machine to choose from. I love that you can put the laundry detergent and fabric softener in the containers and the machine will let you know when you are low and the app does to. The whole cycle from wash to dry is about 90 minutes or longer. It is a great machine to have. I love it. You can fit a good amount of clothes in it too.

It’s supposed to be able to hold a lot of laundry and when we put more than seven towels and it jumps around. Washing and drying in the same unit is great and saves time especially when you forget to change loads. The lint catcher is easy to clean out and being able to store a lot of detergent and softener in the washer is another amazing time saver. Just throw in loads of dirty laundry and start up with out adding anything. There is a lot more space in the laundry room now and able to store other cleaning items in the room now as well. I do like using the touch screen to set up every load. The drying has been great as well with clothes washed and completely dried. Still learning what else can be done as there a ton of options.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Zero issues with the machine thus far, have had it for over 2 months. This thing can hold a TON of clothes or large bedding items which is a major plus for me. You never have to worry about the mildew smell post wash since it dries itself out. A bunch of settings to get the ideal wash/dry (wrinkle prevent, pause in between to take out stuff, and regulat wash/dry features). Only cons: if you use pods only you'll still get a "detergent/fabric softener storage empty" every time, haven't found a way to disable that. This thing is HEAVY, it is 300 pounds so be prepared to get some help moving it. I will say, however, because its so heavy (as well as with the calibration the machine does before the first wash) it never shakes wildly. Last pro i almost forgot: this thing is SILENT, so nice especially if you live in an apartment to not hear it all the time.

Product was huge and heavy which means it's not cheap, in every sense of the word. ATM, I'm doing my very first load so, can't tell the quality of the wash yet though, I'm expecting it to be better. The power reset I did after the first load fixed the pad or screen which was stuck on "Registering" mode. Online says it's could be a glitch with the Smart Things app. After the wash and dry, I obserbed lint stuck around the rubber gasket. Hopefully that will go away and will not affect the colors of my next load. I would also like to mention my disappointment that after it was unwrapped in front of me by the delivery people, there were prominent scratches around the glossy part of the washer door. There was also a deep scratch on the side of the unit. Brand new and yet with scratches!

Everything works on the touch screen, which has a lot of additional features you probably won’t use like watching YouTube or checking the weather on it, but it is cool. My only complaints are that the touch screen loading can be a little slow sometimes, and the capacity is not as large as the separate washer, dryers I’ve had before. I did run a small load and it came out very clean and beautifully dried. Better dried than my previous dedicated dryer. I have no regrets buying this machine and hope it continues to work for long time! It’s very space saving to only have 1 machine too!

I will start off with the cons the product tho it’s 2 in one it is big and bulky, forget about moving it around. This product is super heavy. It pauses to “cool down” for a while. Clothes dryer needs to be adjusted to “more” to get clothes very dry. The pros of this product it is super quiet when washing and drying. The ultra capacity is nice for busy households. The capacity is great can fit more clothes than previous washer. I love the convenience of the washer/dryer duo saves time for busy on the go people. The lint catcher is very easy to clean has claws that catches lint. Modern looking and stylish. Lots of different options of cycles. The touch screen works very well and accurate. After cycle door opens up on its own. I would recommend this product to others. I love its a two in one so no moving clothes to dryer, saves me time. Clothes smell and feel so clean after wash/dry.

I downloaded the smart things app and it makes it much easier. The fact that you don't have to fill the detergent and fabric softener everytime is also a plus! Also not having to switch the clothes every load makes it nice. It has saved me so much room in my laundry room. The AI touchscreen also makes a huge difference when selecting load sizes and temperature settings. Having the automatic laundry dispenser below is also a very big plus to this machine. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have really enjoyed the AI Vented Laundry Combo. The #1 thing i like about the combo is that it is a combo! I can pit my clothes in the washer and don't need to worry about having to put the clothes to dry. I would too often forget to move the clothes in the dryer, that I would constantly be re-washing my clothes so they wouldn't smell. I love that i can put my clothes in the washer before I go to bed and they are ready when I wake up on the morning. The touchscreen it's pretty easy to use, but I don't like that the normal cycle doesn't let me choose a different spin cycle or drying temp. I was surprised that the complete time to wash and dry wasn't too long. On average a regular cycle takes about 2.5 hours. The two things I don't like, are if you put in too many clothes, the clothes in the center don't get completely dry so you have to do a second dry cycle, and the power cord is too small. I could not position the washer the way I wanted to because the cord is too short.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When my husband told me that he was trading in our almost 8-year-old washer/dryer combo for an updated version, I hesitated. I didn't understand what was wrong with the current one. I finally accepted the fact that the laundry will take 6 hours to complete...but at least will be clean and dry without requiring interaction. I was wrong. This new machine has made life so simple and easy. I never have to put in detergent with each load and measure based on how much is in the washer. I don't have to turn the dial and select different (and what seemed infinite) combinations to make sure that the clothes are dried properly because this new machine uses vented heating. I almost forgot how convenient this traditional heating is! For what originally seemed like a spontaneous purchase to me, I have come to understand that he was listening to my complaints and had a plan. Our laundry time has been cut in half! I am never going back to the separate washer dryer combination, especially now that it is vented.

