It was really exciting to buy this french door refrigerator, but I was disappointed when I tried to put my items in it. It doesn't have any flexibility to set shelves. Specifically, for high items, it has a bad design. Space for high bottles like orange juice or milk can only be found on the doors, which limits the number of bottles. You cannot place anything high in the fridge. The second point of poor design is that there is nothing behind the beverage center, so when you open the door to the beverage center you can see into the fridge. Having previously used a side-by-side model, I thought it was more convenient than the french door. I don't recommend this model for this price.

I bought this under a year ago and one of the doors started to rust on the outside, I thought it was dirty so I tried to get it off which resulted in the top layer wearing off, I sent pictures through to Samsung and they are refusing to fix even though it's rusted in several places and the coat isn't missing from those places. Nearly 4000 wasted, never had a fridge rust in my whole life especially not under a year. They are saying it's my fault even though I only wipe it over with a microfibre cloth when it gets dirty, do not waste your money like I did, the most expensive fridge I've ever bought expecting it to last and this is happened and they arnt honouring warranty.

The fridge itself is great. Great size and features. However the fridge was damaged in transit, only cosmetic and its proving impossible to get it fixed.
Samsung will not just send out a replacement door, they have to send out an entire replacement fridge. I have no issue with this as a resolution (despite it seeming wasteful) except that they need me to go without a fridge for ~10 business days as they will not dispatch a replacement until the damaged unit is collected.
I purchased this directly from Samsung and the customer service has been terrible.

I paid full price for this fridge, and it is effectively DOA. The fridge section doesn't cool. Rather than fix it (or refund it) Samsung offered me $150 credit towards buying another fridge! The fridge was one day old. I tried to have this escalated in Samsung, but with no result. I have requested a call back, but there has been no call. Ticket number 8221667017

Bought this fridge, thinking that it would be the fridge that would last us a long time but alas it breaks.
Just to list out the things that did not work:
- Every time the filter is changed, the fridge would leak
- The Ice maker would also break and leak
- The water jug would not autofill unless you violently slam the jug back in its slot.
Broke a couple months in and continuously broke even after they send a technician to repair. On the third repair now. Don't be fooled by the 4ish 5 stars that you see on the reviews that's on this website or anywhere else that was made within a week to a month of receiving the product. A couple of months in and it will start to break.
Do not recommend this product and if your decision is to purchase this fridge, then be warned of how inconvenient the repair process for this fridge is and how it does not matter to them that you got yourself a faulty fridge because no matter how big the issue is, Samsung will always say this that its a "minor issue".

Good - Love the design , it suits our family of 6
Bad - We have had this same model fridge replaced 4 times over the past 5 years , they have all had the exact same issue/fault with freezer working perfectly but top fridge area suddenly stops cooling and left with a warm fridge.
Our most recent replacement fridge was April 2024 and now on the 21st November 2024 our fridge has stopped cooling again.
Every time our fridge has stopped working we've had too throw food out due either not being home over holidays or no where to put the food.
When asked about compensation for food loss, we were asked to provide photos of food in the fridge and freezer, receipts for food to prove you actually bought it.
We emailed all documentation to Samsung only to be denied every time. Being a family of 6 this is becoming a very expensive exercise everytime the fridge stops cooling .
There needs to be recall or investigation as too why this same issue is continually happening on this model fridge

Had this refrigerator for only a week after our old side by side refrigerator lasted 21 years.
What we love about our new Samsung is the beverage centre where the always full jug and water dispenser live behind a classy stainless door. The ice maker, which lives in the freezer, dispenses two different size ice cubes.
We also love the wide expansive view of the fridge section with both French doors open where it is easy to locate everything.
We are a Samsung family with television, mobile phones, watches, ear buds and the like. Why? Class-leading technology and reliability. Looking forward to many happy years with our new fridge!

