Had this refrigerator for only a week after our old side by side refrigerator lasted 21 years. What we love about our new Samsung is the beverage centre where the always full jug and water dispenser live behind a classy stainless door. The ice maker, which lives in the freezer, dispenses two different size ice cubes. We also love the wide expansive view of the fridge section with both French doors open where it is easy to locate everything. We are a Samsung family with television, mobile phones, watches, ear buds and the like. Why? Class-leading technology and reliability. Looking forward to many happy years with our new fridge!

I purchased this fridge as i was limited by the size of the hole in my kitchen that was previously occupied by a 22 year old Amana/Maytag fridge. I was tempted to buy the 7900 for the fancy panel screen but in the end i purchased the 7500 and cant be more happy. Even though its the same size as the previous fridge, the design of the ice maker and the chilled water creates more internal area. The full width fridge allows more effective storage of items. The internal door bins also are large. The black colour with no handles and external water & ice dispenser give it a very sleek appearance. All in all im very happy.

It was really exciting to buy this french door refrigerator, but I was disappointed when I tried to put my items in it. It doesn't have any flexibility to set shelves. Specifically, for high items, it has a bad design. Space for high bottles like orange juice or milk can only be found on the doors, which limits the number of bottles. You cannot place anything high in the fridge. The second point of poor design is that there is nothing behind the beverage center, so when you open the door to the beverage center you can see into the fridge. Having previously used a side-by-side model, I thought it was more convenient than the french door. I don't recommend this model for this price.

I’ve had this fridge for almost 2 years now and has been great. - Self filling jug is good much obviously have to regularly clean it so doesn’t go mouldy - The ice trays are unreal always! Can empty one into my work bottle which lasts 2 days come back and it’s full again. - The storage is a little frustrating inside as there are brackets you can slide much under the bottom shelf and shelf heights limited but works for family of 3. - Freezer room is ok but loose a bit from ice trays - It’s super quiet - Buy the 3 packs of filters Overall I’d say it’s great just the shelving could be. Etter.

We bought this a few months back to replace a similar sized one from a different brand and absolutely love it. Food and drinks are always cold, freezer is amazing. Great size fridge and freezer for stocking up on food for 2 teenage boys. Easy to organise the freezer so things don’t get buried and lost! Love the beverage centre and the auto refill water jug. The ice bins are great and fill up quick enough when you’ve been sweltering in the heat. The only thing it’s missing is a drawer for smallgoods but that was an easy fix with a bit of improvising. Would definitely recommend this product.

We got this fridge 3 weeks ago and we are loving it! We liked the dual ice maker in the freezer as we had previously had a large capacity ice maker in our previous Samsung French door fridge which lasted 15 years. We do find the veggie crisper drawers a bit smaller than we are used to. But all the extra storage points on the doors make up for a lot more storage overall than our previous fridge. The shelves on the freezer doors are also very handy and create lots of storage options. We love this fridge and it is fingerprint resistant. However I have found myself wiping over the areas where you open the fridge as there are no designated handles and children’s sticky fingers still leave marks (but not normal clean hands)

I just bought this fridge, it is beautiful and the ideal size that I need. However, thinking about the easy water device on the door, during use, filling a glass for example, it ends up leaking beyond the water outlet (behind the main hose) and this refrigerator was not designed with a dispenser at the bottom of the niche to contain the water that leaks. Now, I need to keep drying the water all the time that I use the easy dispenser. In addition, It is not only on my fridge, the same issue is happening with 3 different friends of mine.

I love my Samsung french door fridge however, had some prpblems to begin with. First the fridge was delivered with a dent in the door, the fridge was then replaced however, the cooling would cut out once a day. A Samsung technician then replaced the main board and now it seems to be working fine. I must say that Samsung were extremely quick to address both issues with both being resolved within a week. I have zero complaints about the fridge features and love that you do not need to plumb the fridge to use the watrr dispenser.

I have had this fridge for about 6 months now and I really like the French doors and how much space there is inside it, very modern and sleek design looks great in my kitchen. When we first bought the fridge and had the water line installed we noticed that the ice and water had a metallic and/or plastic taste to it, it was a completely different to our tap water, even after discarding about 20 litres of water to try and clean it out the taste did not go away, even after 6 months the terrible taste is still present, this is a big flaw that I unfortunately cannot get past and has had me reconsidering this purchase, it has now come time to change the filter on this fridge and I fear that if this does not amend the issue then I may have to look at my options.