The biggest challenge we would face is the fact that our current Samsung dryer is gas and I am not set up for a 220 electrical plug which on this model, the specs clearly called for that. Now, I would need to convert my gas dryer hookup to electric. My wife is super lucky that we both really like this new duo machine! The thing I like most about the machine is that because it is connected to the smart things app, she and I both get a notification on our phone letting us know the load is complete. NO more clothes sitting in the dryer gathering wrinkles because one of us has forgotten about them. The other thing is my wife really likes is the fact that when she used to put a load in the washer about 50% of the time she would get distracted and it would sit in the washer long enough to begin to stink. No more! I’m definitely on her good side! This should carry me for a bit! Thanks Samsung!

I’m disappointed with my Bespoke AI Laundry machine. I had high expectations, but the performance has been frustrating. The AI Wash+Dry feature, which is supposed to automatically detect load size and moisture levels, consistently falls short. It often leaves my clothes damp, even after long cycles. I’ve had to run additional dry-only cycles—sometimes up to 1.5 hours—and clothes are still not fully dry. I’ve checked the filters and everything is clean, so that’s not the issue. At this point, it seems only suitable for very light loads like socks and underwear. Definitely not what I expected from a premium appliance marketed as “intelligent.”

The normal cycle washed and dried my clothes in 130 minutes and the load was dry. I like that I do not have to transfer clothes from the washer to the dryer and there is a delayed option to stop the machine in between washing and drying, which allows to add a dryer sheet and also remove some items I would rather hang dry. My favorite feature is the drawer for detergent and softener. No more eyeballing the correct amount. The filter seems fairly easy to keep clean. The capacity is big and sufficient for large loads. I am very impressed by how easy it is to complete a load of laundry.

I know some of the early models that came out over a decade ago just seemed like they never washed or dried all that well. I did my homework and read up on the WD90F53AVBUSAA, and one thing that stood out was the fact that it was actually vented. A lot of the ones I looked into before used a heat pump to dry, and it didn't seem very effective. This unit dries as well as a stand alone dryer, and it is extremely quiet to boot. No more buzzing motor sound from my previous dryer. This thing sounds like a normal room fan. The tech side of things is also amazing. I can play videos and music right on the display, which actually resembles a small Samsung tablet. One thing I really love is the detergent/softened reservoir. I can throw my clothes in, set a timer, and my laundry will start and completely finish without me having to think about it. If you have a Samsung TV, it will also give you a pop-up notification that your clothes are done. You can control every function from the Smart Things app as well, which is extremely convenient when you're in a hurry. The onboard AI learns your laundry patterns over time and starts recommending cycles based on your usage history. What else can I say, other than I am no longer skeptical, and actually quite a Samsung all-in-one enthusiast now. Worth every penny!

The clothes do not get balled up because the dryer turns clockwise and the turns counter clockwise. Not sure about the fancy smart phone operation or the touch screen. We shall see how well it all holds up. My unit is vented so total time to wash and dry are about the same as my former stack unit. So far, very happy. I do wish there was an owners manual instead of going online for information and operations. I also don’t like that to get faulty or error codes you have to go to your smart phone instead of the unit touch screen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So lets start out with the elephant in the room, yes this washer/dryer is big and heavy, but how often are you going to be moving it once it is in place. I did have to move it after installation because I had a drip pan underneath it and needed to adjust the legs so that they go up higher. Fun fact this has a cartridge for the detergent and fabric softener, so you have to make sure you have enough room in the bottom front of the unit for the door to open so that you can fill the cartridges. So onto the fun part for me which is my job with the laundry is to make sure all the clothes are cleaned and then my wife folds them. Well this unit knocks my job out of the park because all I need to do is load/unload and choose the right cycle because this thin does the rest. Sorry dear but I just made my work more efficient. The only thing that could make this machine better would be if it folds it also, sadly we are not to that place. The major problem that I always had was that I would load laundry and forget about it in the wash for a day, then it would smell weird and I would have to wash it again. with this thing since it washes and dries. All I need to do is take it out and lay the clothes flat. My wife was concerned with washing bedding and I can tell you that I can fit a blanket and the sheets into a load and I still have half the drum available, so this thing has plenty of room. the app does a great job of telling you when a load is done. It will even open the door once the drying cycle is complete to let everything breath. ya this family will not go back to the conventional separate washer and dryer.