I bought this fridge brand new from Samsung. I also paid for delivery and installation! When they delivered it they could not install it as the water hose was missing. It’s the hose that connects the fridge to the water supply. The drivers looked in and out of the fridge many times and they concluded that it’s just not there and they cannot complete the installation.
Contacted Samsung in which they started an “investigation” and I also asked for a refund for the installation which they could not do.
They called me back a few days later and then stated. Under there investigation they came to the conclusion that the water hose is NOT MISSING and the drivers could not complete the installation because there was a connector missing. What a joke Samsung. I bought a plumbed fridge to use the filtered water and now you refuse to send me the hose which wasn’t packed inside the fridge and also refuse to give me a refund. Will be contacting the consumer affairs regarding this. Everyone reading this please don’t buy Samsung products.

I am very happy with my Samsung fridge/freezer. Best one in design on the market. It is versatile and easy for use by all ages. Great water dispenser NO more spills. Ice is better now in large containers in freezer. Scoop what needed and in greater amounts at a time. No more ice shooting across the room from door dispenser. Always cold water on hand in a jug for table at dinner time and auto refill. Only thing I was disappointed with is egg tray- too few and only takes small eggs. So egg tray useless which is a shame. Now leaving eggs in carton in fridge. It would look so much nicer with proper egg tray. For a large fridge for a family it should house 12 eggs.

I purchased this fridge as i was limited by the size of the hole in my kitchen that was previously occupied by a 22 year old Amana/Maytag fridge. I was tempted to buy the 7900 for the fancy panel screen but in the end i purchased the 7500 and cant be more happy. Even though its the same size as the previous fridge, the design of the ice maker and the chilled water creates more internal area. The full width fridge allows more effective storage of items. The internal door bins also are large. The black colour with no handles and external water & ice dispenser give it a very sleek appearance. All in all im very happy.

And don’t believe the warranty - they have fine print to ensure Samsung only covers $250 of the $1200+ bill despite this being a common issue. Don’t join the unlucky souls who have learned the hard way to never buy a Samsung fridge again. Save yourself thousands money and go with a trustworthy brand

I replaced a Samsung French door fridge with manual water dispenser like for like model 10 years later. The new fridge works well and the light is brighter. Also fits through door frames better as a straight face vs the old. No handles is a bit annoying vs old one. No light on water dispenser at night is not as good but you can't complain about the deal I got with Samsung Coupon discount on addition to trade in of old fridge for $300 with free delivery within days of online purchase. This is a really good fridge and super value Vs others of similar. Recommend Vs other brands. Samsung fridges and design top class.

Good design and layout - however the noise/hum whilst ice is being made is no good. At all other times the fridge is very quiet, but when it is making ice it is not - there is a low resonant hum that you can hear in other rooms. You would expect it out of an old fridge off gumtree, not a nearly $4000 brand new fridge.
Samsung service - is basically ignoring the problem/dont want to acknowledge that its an issue. Which is really frustrating - as previous dealings with them has been outstanding.

Purchased just over 12 months ago, with a two-year warranty. The finish on one of the doors is faulty - it is peeling off and beginning to rust. Sent photos to Samsung - they won't even send someone out to look at - says not covered under warranty. Poor quality and zero after sale service. Do not waste your money.

Dimensions say this fridge is 912mm wide. And while that is true with the doors shut it is not true with doors open. We made sure the fridge alcove would accommodate this fridge based on the stated dimensions. It fits perfectly...with the doors shut. We are unable to open the while left side due to the hinged part of the door sticking out more than the stated dimensions!

I have had this fridge for about 6 months now and I really like the French doors and how much space there is inside it, very modern and sleek design looks great in my kitchen. When we first bought the fridge and had the water line installed we noticed that the ice and water had a metallic and/or plastic taste to it, it was a completely different to our tap water, even after discarding about 20 litres of water to try and clean it out the taste did not go away, even after 6 months the terrible taste is still present, this is a big flaw that I unfortunately cannot get past and has had me reconsidering this purchase, it has now come time to change the filter on this fridge and I fear that if this does not amend the issue then I may have to look at my options.