7500bb is much better feature than the old 2007 Samsung fridge and we love the access to all compartments. The door opens up to a limit and don't hit the walls which is Brillant. Free water filter cartridges and shelves if you break them. on the downside is the energy rating is only 3.5 stars, and why don't Samsung aim for minimum 5 stars. The only other this is the ice trays are very fiddly getting ice and easy to break the trays. The other is hygiene as you have to scoop the ice out, where my only 2007 Samsung was auto ice.

Overall solid fridge, operates cold and is relatively quite. French doors for top half means shelves are easy to access / very spacious. Looks great, not an eyesore. I like chilled water. Minor points relates to freezer, firstly it doesnt slide out as far as i would like so it can be hard to place bulky items into the freezer. Also on my unit its possible to improperly slide close the freezer without the magnets fully locking it closed & without triggering open door alarm (ie if closing the freezer door slightly too softly). If its left like this overnight the freezer starts to defrost - part design weakness, part user error. Also be aware that cold water is not plumbed, only the ice maker in the freezer unit is plumbed. Still good value overall and still happy so far.

The fridge has been exceptionally good, spacious, intuitive controls inside the door. For the most part, very pleased with the product! My reason for a lower rating on the product itself is a lack of what I would consider basics, such as no complementary egg tray included, also the trigger for the water dispenser can be a bit loose feeling/sloppy, resulting in mild dribbles here and there. My greatest concerns has been with the delivery company used by Samsung (ANC) who were rough, and careless with the delivery Also, the after-sales support from Samsung has been awful, I have owned the fridge for 6 months and have yet to receive the included water filter to use the automatic ice dispenser.... In summary: Product - Great Delivery - Rough Sales support - Woeful

First week of my new fridge and our family is loving it. What sold it for us is the amazing beverage station and the fact it has filtered COLD water (a must have for QLD living) (not all brands offer cold filtered water, some only room temp!). The cold auto fill water jug is so good, I use it to fill 2x 750ml water bottles quickly. The drinks station is a nice feature to show off when you have guests over. The filtered ice maker is located in the freezer, I was a little disappointed at first that the ice does not come out of the auto drink dispenser, but realised it's not that big a deal and the freezer makes so much ice (equal to about half a bag of service station ice) so plenty for entertaining. Fridge and freezer are huge, perfect for a family of 4 or more. Loving it so far!

Really nice product & design. Very reflective finish but reflects light like a fun house hall of mirrors. Nice feature of hidden water dispenser but you have the fridge door open all the time you are using the dispenser. Great ice maker but you have to open the freezer, pull out the ice tray, grab the ice scoop & then scoop some ice into your drink….. a lot more messing around than your typical dispenser on the outside of a door just for a few bits of ice in your drink…. First world problem I Suppose.

I got this 2 week before and since then we have been very happy with the product. It has great shelf in-depth space and a huge freezer distributed in multiple compartments which helps us segregate our regular and long term stuff. The fridge is also very silent as compared to our last fridge. We are at peace with minimal noise specially at night where our old fridge made a lot of noise when compressor ran. The dimentions are perfecr and it fit exactly within our space which gives a nea and clean view.

Bought the fridge a couple of weeks ago finally got it delivered today despite living centrally on the Gold Coast and next day delivery “available”. Love the trade in option how they collect the old fridge. I thought part of the service would be to unload the new fridge from its box and install it given it needs plumbing for the ice to work..: the delivery guy just laughed at me and said no that wasn’t part of the package. Thought the manual was a little short - there is a container top round thing taped to the bottom of the water tank, absolutely not idea what that’s for and couldn’t find any info anywhere. Nonetheless it’s a beautiful looking fridge with lots of space. Seems to scratch super easy. A bit awkward at times to remove the shelving, and when I did… scratched the paint.

I bought this refrigerator 4 weeks ago. I am really impressed with the storage in the refrigerator so easy to see items. The freezer compartments are brilliant with full drawer pullout providing easy access to items in the rear. The. Beverage section is so functional allowing only one door to be opened for easy access to items and cold water while keeping other items in the fridge cool When close the refrigerator maintains clean sleek lines for great architectural detail in a sleek modern kitchen

We’ve had this fridge for 3 months now and we’re very happy. The layout is great and everything always seems to fit perfectly with no effort. The door baskets are a fantastic size and fit lots of bottles/jars. We love the look of the hidden water dispenser (this was the main selling point over all the other fridges) and it’s so handy to grab what we use the most via the mini door. Freezer is also excellent with door space and sliding drawers. No regrets at all, I’d highly recommend this fridge.