I absolutely hated doing laundry and would put it off until I couldn't any longer. Regardless of what settings I chose the laundry wouldn't completely dry within a cycle (even when the units were new) and would get musty if another cycle wasn't started right away to finish drying. To say that I had high expectations when it came to this new Samsung unit is an understatement. As soon as the delivery guys left, I spent the entire day testing this thing out. Setup was a breeze. I loaded the detergent and fabric softener into the machine and put it to work. I ran loads of all shapes and sizes. Clothing, bedding, towels, and rugs. Not only did they all come out clean but dry as well! This machine has a cycle for any situation. I love the AI bubbles option. I discovered a set in sauce stain on a comforter and threw it in with no pretreating, came out clean! I love how easily this unit interacts with SmartThings. Gone are the days of getting up to check how long is left on the laundry. Just check the app! Forget to do the laundry until you're headed to bed? No problem with this machine - toss the load in and hit start. In the morning you'll be met with clean, dry, and fresh smelling clothes. One thing I could not stand about my previous front load washer was the drum ring getting mold and mildew. I don't see that being an issue with this machine because it doesn't get a chance to hold in moisture since it dries your laundry as well. Not only this but it kicks the door open at the end of the cycle. All in all, I love this unit. I am a stay at home mom with adhd - to say I'm forgetful is an understatement. I have the whole ecosystem of Samsung products from phones and wearables to TVs to robot vacuums. There is a little learning curve but the OS is mostly intuitive if you are used to Samsung SmartThings and it helps my previous washer was a Samsung. My wife, who isn't really good with tech, struggles so with the settings for different program types for cycles. Fun the hardware perspective, it seems pretty intuitive, but the lint trap is kind of awkward and the bulk reservoirs below create a few drops off mess no matter how careful you are. I think I'll be ordering the pedestal to help with having to get down on the floor for that part.

