I received this washer dryer from Samsung for product testing purposes. Its large capacity is great for family loads. Its easy to use My 13 year old can put it on. The digital display is great for saying how long the wash or wash and dry will take and also how long until the cycle ends No worries if you do a hot wash then a more delicate as the machine has a default setting which it returns to after each wash. It even has a 15 minute quick wash for those times when you only need a quick wash. It also turns itself off as a power saving mode. You can also delay the start time so it washes when you want it to without needing it plugged into a timer It has a hygiene steam mode for those smelly items, sport kit, dog blankets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this washer dryer from Samsung for product testing purposes. Having had a Samsung washer dryer before and loving it, I'd say that this one is even better. The functions such as mixed load and 40/60c cycle make life easy, meaning if I have a few synthetic items, I don't have to put on a second load. Prior to moving house, I have always had a separate tumble dryer and missed it terribly, however this is no longer the case. The drying sensor on this machine is spot on - clothes, towels and bedding have come out perfectly clean and dry. Being able to add a bubble soak for those washes that need a little extra stain lifting power is a godsend. Quick wash and dry in under an hour is a huge bonus over my last machine, find this really useful for my partner's uniform. If I was to nitpick, it is a deeper machine what with having a 9kg drum so it sticks out past my standard depth units and worktop, the extra capacity mean less washes per week as a extra plus point, we can now wash and dry a superking size duvet cover, sheet, pillowcases and a small bedspread in one wash. The display screen isn't all singing and dancing like the top of the range models but it does the job adequately, being clear and easy to understand. Would definitely recommend to anyone but especially families, the extra capacity alone makes this a must have.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this washer dryer from Samsung for product testing purposes however that does not sway my opinion of my experience of this product. At 54 dB, this machine is insanely quiet! Sitting in the kitchen with the machine on is no longer an issue compared to my old one, I had guests round and the machine was on, and in fact they didn't initially notice that the machine was in the middle of a cycle. I've uploaded a video, which actually does not do it justice of how quiet the machine is, since microphones are more sensitive than human ears. There are so many different cycles to use, and the wash quality is excellent, the clothes are not too wet, the smell eradicated, stains removed. The control screen is easy to use and intuitive - which is important so everyone in the family can use the machine It would have been nice to have a higher energy rating, but I found that the biggest drawback for me was the smart app; since that is not really an integral part of the product, it would be unfair to allow that to affect the rating. A lot of Samsung products are compatible with SmartThings in addition to other IoT products, but for some bizarre reason this washer dryer uses its own Samsung Washer Dryer App. The app it self also requires many permissions and won't even open if you deny them. I really hope that Samsung can allow their machines to be used with SmartThings.

I received this washing machine from Samsung for product testing purposes. This machine replaced an old Hotpoint one that I had for the past 10 years. I am extremely impressed with my new Samsung washing machine! Here's what I like about it: - Add Wash lets me pause the cycle and a small hatch door on the front of the machine can be opened to put in that item that I forgot to put in with the main load. - Auto Dose is not only saving me money by using less detergent and fabric softener, but it makes my washing experience easier because I do no have to think about these each time I wash. There are 2 separate containers in the detergent draw which I have filled up with fabric softener and detergent and the machine prompts me when each are getting low. - There are many different settings / cycles to choose from, such as cottons, dedicates, towels, bedding, sports wear - the list goes on! - It is incredibly quiet. Even at full spin speed I barely notice it (certainly compared to my old washing machine which was far nosier). - Smart Things connectivity - this is super useful; you connect the appliance to your home WiFi and through the Smart Things app on my smartphone, I can control the wash. It also sends me a notification letting me know when the cycle has been completed. - Ease of use - with the central dial button, you move through the programme selection and it prompts you on how to make your selection. The screen is easy to read and guides you through the process. - Friendliness - ok, this is a silly one, but it makes me smile when the machine shows "hello" on the screen when I switch it on and when the cycle has finished, the machine plays a nice little tune, not just a regular "beep". This may be annoying for some people (I would have thought you could switch it off, I haven't tried) but I love it! What have I found difficult? To be honest, not nothing really! There was one difficult moment when the machine was first installed. The language had defaulted to Dutch and even though the machine guides you through how to change the language, because it was in Dutch I didn't understand how to do it! But a quick search on the Samsung support page guided me through this and my machine is now in my native English language! The only other thing that I haven't solved for yet (and this is very specific) is where to place a water softener tablet. I tend to use one in each wash, but with the auto-dosing drawer, I'm not sure where to put it. Overall, this is a fantastic machine and I am extremely happy with it. I have only been using it a relatively short while, but it feels robust and I imagine it will be very reliable and durable for many years to come.