Super happy with this refrigerator. Very wide, spacious, french door. Will need to connect to a tap if using the automatic ice maker machine. Love the bottom drawer freezers and sufficient space to keep family of 6 happy. Instant cold water was very convenient. Inside door compartment can easily handle 2 litres of fruit juice, milk, jams. Very roomy and spacious compartments and drawers. This is an excellent choice of a fridge /freezer for a large family. Very happy with this purchase.

I brought one of these three months ago for a kitchen reno. It is amazing! room, access etc. all great. The beveridge centre is top notch and i keep the jug with fresh lemon pieces in the water. The ice maker is supurb. I turn it on one night a week and it keeps me with heaps of ice. The smaller cubes are great and I think better than crushed ice. I turned the temp down in the fridge and freeze for better 'cold' outcomes. We are really happy with our purchase

Bought this online and three things I hate that had I'd known, I would not have purchased. The doors are vinyl wrapped. Although it looks good, it doesn't take much for the vinyl to get damaged. Secondly the top left door was poorly designed for Aussie homes. The water dispenser and jug does not need to be so tall. Because of this, the two shelves above are smaller than they should have been. The top shelf fits 375ml cans but good luck taking one out from the door-in-door. You have to tilt the can and this can't be unless you slide the can towards the back. Good luck doing that if the shelf is full. Middle shelf should have also been taller as some sause/condiment bottles don't fit. Lastly, Ice tray is also flawed. Everytime i scoop ice out of tray, I get blocks of ice that fall from the back of the tray and fall the the lower shelves. Terrible design

Great fridge! Super spacious. Fits lots of food in the fridge and freezer section. Didn’t realise how much water we go thru as we are always refilling the tank, next time I think I’ll get a plumbed water dispenser. We don’t have the ice maker currently plumbed so we can fit extra in the freezer, however once that happens we will definitely lose some freezer space, kind of wish we should remove it. Otherwise. Great fridge so far!

The fridge was purchased a few months ago as an upgrade and we have been nothing but satisfied with the purchase. It is sleek, quiet and reliable. Having the door-in-door beverage centre is a must as it keeps it clean and dust free rather than the outlet being exposed on the outside. The fridge is spacious with easily adjustable shelves. The icemaker works perfectly and provides a great amount which is excellent when hosting.

The change by Samsung to the Beveridge centre is a game changer. The auto filling mug is quite popular with the family, and the improved Ice dispenser in different size cubes is also a welcomed addition. The size of this fridge is the winning point though. With a lot of standard recesses only being approx 650mm in depth, this fridge doesn't protrude to far and is the perfect size for the doors to swing open un-hindered.

This is the second Samsung fridge I have been the proud owner of. I love everything about it, style, capacity, functionality. For me, it is the best. I love the beverage centre - the internal jug, the ice bites. My only negative is I wish fridges could be made with hinges so negative detailing would ensure the fridge could sit further back into cabinet. Quite expensive, but at least they live up to their promises.

I bought this refrigerator just over a month ago and so far it exceeds my expectations. I love that I am able to turn off the ice, being winter I’m not using as much as I would in summer. The water jug is fantastic I use this water to fill my kettle and coffee machine. I love the fact that I can get a cold glass of water without having to have bottles in the fridge. Overall I am very satisfied with my fridge..

we love it, great fridge for busy family no more arguments over who need to fill ICE trays back up ICE ICE BABY ALRIGHT, having ice all the time and choice of size. No more arguments over who was last using ice trays or water jug, its done automatically . Great being able to just open door to get to drink center too and being behind door it all kept clean, away from flies and germs. Fridge has lots of space.

This is completely misleading. Samsung advertised this model with a big headline claiming it has a Non-Plumbed Water in small print at the bottom of the page that the ice maker requires plumbing. This is very disappointing and feels deceptive. After 25 years as a loyal Samsung customer, this experience has really let me down — and unfortunately, it will be the last time I purchase anything from this brand.

I bought this a week ago as I saw it as a value for money for double door fridge. Another reason I purchased is that this fridge is not quite as tall as most other double door fridges. All fuctions work as described. The only design concern I have is that you need to open via the top or bottom of the doors as it does have handles on the face of the door. I got used to this quickly though.

Really loving the interior space and clean lines of this fridge with the sleek charcoal stainless steel exterior. ( no handles ❤️) as well as the hidden beverage centre . Had this fridge for 5 years. Iced up and needed repairing after 3 years, now the compressor is gone. Samsung support not helpful even with the 10 year warranty on the compressor, hard to get a repairman to attend. Will never buy another Samsung appliance. Read the reviews on other websites, we wish we had of before we bought. Upset that I am taking a 5 year old fridge to the top.