I’ve had this fridge for almost 2 years now and has been great.
- Self filling jug is good much obviously have to regularly clean it so doesn’t go mouldy
- The ice trays are unreal always! Can empty one into my work bottle which lasts 2 days come back and it’s full again.
- The storage is a little frustrating inside as there are brackets you can slide much under the bottom shelf and shelf heights limited but works for family of 3.
- Freezer room is ok but loose a bit from ice trays
- It’s super quiet
- Buy the 3 packs of filters
Overall I’d say it’s great just the shelving could be. Etter.

We bought this a few months back to replace a similar sized one from a different brand and absolutely love it. Food and drinks are always cold, freezer is amazing. Great size fridge and freezer for stocking up on food for 2 teenage boys. Easy to organise the freezer so things don’t get buried and lost! Love the beverage centre and the auto refill water jug. The ice bins are great and fill up quick enough when you’ve been sweltering in the heat. The only thing it’s missing is a drawer for smallgoods but that was an easy fix with a bit of improvising. Would definitely recommend this product.

Fridge has ample space for a family of five. The shelves are quite deep with plenty of room for condiments and there is enough room for larger drink containers. Love the beverage centre and the convenience of the auto refill jug - absolute game changer. There is some flexibility in shelf arrangement, although not all shelves can be adjusted. Both fridge and freezer reached set temperature really quickly and keep food fresh - particularly the fruit and veg - meaning much less food wastage. One downside is the fingerprints - no handles means the fridge needs to be wiped over quite regularly to get rid of fingerprint smears. Overall, a really great family fridge. Very happy with our purchase.

Bought this online and three things I hate that had I'd known, I would not have purchased. The doors are vinyl wrapped. Although it looks good, it doesn't take much for the vinyl to get damaged. Secondly the top left door was poorly designed for Aussie homes. The water dispenser and jug does not need to be so tall. Because of this, the two shelves above are smaller than they should have been. The top shelf fits 375ml cans but good luck taking one out from the door-in-door. You have to tilt the can and this can't be unless you slide the can towards the back. Good luck doing that if the shelf is full. Middle shelf should have also been taller as some sause/condiment bottles don't fit. Lastly, Ice tray is also flawed. Everytime i scoop ice out of tray, I get blocks of ice that fall from the back of the tray and fall the the lower shelves. Terrible design

Really nice product & design.
Very reflective finish but reflects light like a fun house hall of mirrors.
Nice feature of hidden water dispenser but you have the fridge door open all the time you are using the dispenser.
Great ice maker but you have to open the freezer, pull out the ice tray, grab the ice scoop & then scoop some ice into your drink….. a lot more messing around than your typical dispenser on the outside of a door just for a few bits of ice in your drink…. First world problem I Suppose.

I would NOT purchase a Samsung fridge again - the coating on the stainless steel doors is peeling off (or flaking off) in often touched sections of the door - looks terrible! Contacted Samsung with photos and they refuse to acknowledge it is their error - they claim I must use harsh chemicals to clean the fridge which I certainly do not. In addition, the ice cube tray has broken twice.
Extremely disappointed in this product and service considering the purchase price.

We received this in December and have been using it for a few months now. I had my mind set on the White fridge for our new kitchen but I am now glad I saved $1k on the black. It is perfect for our needs. I do however need to store everything in square or rectangular containers to utilise the space and allow for stacking everything neatly to fit. It also helps keep the shelves clean and tidy. (We down sized the old large family fridge) We still don’t know how we are ever going to use up the freezer space however! We got this fridge 3 weeks ago and we are loving it! We liked the dual ice maker in the freezer as we had previously had a large capacity ice maker in our previous Samsung French door fridge which lasted 15 years. We do find the veggie crisper drawers a bit smaller than we are used to. But all the extra storage points on the doors make up for a lot more storage overall than our previous fridge. The shelves on the freezer doors are also very handy and create lots of storage options.
We love this fridge and it is fingerprint resistant. However I have found myself wiping over the areas where you open the fridge as there are no designated handles and children’s sticky fingers still leave marks (but not normal clean hands)

The Beverage centre is a must if you’re looking for a fridge. the jug automatically fills up so you always have cold water without having to wait 20 minutes to fill up a cup. Plus being able to store commonly used items in the shelf is super handy. The two different sized ice cubes are cool too and they fill up very fast. We normally dump the full trays into one of the drawers when we have friends over for unlimited ice. Overall good fridge makes minimal noise unless it’s dropping ice and it sounds like someone is knocking on the front door. but you get used to it.