I finally did it, I got rid of the old 2 machines and replaced it with 1. My laundry room is slowly becoming a dream come true, having this all in one machine allowed me to envision a new laundry room with more space for shelves and baskets and bins haha. As the only woman in the house and the one who stays home with a baby and does laundry for family of 6 (4 boys to be exact) I do a lot of laundry!! However, having a baby my brain sometimes forgets to toss from washer to dryer as I am always occupied with my adorable human being. My husband tends to come home and save the day to toss into the dryer. With this machine, I not only gave him freedom from switching the laundry but also myself. Just toss it in and go about my day. When I am ready laundry is ready and door is open for me to grab the clean clothes or bedding! This has simplified my life so much more. You know what else I really love? It connects to our phone, being a technology guru, I kinda secretly really love this feature! I have tried so many different modes so far from bedding (bulky blankets and bedding sheets), to towels, delicate clothes, small load, AI wash and dry load, normal (with turning off dry mode), to activewear (one can imagine how much activewear is around here hah) to tide pod cold cycle. I also really love the dryer lint is super easy to clean, no more bending to clean on the bottom, it's on top and super easy to clean. In addition, it has reminders on my phone when done as well as every 40 cycles reminds me to clean the machine. There are so many ways to love this machine and use it of course. It's also very quiet and allows my baby to sleep peacefully while the machine is running. Great quality product that should easily last many years to come.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Both my wife and I share the poor habit of starting a washing cycle and then forgetting about laundry and finding damp clothes that have sat in the washing machine a day or two later. On several occasions, she didn't like how the wet clothes smelled and redid the wash cycle. What a complete waste of water, time, and detergent! So when this became available, it was a no brainer to try it out. Now we can pop in a load at the end of the day before go to bed or when we wake up before going to work and it has made doing laundry so much more seamless and efficient. Although this is my first washer/dryer combo, from the reviews i read with other units, the duration of both cycles was in excess of 5-6hrs. Samsung has figured this out and we were able to run a combo wash in under 2 hours. Of course, on faster more economic modes, the clothes do not become bone dry like on a dedicated dryer unless you increase the settings. I love the customizability that I have to adjust load settings depending on what I'm washing, specifically the difference between normal clothes and washing bedding. This way I can have customized runs for specific things and adjust dry time, or adjust load heaviness. I spent a lot of money on my sheets and I feel that they are being better cared for with this level of customization. I also love the super speed run, as there have been rare instances where I need to wash one particular item and feel bad using a normal wash cycle for it. Now I can customize it to my needs. It is also awesome that you can preload detergent and softener for the machine to administer based on your needs. I think this really allows you to make laundry less of a chore. As trivial as this may sound, I absolutely love building a smart home. It brings joy to me when my Samsung computer monitor or my Samsung TV notifies me while I'm working or watching TV that my laundry load has completed. It is awesome to be able to assess what stage your laundry is in on the smart things app. This unit is also my secondary laundry in my house situated on the third floor next to our gym and our kids rooms. I have a normal separate washer/dryer in our true laundry room, and i find myself coming to this machine instead. The incredible technology that saves us steps/time wasted on chores is worth every penny.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung AI washer and dryer combo is a total game changer for our family. Let me start at the beginning: a nice, stylish, well designed machine arrives at my door step and gets set in place in lieu of my 2 other old but reliable machines of 10 plus years. I look at my new laundry space and notice how much more space I just gained by the idea that it's a combo. To add to the fun, I plug it in and a nice looking digital screen greets me with a well executed step by step instructions guide on how to set up the unit plus features and QR code to install the smart things app to link the machine to the phone appears. As my house has a lot of Samsung Smart devices, this machine quickly found a home here. Connected flawlessly to my network already setup and ready to go via smart things that was well established on my phone. Once the setup process was completed, the machine has a simple to use interface that allows for selection of variety of features such as AI wash and dry which auto selects pretty much for you the entire wash and dry cycle depending on the item and soil level. Love love love this feature as it simply became my go to feature now. Just set and forget it. Some time later, the clothes are perfectly washed and dry. No mess, and no need to switch over which I must say is something to get used to. Breaking that habit of having to constantly switch over from washer to dryer is a chore that I hated especially while taking care of a house with 4 children (boys). There are other features such as steam wash, bubble soak, speed cycle, etc. I tried almost all with different variations of clothes, blankets, and towels and the items came out soft, fresh, and fully washed and dried as expected. Some cycles do take a long time however but I tend to do my laundry at night so it doesn't bother me especially when there's no need to swap from washer to dryer. The bottom of the machine also has 2 containers for detergent, softener, or hybrid where you can alternate 2 different types of detergent. Each configurable to the cycle you select. What else could I possibly want in a washing machine. I love that you fill it up and the machine will select how much it needs and dispense accordingly. The right amount every time and I don't need to pour or add for a new load. It has a sensor of how much is left in each bin and notifies me when low through the touchscreen and the app. Truly remarkable. Also, the lint filter clean out couldn't be easier, slide it out right at a convenient height, slide it, and the lint rolls up. All built in to the filter. No mess, easy to use and absolutely phenomenal. This machine has changed the way we do laundry forever and has provided us more family time instead of more chore time. Excellent quality product from a brand we already love very much.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I talked my husband into purchasing me the new Samsung AI Bespoke Laundry Combo, which was a feat in itself, since we actually have a gas dryer hook up. This meant to purchase this particular combo he was going to need to do some major upgrades. Well, he did it for me and I am genuinely indebted to him and it is absolutely worth it!!! I’m thrilled with pretty much everything about my new W/D! The first thing I got excited about with this machine was the idea of completely washing AND drying a full load of laundry in 68 minutes. I thought I had hit the jackpot, since everyone knows “time is money”! Sadly, when I washed my first load of clothes, I was seriously disappointed after having quickly run through the tutorial (without paying too much attention mind you) and setting everything basically on a “normal” setting, just to discover that it was saying my laundry would be complete in 2 hours and 30 minutes. I was a bit baffled and perhaps a tad miffed; however, my husband came in a little while later and told me what I needed to set it on to run 68 minutes. Whew! I love the Smart Things app! I have multiple Samsung devices now and the app has become almost 2nd nature to me. The only issue is that others in my family don’t use it. Back to my fabulous new W/D combo, did I mention that I can fill the automatic detergent and fabric softener dispensers located at the bottom of the machine and AI intuitively knows how much to extract based on the amount of soil on clothes, bedding, etc. Additionally, I can now purchase the lesser priced liquid detergent over the cost of the laundry pods, since the pods were simply a convenience purchase for me. The machine runs so amazingly quiet that it could actually be located and running in my bedroom at night while we were sleeping without waking us. Speaking of running the machine at night, prior to purchasing thi W/D combo, I would find myself wanting to put a load in the washer before going to bed, but I would usually stop myself for fear of forgetting it in there the next morning. It’s always a bummer to come home after a long day at work to find a washer full of clothes that need to be rewashed after sitting for almost 24 hours. Im happy to report this is no longer an issue! I can easily throw my load in before bed knowing that I’m going to wake up to the full load complete! The door even automatically opens for me allowing the heat to exit and air out the load. On those mornings that laundry is the last thing on my mind, it’s no longer a biggie! I could mention a myriad more of the incredible features this W/D combo offers, but then I would just sound like a braggart! Lastly, I will add that my husband is pleased with the 20 year warranty. Many companies seem to be shortening their warranty these days, but Samsung actually extended there’s out to the 20 year mark! This is unheard of!