I bought this fridge as part of new appliances for a kitchen renovation. Love it! It is very quite (apart from the occasional subtle rumble of the ice making - when needed) Freezer sections are very useful drawers and the fridge area is big and wide with a few options to vary shelve positions and heights. The beverage centre is very useful and a nicely concealed door-in-door.

I purchased this about 4 weeks ago and I'm so happy with everything about it. Where do i start..... the two different size ice cubes that we don't even hear fill and empty and with the bonus scoop. The hidden door with not only filtered water but a water jug that we can pop fruit in. My teenagers just love the space and I'm in love with the no fingerprints on the exterior

Dimensions say this fridge is 912mm wide. And while that is true with the doors shut it is not true with doors open. We made sure the fridge alcove would accommodate this fridge based on the stated dimensions. It fits perfectly...with the doors shut. We are unable to open the while left side due to the hinged part of the door sticking out more than the stated dimensions!

This fridge would be great if your two people in a house and eat out a lot. If you got kids and don’t go to the grocery store every second day. Eg you live out of town and do one big shop. It’s useless. There is no space. You can only fit a couple of bottle of milk in the door. The shelves are not adjustable and you only have 3 of them. Everytime you need something you have to move everything to get to it. We now waste more food than we did with our old single door due,stuff getting shoved at the back and forgotten. The bottom right shelf is the worst. It slides back to accommodate large bottles at the front which means you can’t see anything behind. And then the fly out at you when you open the door and smash on the floor. Very poor design and wishes I never bought it. Freezer is the same. You have to stand there with the freezer door open to try and scope the ice out of the silly little tray which starts to melt the ice and then it because one block.

Really dumb design - the water dispenser is a pain to remove with the shelf above - it should be the other way round that way the pressure would increase and filling would be simple. Stood here with glass and plastic everywhere as removing the tank can be difficult. The freezer compartment is massive, with no capacity, go figure.

We bought this fridge to fit a specific space and took very careful notice of the dimensions went to install and it doesn’t fit ! Take note anyone thinking of buying this fridge whilst the dimensions say that they include handles and hinges - they ignore the fact that the freezer hinges add an extra 200mm to the width required.

Okay, so I finally upgraded my old fridge, and let me tell you, the Samsung SRF5300SD is AMAZING! Seriously, I'm in love. First off, the space! I can actually fit everything now, and the French doors make it so easy to grab what I need. No more digging around in the back! The beverage center? Oh my gosh, that's my kids' favorite. The auto-refill water jug is genius, and having cold water on tap is just the best. Plus, the ice maker is cranking out ice like a champ, and I love that I can choose different sizes. And the food? Stays SO fresh! I think it's that Twin Cooling thing they talk about. My veggies are lasting way longer, and nothing smells weird. Plus, it looks super sleek in my kitchen. It's like a fancy upgrade for the whole room. Honestly, I was a little nervous about spending the money, but it's been totally worth it. It's quiet, it's efficient, and it makes my life so much easier. If you're thinking about getting a new fridge, I can't recommend this one enough!

Have to close doors carefully if not risk to leave it open. Very inconvenient… looks huge but there’s not enough space to storage meats or fruits & vegetables. Is impossible to fit leafy or medium size greens such as celery or a decent amount of veggies for a week of consumption; drawers way to small.

It’s a beautiful fridge. Very spacious. The water cooler does not require plumbing which is great, you just refill it. The ice maker does require plumbing which is a bit of a disappointment as I misread that. However when it is hooked up, it has the capacity to make continuous ice. I love this fridge.

Great experience with this fridge so far however one thing to note is that the doors don’t fall closed. So if you don’t make a point of closing the fridge the doors stay open. There is fortunately an alert so most of the time this isn’t an issue but can be annoying (especially if you have young kids)

I had to replace the previous Samsung fridge. I chose this because i like the ice and water dispenser. I really like the sneaky front door for the water etc. The ice machine is in the freezer - where it should be ! not on the door. Hopefully i will have this snappy little 4 door unit for ages!

Really love this fridge, the size of it and the adjustable bench. The 3 liter water compartment could be a little bigger. Also if your plumb backing the auto ice maker it pretty much useless and have to load ice the old fashion way. Beside From that can't fault the fridge at all, really is beautiful

Bought as a replacement to our 6 year old Samsung fridge that wasn’t freezing. Samsung support offered a 40% off coupon, which made it cheaper than buying elsewhere. I would have preferred no jug, and the water dispenser on the outside, but for price, it’s a small inconvenience.