I went from a 720L down to a 648L because they dont make that size fridge anymore. The ice maker in the freezer is way better than the previous models in the fridge door. However, the back of the ice tray isn't tall enough and I end up with ice cubes falling out the back and into the rest of the freezer whenever I try and scoop ice out with the supplied scoop. The freezer only came with 2 draws and then two pull out open trays, the open space is too tall, so I cant stack as much as i used to be able to in the draws I had previously. I like the open shelf idea, they just need to make the shelf smaller and add in an extra row of shelves to make it useful.
The fridge compartment is great, and the water jug is a great addition.

We bought this fridge to fit a specific space and took very careful notice of the dimensions went to install and it doesn’t fit ! Take note anyone thinking of buying this fridge whilst the dimensions say that they include handles and hinges - they ignore the fact that the freezer hinges add an extra 200mm to the width required.

I purchased this about 4 weeks ago and I'm so happy with everything about it. Where do i start..... the two different size ice cubes that we don't even hear fill and empty and with the bonus scoop. The hidden door with not only filtered water but a water jug that we can pop fruit in. My teenagers just love the space and I'm in love with the no fingerprints on the exterior

7500bb is much better feature than the old 2007 Samsung fridge and we love the access to all compartments. The door opens up to a limit and don't hit the walls which is Brillant. Free water filter cartridges and shelves if you break them. on the downside is the energy rating is only 3.5 stars, and why don't Samsung aim for minimum 5 stars. The only other this is the ice trays are very fiddly getting ice and easy to break the trays. The other is hygiene as you have to scoop the ice out, where my only 2007 Samsung was auto ice.

Had this delivered today and I cannot speak highly enough of the pair of Appliances Online delivery chaps. Had my old fridge (huge 200kg plus) out into the garage in a jiffy and the new one installed, water connected, powered up and ready to go in 15 minutes. Polite, no mess left behind, best delivery team I've ever seen.
Love the fridge too, big, love the two ice cube options, beverage station, and so brightly lit inside. Fantastic price too, over $600 cheaper than any other retailer.

This fridge would be great if your two people in a house and eat out a lot. If you got kids and don’t go to the grocery store every second day. Eg you live out of town and do one big shop. It’s useless. There is no space. You can only fit a couple of bottle of milk in the door. The shelves are not adjustable and you only have 3 of them. Everytime you need something you have to move everything to get to it. We now waste more food than we did with our old single door due,stuff getting shoved at the back and forgotten. The bottom right shelf is the worst. It slides back to accommodate large bottles at the front which means you can’t see anything behind. And then the fly out at you when you open the door and smash on the floor. Very poor design and wishes I never bought it. Freezer is the same. You have to stand there with the freezer door open to try and scope the ice out of the silly little tray which starts to melt the ice and then it because one block.

I really love our new Samsung French Door Fridge. The black stainless steel finish looks fantastic and does not show fingerprints. Excellent design that hides a filtered water jug and filtered water dispenser. Also love that you can isolate the access of these items without opening the main fridge doors.
The real gamechanger in this fridge is the auto ice cube maker that provides ice cubes in 2 sizes. The fact that it continually tops up the ice cubes as you use them is fantastic. Highly recommend this fridge.

First week of my new fridge and our family is loving it. What sold it for us is the amazing beverage station and the fact it has filtered COLD water (a must have for QLD living) (not all brands offer cold filtered water, some only room temp!). The cold auto fill water jug is so good, I use it to fill 2x 750ml water bottles quickly. The drinks station is a nice feature to show off when you have guests over. The filtered ice maker is located in the freezer, I was a little disappointed at first that the ice does not come out of the auto drink dispenser, but realised it's not that big a deal and the freezer makes so much ice (equal to about half a bag of service station ice) so plenty for entertaining. Fridge and freezer are huge, perfect for a family of 4 or more. Loving it so far!