Ive been looking at this washing machine for a while and finally decided it was time to upgrade. It's a beautiful design, clean and classy. So many wash modes to choose from too. I really like the add wash feature as I have often turned around after filling the machine, to find a rogue sock staring back at me. Now however I can simply add it to the wash. 9kg wash load is brilliant for a family of 5. The auto dose system is handy too as you simply fill up the Chambers and it adds the correct amount to the wash for you, so no more wasting liquid or softener. The wash cycles are so quiet I even forget its on at all, and there is a silent wash feature too but I don't know how much more quiet you can get lol. Plus you can add this to the smart things app and you can control everything from your phone and get washing updates. Over all I love this washing machine and honestly wished I had made the purchase a lot sooner.

The machine was great for the first few months and now the Auto fill detergent draw doesnt seem to be working. Also the drum makes a loud vibrating noise on some washes The Customer support has been pretty poor with any help on how to sort this auto detergent issue. I have called the number and spoke to a lovely helpful person but they were just reading the manual which is what i had done. Its pretty frustrating to not be any closer to resolving the problem - and a helpline that doesnt have more knowledge than the manual. They could not give me a contact number for samsung UK to try and resolve the issue further. i bought this machine because of the WHICH reviews and have been very disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this washer dryer from Samsung for product testing purposes. This is a very nice looking machine with a quality feel about it. I have tried a variety of different cycles, though long term I suspect I will mainly stick to the 'mixed load' one as it is only 1hr 6 mins in length and does a good job of cleaning our clothes. My house has 4 adults but we all work in office type environments (outside lockdown) so none of it is heavily soiled. One function I did like was the Bubble Soak. I had a food stained shirt which had refused to come clean after 2 previous washes in my old machine so I tried it in this one using the Bubble Soak option with a little stain remover and it came out perfectly. I tried the drying function twice, once for towels and once for bedding. Both times I set it to dry for putting away in a cupboard. This is a function I used to avoid on my old machine due to the long run times and lack of total drying on the times I did try it out. I can confirm that the Samsung did at least dry the items although one of the larger towels was still very slightly damp in the middle. The bedding was totally dry but it was heavily creased. So much so my wife thinks the creases may never come out. Drying cycles are on a par with other machines with a cupboard dry adding 5 hours to the wash time. The controls are pretty obvious without needing to read the user guide too much and are easy to use. The load capacity at 9kg is excellent. It only beats my old one by 1kg but it actually seems a lot more. The user manual is quite good and informs without going too technical. My only gripe with it is that some of the diagrams are quite small, especially the ones regarding the drawer to put detergent, softener and pre-wash. One final thing. The machine plays a short tune when you switch it on/off and a slightly longer one at the end of the wash/dry cycle. This may well turn out to be annoying after a while but fortunately you can turn it off. Overall an excellent machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washing machine online and it arrived 3 weeks later as scheduled. My husband installed it himself. We tried to test with an empty load. It worked well. We washed our first load, the trouble came. It tumbled, moved and banged. It even damaged our wall. We decided to turn it off even it hadn't finished. We reviewed different pieces of instructions and found that there were some transportation studs not removed. Plus we did not fix the four legs. After doing so, the washing machine was doing well. It is a quiet machine afterall. We would like to say if Samsung can produce a "first thing first" one piece instruction guide will be helpful.