Got this fridge a month ago. It’s not too bad. Bit smaller than I expected. But it has non plumbed water but plumbed ice which is cool because we don’t really need the water. The freezer drawer is small and means you throw everything on top of each other. So I don’t love that.

We bought this fridge a couple of months ago. They layout is fantastic. Having both water jug and the water dispenser is brilliant. The water in the jug is super cold and refills very fast. The ice dispenser design is fantastic too. We are super happy with our choice!

I bought this 2 months ago to replace my previous one that I had for 10 years and then passed to my son. This one is perfect, it fits our kitchen and I love the hidden water and ice setup. My wife loves the freezer where everything is within easy reach and not buried.

We bought this fridge two weeks ago. Did not regret it at all. Very quiet and lots of storage. Looks classy and has a solid finish. Although it claims to be fingerprint proof. My kids still manage to leave their prints on it. But that doesn't stop me from liking it.

I have had this running for a few weeks now and the temperature does not get as cold as previous fridge.. Fridge is set to 1 degree and makes no difference. Milk goes off quicker along with other dairy products. Will be reaching out to for it to be repaired/replaced.

We have had this fridge for a couple of weeks now and we can confirm that it works as good as it looks with heaps of room inside the fridge and freezer. The beverage center works well and the dual ice maker makes an abundance of ice in both large and small cubes.

Great fridge for our family of five. Love the beverage centre and the different sized ice cubes, it's really quick quick to fill bottles with the jug. It has so much space and well thought out features. Sometimes the kids can't see things at the back however.

We have had nothing but trouble with these refrigerators. The evaporator keeps freezing up which stops the fan from working. Then the drain blocks up leaks water into the fridge. The original fridge was replaced under warranty now the new one does the same

Replaces a similar Samsung fridge with this on. Build quality seems fine. but a little less robust. Selected this fridge as it was the same dimensions as our old one. Only to find the door swing required a wider width which was a little bit of a hassle.

This is a fabulous well designed refrigerator. The beverage center is terrific proving ready access to a range of beverages. My daughter is particularly taken with the “ice bites” the fridge produces. The black stainless steel finish is awesome.

Fridge delivered and plugged in. Install complete. Nope fridge failed to cool and sits on a lovely 23c in the fridge and 10c in the freezer. Good times and so long food. Bad fridge and reading other reviews this sounds like it happens a lot. Avoid.

We’ve had Samsung fridges & TV’s for years and generally always been satisfied, other than ice maker. The latest fridge was purchased because of size & design, despite the belief that the “Beverage Centre” was a mere gimmick. How wrong I was! The beverage centre is a major feature. It allows far greater space efficiency inside; the internal water dispenser is far more practical and aesthetically pleasing, particularly with the accompanying cold water jug; the big attraction is the dual sized separate ice bins, (eliminating the previous high-maintenance & cumbersome ice makers of old). The only reservation I have is related to the Australian after sales maintenance of Samsung. It has devolved into a “people unfriendly” nightmare, where the software simply doesn’t work. My daughter-in-law has been in the market for appliances for a major revamped kitchen. A number of outlets have warned AGAINST purchasing Samsung, due to the extraordinary difficulties with after sales service. Great products, let down by a dehumanising service approach.

I bought it a few weeks ago. Good looking and plenty of spaces, I would give it 5 stars if not for the annoying doors. You need to slam or push them firmly to get them to close properly. The beverage centre door is need to get use to it.

Bought this 8 months ago, heaps of space, hold temp really well. The lighting inside is nice and bright. Water cooler is a really nice feature to have. Haven't had a chance to try the ice maker, will have it plumbed in at the new house.

I have received my new fridge, which according to the website, is non plumbed. Then I find d out that is only for the water dispenser, not the icemaker. It doesn't even come with an ice tray so it can be filled manually. Disappointing.

Great fridge but I think it would be better with more shelf grooves to be able to adjust heights of shelves and disappointed that cant use ice maker manually...needs to be plumbed in for use. Good size freezer and water container.

I bought this fridge to replace previous model as it was 14 years old and icing up. Fridge is a bit smaller but no handles makes it easier for us to slide into kitchen instead of lifting it over the bench so that's a big plus

Great fridge , has lots of space. Only downside is it only fits big drink bottles on the door only leaving room for 4 drinks. You can’t move the shelves up high enough to fit for bigger drinks like milk and juice .

This fridge sometimes doesn't close properly even nothing is blocking it so the beep sounds will be continous and have to turn off until somebody sort it out. If i have achnace i would rather go for single door