I have had this running for a few weeks now and the temperature does not get as cold as previous fridge.. Fridge is set to 1 degree and makes no difference. Milk goes off quicker along with other dairy products. Will be reaching out to for it to be repaired/replaced.

We’ve had this fridge for 3 months now and we’re very happy. The layout is great and everything always seems to fit perfectly with no effort. The door baskets are a fantastic size and fit lots of bottles/jars. We love the look of the hidden water dispenser (this was the main selling point over all the other fridges) and it’s so handy to grab what we use the most via the mini door. Freezer is also excellent with door space and sliding drawers. No regrets at all, I’d highly recommend this fridge.

This Fridge ticked all of our boxes, it was affordable, had a plumbed ice maker and was large enough for our family without having any “fancy” redundancies such as an app or a computerised interface. It is fairly compact for its size, the shelves are all good quality. You can easily fit 3L milk bottles in the door! My vegetables have lasted so much longer than our old fridge (we’ll definitely be saving money). The pull out drawers in the freezer work really well and the ice maker is awesome.

Hard to select a suitable fridge on the internet during lockdown, but narrowed it down to those that fit in the space I had. Glad I picked this Samusung French Door model. Fits and looks great. No regrets.
Shilled water is great. Note that the option for filtered water and ice is if it's plumbed which I can't do.
Appliances Online service and delivery were fantastic. Communication was great. I'm in a first floor apartment and they delviered it and took the packaging away.

This is my first fridge purchase with plumber features and I can only say wonderful things so far. The design is elegant and clean. I really love the convenience of the beverage centre. It's nice and compact unlike other water dispensers. The automatic ice maker is amazing. It takes the effort out of making ice for guests or having to refill the ice tray. Having it within the fridge makes the doors a lot lighter than other models and brands.

Great fridge! Super spacious. Fits lots of food in the fridge and freezer section. Didn’t realise how much water we go thru as we are always refilling the tank, next time I think I’ll get a plumbed water dispenser.
We don’t have the ice maker currently plumbed so we can fit extra in the freezer, however once that happens we will definitely lose some freezer space, kind of wish we should remove it. Otherwise. Great fridge so far!

The re-fillable water jug is great, though a little tricky to pull out of the door, so we just fill it from a jug while still in the door.
Also, the left door has a little part that ducks behind the right door, if you don't shut the left door with some oomph it has a tendency to stay ajar. definitely trouble for guests who don't understand how it works. other than that, highly recommend.

The fridge was purchased a few months ago as an upgrade and we have been nothing but satisfied with the purchase. It is sleek, quiet and reliable. Having the door-in-door beverage centre is a must as it keeps it clean and dust free rather than the outlet being exposed on the outside. The fridge is spacious with easily adjustable shelves. The icemaker works perfectly and provides a great amount which is excellent when hosting.

The change by Samsung to the Beveridge centre is a game changer. The auto filling mug is quite popular with the family, and the improved Ice dispenser in different size cubes is also a welcomed addition.
The size of this fridge is the winning point though. With a lot of standard recesses only being approx 650mm in depth, this fridge doesn't protrude to far and is the perfect size for the doors to swing open un-hindered.

This is 2nd one same or similar model. First one came with some issues that Samsung immediately rectified. After 10 years it needed replacement and we went with same make and model as it fits our kitchen the best. Ice maker is excellent and fridge is very quiet and that’s very important for me. Brought this fridge a while ago and the plastic of the shelves keeps cracking. Previously had them replaced under warranty which was not too difficult, but now trying to source more replacement shelves and crisper drawers and Samsung are not very helpful.
Left door also won't stay open and the food in the left crisper above the ice dispenser is always freezing. Disappointed for the amount I paid.

This fridge is a pretty dumb design. The after dispenser is not plumbed which is great if you want to avoid running plumbing, but the ise maker is plumbed. So you are running plumbing anyway, but then you still have to fill the water tank manually.
Clearly a result of cost-cutting design.
If I'd known I would have bought a different model either fully plumbed or fully unplumbed.