I have had the Samsung washer dryer for almost a month. Still figuring out which programme is the best one for our daily washing and drying,but we are getting there. The washing is coming out completely dry if you follow the instructions on the machine, it gives a max level for drying which is half of drum. Just finished washing and drying a load of bath towels in 2h30mins which is quite good. Enjoying the product so far and the 5 year warranty is a plus. I like that the standard washing programmes can be adjusted for temperature, spin cycle etc. and you can just add the drying cycle after you have chosen the washing one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this washing machine from Samsung for product testing purposes. I am not someone who easily gets impressed with a washing machine. Clothes are there to be worn and washing is a necessary task - often ending in confusion with playing Russian Roulette about whether programme "5" or "8" is the right one (hint: it's the other one). This washing machine is the first that actually allows me to feel confident that I may get the right washing cycle for the load. It integrates perfectly into the SmartThings app and although I'm sure this is obvious to some, knowing that I shouldn't put cardigans in at the same time as jeans and socks reassures me that artificial intelligence can be a force for good I highly recommend this machine as someone who tries to avoid laundry as much as possible.

Man Proof washing machine!!! My partner doesn't live with me, so I'm in charge of the kids and my own washing. The functionality of this piece of kit is brilliant. Autodose makes sure detergant and conditioner is looked after, when I forget something I can add it in, and I wash things on the right cycle with the Smart Things connectivity and App! Just a little sad that I'm so happy and excited about a home appliance! Hopefully it will last as long as the last one, but time will only tell. I want 10-15 years out of it, and I am hopeful that Samsung has my back here with the 20 Drive life.

I received this washing machine from Samsung for product testing purposes. So far, this has been a great machine to use. I particularly like the Add Wash ability and the Auto Dosing. The front door itself feels very solid. There are a lot of different cycles to select from, which is useful because it will adjust the wash programme according to the items that I am washing. The ability to connect to the Smart Things app is great too as I like being able to know what the machine is doing when I'm not in the room. The machine also switches itself off, which is a big win. I am very happy with this machine and because it has a 10 year guarantee on the motor it feels as though it is built to last.

I bought this model to replace my previous Samsung washing machine which I loved. I like the features of this model a lot but I find that stains are not being removed. My old Samsung wax much better at this. I’m sure if this is due to the dosing system, but it’s certainly not ax good as my old Samsung machine.

We’ve been very happy with our Samsung washing machine, which we purchased about a year ago. It has a great selection of programs and being able to setup customised washes via the app has also been handy on a couple of occasions. The machine itself seems very well made and is quiet in operation. Ours is the 1400 spin speed model and the clothes are quite dry when finished meaning the tumble dryer doesn’t have to be on as long in the winter. One particular feature we love is the auto dosing system. We only use it for fabric softener but it’s amazing how little it seems to use. The cloths are still lovely and soft and smell perfect, I can only assume we’ve been using too much softener for years!

I love the range of progams and additional features available. Aesthetics are great very stylish to look at. Auto fill is a fantastic feature as I leats use too much liquid. The short quick 15 minute cycle is fab feature for items that just need a quick fresh wash. Love this machine

Started smelling from the 5th minutes of washing. On website Samsung said the smell can go away after 2 washes. I did 7 washes, 4 days passed, the smell is still here. 2nd. It leaks. Small amount of water 200-300 wiped every morning even when machine was not used...