I am so happy with this combo machine. I can put in my wash set it and go. The AI feature notifies me when it is entering the dry cycle and when it is finished. The auto dispense feature saves time and less mess than filling each cycle. My clothes come out fully dried. The cycle times are the same as my old front loaders. There are many cycle options. If I have air dry items in the load I can set it to stop for 10 minutes after the wash. It notifies me so I can go take out the air dry items. The lint holder is easy and mess free to empty It has a report of how much water is used each month. I do wish that it came with an instruction manual. I had to look up on the website for videos of how to use some of the features. I only wish my space had room for two of these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Automation: in general, it is exactly as expected. Efficiency: there is a lot of waiting time, the clothes come out wrinkled and with lint, even when using wrinkle prevention. But it is very good that it doesn’t retain bad odors if you fall asleep or forget to put it to dry. I like that I can refill the detergent and fabric softener and not have to add them in every wash. The filter is designed to be cleaned perfectly. I love that the door opens and that I can control it from my phone. I also like its technological and versatile display. I also like that it notifies me on my different devices about the washing and drying progress. Capacity acord a single family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so excited and very happy about this washer/dryer combo. I do my laundry almost everyday. My old Samsung washer finally gave up on me and we got this new combo washer. I love how I can control everything on my phone and it has so many options I can choose right on my phone. I can schedule a wash even when I’m not home. I love that the door automatically opens after washing (you can turn this option off if you want). It has a liquid detergent and softener containers that you fill up and the machine will determine how much to use. No need to put it manually. So many great options. Looking forward to many years of use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is really a game changer for doing laundry. How many times have you started a load in the washer and forgot to switch over to the dryer? Now you can go to bed and clothes will be washed and dried in the morning. I have done standard loads, bedding, towels and whites. All clothes came out clean and dry. So many settings to dial in the right wash and drying. The large touch screen makes setting up easy and to control everything. Since this version is vented, you do need the 240V, 30 amp plug.

I couldn't be happier with this washer and dryer combo! The Bespoke AI All-in-One has completely changed my laundry routine. It washes and dries in one machine, so I don't have to move clothes between cycles, which saves a lot of time. The capacity is excellent and easily handles large loads like bedding and towels. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great washer/dryer combo! I’m disabled and have difficulty bending low. The height on top of the pedestal makes loading and unloading so much easier and the convenience of not having to transfer loads from one machine to another is wonderful. It holds a lot, does an excellent job washing and drying, and I like that it sends a notification to my phone after it’s completed each cycle. The touchscreen is easy to use and has some nifty features like being able to link it with Ring cameras. I would recommend this combo machine to others, especially with the pedestal. Well worth the extra money. You gain a tremendous amount of concealed storage. It makes everything tidier and easier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit looks great! Clothes come out smelling good and are clean. It's so nice not having to worry about clothes sitting in the washer for a full day until we can get home from work. Having the automatic detergent/softener dispenser is awesome! The only downside I've found so far is the rubber gasket around the port of the machine. If you have pets, it holds on to the hair and as you pull your clothes out that hair reattaches to the clothing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Freaking amazing. With just the two of us now, kids all grown, this is perfect. The capacity is large enough to wash blankets and bedding without a problem and the drying without changing the load over is awesome. I’d say the only drawback is the detergent is loaded at the bottom of the washer. But that’s not huge for me since it will do so many loads, but I can see where that would be difficult for some people, even with a pedestal.