I got this fridge about a month ago, so I don't think that writing a review this early is the best thing to do as I would like to use the fridge for a bit longer to be able to provide more accurate feedback.
What I can say is that, so far, it's been great. The fridge is very quiet (even when it works at maximum capacity) The space in both: the fridge and the freezer is massive. The ice making machine works flawlessly and the drinks station is very elegant and slick.
The only negative thing that I can mention this far is that the shelves in the fridge aren't adjustable, so yo have to stick with what Samsung considers to be the best. This is not a big deal for me, but is something to have into account.
This wasn't a cheap fridge either, so I'm expecting it to run smoothly for a long time, but as I mentioned above, it's still a bit too early to tell...
Overall, I'm loving it, and am really happy with it.

It is very quite (apart from the occasional subtle rumble of the ice making - when needed)
Freezer sections are very useful drawers and the fridge area is big and wide with a few options to vary shelve positions and heights.
The beverage centre is very useful and a nicely concealed door-in-door.

We were not sure about this fridge, but decided to give it a go. The idea of having a cold water jug, cool filtered water and ice all separate was a unique idea, but we weren't sure how practical it would be. Now having used it for several weeks, we love the cold water jug! We no longer have to have a water bottle in the fridge that the boys empty and don't refill or they drink out of the bottle and then put it back in the fridge!
The ice maker seemed slow at first, but is ok now. It probably takes a little bit more effort to get ice out, but it stops it from dropping on the floor and constantly having a wet floor outside the fridge.
We are happy with the capacity of both the fridge and freezer, but we do have a second freezer anyway, so not sure it would go if we only had this one.
Went for the black finish. Certainly shows the finger prints, but is easy enough to clean off.
Overall, very happy with our fridge.

All the features of this fridge are amazing and we absolutely love the design especially the automatic filling water jug, 2 different types of ice, to the organised shelving in the freezer. This fridge has it all!

Beautiful fridge but it has a major defect. Left side fridge door doesn't stay open and closes by itself. AO offered replacement fridge but same thing happened with that too. It defeats the purpose of having 4 door fridge. You have to hold the door while putting in stuff and taking then out. Very annoying. AO thankfully offered full refund. Great service!

WE have had our new fridge since the beginning of the year 2023. I love the ice maker and the abundance of ice availability. The sleek smooth stainless steel finish and the french doors with the out door for convenience is great , the space availability for the freezer is excellent! We love it, easy to clean and well planned out. Thank you Samsung.

I never thought I would like a fridge so much! Beverage center is great but it was the lay out of the freezer that won me over. Not many freezers have shelving in the doors.
The shelves are skinny but are great for the numerous packets of frozen berries and fruit we have for smoothies. Easy for the kids to see and get packets in and out as well.

Have had the fridge for one month. Really like it so far - only issue was the recommended freezer temperature setting was in fact too cold for us as it froze the waterline into the water dispenser. Adjusted temperatures and now running perfectly for us. Delivery was fantastic with the delivery guys taking great care getting the fridge inside.

I recently purchased this after my previous Samsung fridge had a fault, which Samsung dealt with and provided amazing customer service to resolve my issue in a timely manner. I am a real fan of the new sleek design where the water dispenser is hidden, additionally with the inclusion of the water jug is getting a lot of use in this household!

I love the overall streamline look of the fridge, especially not having the water dispenser on the outside. I would have given it 5 stars if the shelves were adjustable. Pro's. Filtered water dispenser plumbed directly to water supply (I am on Tank water so the fitter is a bonus). Choice of ice blocks sizes is great (however one size would be good, allowing for more freezer space). Con's. Unable to adjust shelve heights which means some standard size bottles or larger item don't fit on shelves and only a small amount of space in the doors for taller bottles. I was hesitant to buy a Samsung fridge and after 6 months are happy with its performance and build quality. The beverage centre shelves don't fit single serve bottles (250ml) single serve cans fit well though. I haven't experienced the odd water taste some other reviewers have mentioned. The filtered water tastes amazing! Al in all a great fridge - any issues are really only first world problems :)