Faulty machine. Only 3 years old and has been ripping/shredding clothes since a few months old. Parts of clothes are continually being ripped and end up in the filter which then results in error codes for blocked filter and washing not being completed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just had a few days but seems great so far. Weirdly, the washes seem cleaner than my last machine but that might be in my mind. Big drum with lots of room. Very quiet. Really easy to use. One thing to be aware of: Because of the big drum, the unit is deeper than previous machine. That works ok for me but, if you’ve space issues, do measure first. Oh, and it plays a tune when it’s finished a cycle. An unexpectedly long tune. The manual says you can turn it off but it seems like that has to be repeated each time you power on (maybe there’s something I’m missing, though).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I could not find my new machine within the Samsung list, however, my model is very close to the version named at the head of this review. My model "Samsung Series 6 AutoDose WW90T534DAW Wifi Connected 9Kg Washing Machine with 1400 rpm" is only a few hours up and running and it is superb. The old machine was also a Samsung machine and that was faultless until the end and to be fair it may well have been reparable but at 10+ years it was time to renew. This new model is so quiet compared to the older machine and silky smooth during the 1400rpm spin cycle it is a game changer for us as the last one was beginning to dance. Functions are extremely easy to operate and coupled to a clear, bright easy to read display. I was very surprised with the wifi function as at the end of the first wash a message popped up on our Samsung TV indicating the wash was complete, I thought this was brilliant. I guess there is not a great deal you can say about a washing machine but these machines are quality through and through, I would highly recommend to everyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine 4 years ago. And I love it! We have a family of 4, and it's still going strong. The machine is durable (we literally transported it in a truck interstate), it's smart and easy to use. It still washes as if it's brand new and we're using it at least 4 times a week. The hygiene steam and bubble wash are THE BEST! I am really paranoid about germs and we also use sustainable and ethical products in our washing machine. Never had a problem with the machine and it's been a dream using environmentally friendly products with it over the past 4 yrs.

I purchased the Samsung washing machine with high hopes, but it has been nothing short of a disaster. After just a few washes, my clothes come out smelling terrible, as if they’ve been sitting in a damp basement. To make matters worse, my clothing has been damaged after only a year of use. Stain removal is hopeless with this model; I've tried everything, and nothing works. It’s infuriating to see all these positive reviews, which I suspect come from people who haven't really put this machine to the test yet. Now, a year down the road, the auto dispensers have stopped working and don’t even ask for detergent anymore. This machine has been a huge disappointment, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Look for a more reliable option!

The machine has a wide range of features and options. I bought it because of the brand and the look of the machine, as well as the range of features. However, I have been surprised by the lack of options for using the full 9kg capacity. The Eco wash took 2 hours and 44 minutes. I am sure that this has all been worked out for efficiency, but shorter washes only allow for a more limited weight. I will have to adjust my approach to washing laundry because this machine is way ahead of the machine it replaced. It is great that it is so quiet.

This would have been a 5 star review BUT a serious point for the installers: having installed the washer (on 2nd floor) without fuss or bother they tested it as required BUT for some reason some water was left in the drum. That meant I could not open the door. The handbook (at first sight) did not explain clearly that the drum must be EMPTY. I had to call the helpline and after a long discussion realised I had to just go through a rinse and final spin to clear it. NOTE TO INSTALLERS: please leave washer door open when you leave!

I was happy with my machine until something went wrong. I have it around six months. The rubber seal on the add wash door came off during a wash, wrapped itself around an item of clothing and destroyed the clothing. When I rang Samsung, and noted that the rubber seal in the main door of the machine has a small chip in it (which appeared not long after I got the machine), Samsung are now saying that the machine has no warranty, and will not address that the machine destroyed an item of clothing. So even though my machine is only a few months old, and two things have gone wrong on it, I am expected to pay for repair and have no warranty until I do. I expected the machine to care for my family's clothes, not destroy them. I expected better customer service from Samsung.

In addition to being a trusted name, it looks very stylish, saves space (being a two-in-one machine) and has all the functions I need and some new ones that I didn’t know of (but am keen to try!) Easy to navigate programs/controls, can adjust temp, rinse count and spin speed and best of all - it’s very quiet! Have not tried the drying function yet as it’s been warm and sunny but it won’t be long before I do. A great product - I would definitely recommend.

I received this washing machine from Samsung for product testing purposes. From using a machine from a number of years ago, this one is much faster and quieter with so many customisable options. Today's clothing is mostly to be washed at 30 degrees and having so many options to do this is fantastic. I can change the rinse cycles, spin speeds and temperature as required, plus a 15 minute quick wash which really does take 15 minutes is amazing meaning I can do two washes on my lunch break when I am working from home.