This is our second Samsung fridge freezer so we like their product. This one is slightly smaller than our previous one but we don't notice that because the shelves are long so we can squeeze more in. The door storage is ample for our needs and can hold a 3 L bottle. We've always had a water dispenser in our fridges but this autofill jug is next level. I don't know how we've ever managed without one, it's in constant use as the water is cooler than that from the dispenser. Putting lemon in the basket leaves a strong lemon taste in the water.
On the down side we find the ice trays clumsy, you can't collect ice with the scoop without the ice scattering to the shelf below or beyond. Kids will be kids so we're always wiping away fingerprints from the doors. And lastly, the water filter cartridges last about 6 months and are expensive to replace.
On the whole we are happy with our fridge freezer and for us, the autofill jug more than compensates for the downsides.

Arrived 3 days ago, love it to bits. Bought one after our old fridge die last week. A friend have one and can’t stop raving about how cool the ice maker and the beverage station. They are absolutely right. Plenty of space for everything else. Fit in our new kitchen like a glove and the finished match our colour scheme.

non plumbed water dispenser is great (never had one before) and plumbed ice maker (haven't used yet as still waiting for the plumber) but the fridge is great and straight forward and easy to use. it is easy (digital) to set the temps for the fridge and freezer and turn ice maker off and on. would recommend.

My new fridge was only received a week ago, it was a gift from my son. He was the one who chose the model and made the best choice.
My son, husband and I love it. My old fridge is bigger than this new one, but this new one has more features, more organiser stuff and the favourite part is the beverage centre.

Good - Love the design , it suits our family of 6
Bad - We have had this same model fridge replaced 4 times over the past 5 years , they have all had the exact same issue/fault with freezer working perfectly but top fridge area suddenly stops cooling and left with a warm fridge.
Our most recent replacement fridge was April 2024 and now on the 21st November 2024 our fridge has stopped cooling again.
Every time our fridge has stopped working we've had too throw food out due either not being home over holidays or no where to put the food.
When asked about compensation for food loss, we were asked to provide photos of food in the fridge and freezer, receipts for food to prove you actually bought it.
We emailed all documentation to Samsung only to be denied every time. Being a family of 6 this is becoming a very expensive exercise everytime the fridge stops cooling .
There needs to be recall or investigation as too why this same issue is continually happening on this model fridge

Have to close doors carefully if not risk to leave it open. Very inconvenient… looks huge but there’s not enough space to storage meats or fruits & vegetables. Is impossible to fit leafy or medium size greens such as celery or a decent amount of veggies for a week of consumption; drawers way to small.

It’s a beautiful fridge. Very spacious. The water cooler does not require plumbing which is great, you just refill it. The ice maker does require plumbing which is a bit of a disappointment as I misread that. However when it is hooked up, it has the capacity to make continuous ice. I love this fridge.

Great experience with this fridge so far however one thing to note is that the doors don’t fall closed. So if you don’t make a point of closing the fridge the doors stay open. There is fortunately an alert so most of the time this isn’t an issue but can be annoying (especially if you have young kids)

I had to replace the previous Samsung fridge. I chose this because i like the ice and water dispenser. I really like the sneaky front door for the water etc.
The ice machine is in the freezer - where it should be ! not on the door. Hopefully i will have this snappy little 4 door unit for ages!

Had our new fridge for 1 month now and love it. Biggest issue is now finding everything as there is so much room. Love the cold filtered water and internal ice. Installation was great, the guys put a lot of care into positioning the fridge and took away the old one - everything was seemless.

Many new features that make this a great fridge e.g. refrigerated water jug, large ice storage of 2 sizes of ice, very efficient design increases useable internal space and better crispers that keep fruit and vegies fresh for longer

We are big Samsung fans and when it was time to upgrade our fridge we knew what brand we wanted to go with.
The style is modern and sophisticated and suits our kitchen to a tee. There is lots of room in both the fridge and freezer sections and the ice-maker is fantastic.