So far so good, however doesn't offer a half load wash, but not a problem as I never wash small amounts. Instructions that came with washer weren't very self explanatory and had to go online to find out what all the various functions did and how to use them. I have had a Samsung washer before so roughly knew how it works. Wasn't impressed by the delivery men who wouldn't unwrap it for us to check and were curt bordering on rude. Also supposed to be under warranty for 5 years and finding it difficult to register online, which makes me wonder if we will have a similar issue to book a repair. Think I will just go to a store to purchase one physically next time. As far as the washer goes, I was happy with performance of my last one so hopefully will be satisfied with this one.

The shortest program is 15 minutes, which is very convenient and energy efficient. The dryer works really well. On my previous machine it took 2.5 hours to fully dry a super king set of bedding, on this machine it's fully dry in 1.5 hours. I've had it for about a month now and have tried most of the settings and am very pleased with it.

Our old Bosch Washer was jumping across the utility floor and was considerably noisy and coming to the end of operational life. We chose a Samsung following a family member who has had a Samsung Washer for over 8 years without any issues. The price was not only competitive but with a 5 year warranty it was too much of a bargain to turn down. It has the benefit of Wi Fi programming as well as a good luck and very quite operation.

Great washing machine but I only have it for 1.5 years and it already broke down 3 times, in one of which the whole room was filled with water. They keep fixing it which is nice but it doesn't stay that way for long time, I worry that once the warranty is over it will be a very very heavy paper weight. So if you like using your friends washing machines I would recommend getting this one as a decoration piece.

Unfortunately the Auto softner draw appears to have a common fault, had to replace it after 5 months initially, but it was inside the 2 year warrantee period so no problem, however it has again gone faulty again (same problem) after nearly 2 years on from the repair but we're now outside the warrantee, so to me this washing machine is only good for as long as the warrantee lasts.

Just got the Washer/Dryer installed and completed the first wash. Clothes are clean and fresh and the drying cycle worked perfectly. I have read other reviews complaining about the alarm music at the end of the cycle but it can be easily deactivated with a push of two buttons so not a problem at all! Installation was straightforward and easy, delivery on time bright and early.

Sorry, so far I am disappointed with this item. My flannelette sheets, which I have never had to iron previously can out totally crumbled and It took ages to get the creases out. Instructions are not helpful and adviser on chat told me the cotton wash does not use high level water so it would be better to use a different programme!!!!

It's really easy to use and has some great features like the steam wash setting and 15 min quick wash. It's also extremely quiet!The only issue we have found is that you can't stop the tumble drier and get access quickly as it gets quite hot and doesn't allow you to open it for a while. Other than that, it's a fantastic machine.

This is my second Eco Bubble as I was so pleased with my first "Add wash" function. Perfect for sanitising pillows and the like! However, levelling this machines under a work surface is tricky. Tiled floors can be uneven, so be warned, you'll need access to all 4 feet to level it! The little spanner provided is useless.

Terrible performance for drying laundry - even with only 5 cotton items in of a reasonable size and on the correct drying setting it's taken 90m and they are still not completely dry, the same applies on a synthetic setting - everything comes out feeling damp no matter how long the cycle or how many times it's repeated.

The rubber seal tore ever so slightly (after3-4 months), now the is a leak via the main door (not covered under warranty). Lots of people are experiencing the same issue online but samsung passing the cost onto customers rather than taking responsibility for using such cheap rubber seal on an expensive washing machine.

Bought a Samsung washer dryer in October 2019 costing over £900. The dryer has stopped working today three years later so is out of the two year warranty. Google this, it’s a common fault. I think it’s absolutely disgusting for a machine of this price. I would advise to avoid this brand for washer dryers in my opinion.

Do not purchase this machine if there is a 1% chance you will leave something in a pocket! Had mine less than three months and the plastic drum has been cracked by a coin. Samsung do not want to know - I consider if something doesn't last more than 6 months it is not fit for purpose.

Only used it a couple of times, and so far so good. However doesn't feel as well made as my old washing machine (another famous Korean brand). Quiet during the wash, but the spin cycle 1200-1400 causes a lot of shaking. Even with level floors and checking the feet.
