I am a long-time Samsung customer, and most of the products in my home are from Samsung. The refrigerator is quiet and performs well overall. I especially like the side racks, which can hold large 3L milk bottles up to six using both sides. However, the cooling requires a lower temperature setting than expected. I also faced some design issues: the freezer’s plastic tray bin cracked when food stuck to it ( Samsung replaced it), and the rubber seals on the upper doors appear to tear due to rubbing during regular use. Overall, it’s a good refrigerator, but improvements in material quality and design details would make it better.

Absolutely gutted with the purchase. After a couple of weeks, condensation started to form on all the surfaces of the fridge including all the 4 front doors and the 2 side panels. Samsung blamed the condensation on the ambient humidity in my house but was not prepared to carry out further tests to measure the actual humidity to prove that this was indeed the cause. I previously had another fridge of a different brand for 5 years and there was no condensation whatsoever. It is clear to me that the thermal insulation of the fridge has been compromised. I do not recommend this fridge to anyone.

We had a Samsung refrigerator for 15 years without any problems. Decided to purchase Samsung again. And we are not disappointed. We love our new fridge, the features are amazing, the layout great, so easy to navigate around. The water and icemaker are unique, inside a special compartment within the fridge, which does not take up hardly any space. The freezer section is fabulous too, several compartments and shelves, so easy to see everything. We also love the matte black finish on the outside of the fridge.

I recently bought the Samsung 649L French Door Refrigerator (SRF7100S), and I really like it so far! It has a sleek silver finish that looks great in my kitchen, and it’s incredibly practical too. The fridge has plenty of room, and the layout is really smart, making it easy to organize everything. There’s enough space for large trays, weekly groceries, and more, without feeling cramped. I replaced my Samsung side by side fridge -that I loved, after 12 years of loyal service with a new Samsung French Door 7000 series. OMG!! I love! Love! Love! this Fridge. Any excuse to go to it! It looks beautiful inside and out! Beautiful clean SS finish outside opens to a spatial interior, a real entertainer. The Freezer is great too, the shelves on the doors are perfect for little bags and smaller items. And today I realise that a I had a small drawer for cans!! it just keeps giving. I'm so happy!!

We bought this fridge online a month ago, just installed into our refurbished kitchen and could not be happier! We opted not to have plumbed and ice machine models so no future mechanical breakdown and filter maintenance issues which also means more storage capacity. The large door holders are sturdy and practical for drinks. The proportion of fridge to freezer suits us so well that now we don’t need a 2nd fridge. Samsung delivery and pick up was on time, well communicated and seamless.

We're big on fresh fruits and vegetables, and our previous crisper drawers always felt too small and didn't maintain optimal freshness. The "Big Crisper" in this fridge is a revelation. It's truly massive, allowing us to store a significant amount of produce without squashing anything. More importantly, we've noticed a significant improvement in how long our fruits and vegetables stay fresh and vibrant. Less food waste means more money in our pocket, and that's a win-win!

Bought this as replacement for a two door upright freezer due to size restriction. The black is a very attractive looking unit and doesn’t show finger marks and very easy to clean. The fridge part is excellent but that’s where the love affair finishes. Hate the freezer section. No racks on the inside of the door for small items, no light and four trays with no fronts making it hard to stop things falling out. Also the most used meat trays are right at the bottom.

It was a gimme that we would buy another Samsung French Door fridge, it was just a matter of which one for our new kitchen. We wanted to keep it simple and the removeable ice maker was a real deal maker as we don't use it during winter but always during summer, just makes the fridge so much more flexible. The deep door storage shelves also make access to often required goods much quicker once you know the layout...all in all, again, a great product...

I was made to buy this fridge by a pushy goodguys worker. Its just a fridge....no bells or whistles..literally. Our last fridge broke during a power outage, I can't tell if this fridge is on or off without pressing a button or opening the door. There is also no alarm on the door and you have to physically close the door or it will just swing open. Its badly designed. I don't like this fridge at all. Plenty cheaper just all were too big.

Size is good, i really like the drinks section and the ample freezer room. Would like it if they included functionality for Smart Things. Also, the doors dont close without a bit of a push, so often I will notice one of the doors partially open as it closes but not all the way

Love the exterior appearance, silver colour is not too shiny. Quiet, great interior shelf space, but limited door shelf space for drink bottles compared to LG. Ice tray takes up too much space in freezer shelf, and doesn’t work well. Would have liked suspended bottle rack under a shelf. 6 egg container on door shelf not adequate, as always buy 1 dozen eggs. Cooling/freezing good.

Been using this French Door Refrigerator for two weeks. We're still getting used to the product and its features, but overall we're very happy with our new friend. Very quiet operation. The one suggestion we would like to make is the number of racks available for adjusting the fridge shelves. This would help to accommodate the number of high items we usually store in the fridge.

Great fridge except for one aspect. The left top door is much harder to close that the more commonly used right hand door and so it’s easy to give the left door the same gentle force to close it as the right. But it doesn’t shut tight and so a minute or so later when the door open alarm goes you have to go back to the fridge to properly close the left door.

Beatiful fridge,in terms of design and features. Powerfull cooling system, ideal size for a small family (4 people). Fridge was delivered for free and well protected, anyway we found a noticeable dent when removing the protective packaging probably done when in storage or in transit. I've reported this to Samsung and they told me that they will in touch.

I bought this fridge 2 months ago and have been happy with it. It has beautiful design and big space inside. The freezer has 2 different door which make me easier to divide kids space and adults space. Everyone can keep their favourite meal inside the fridge / freezer and make the kids can find their things easier (without having to mess up my things).

Bought this fridge in Jul 2021. Like the space that helps you organize. The 2 door freezer means you can compartmentalize the items. Comes with a power freeze function to keep the meat fresh. Likewise, the 2 door refrigerator section has good open shelving that gives you much more space. Separate compartments to keep my veg free too! Great buy!

I really love my new refrigerator from Samsung. It is simple (no plumbing connection required), very quiet and doing the job. It is convenient to use as well with very good internal design. New home - new fridge and this one is proving to be just great. It's really spacious (haven't managed to fill it yet) and the moveable door bins make it easy to fit everything in. I've rearranged mine and they work even better now, They are all really deep so can store a large amount - from large bottles to small jars. A big selling point for me was the storage volume of the freezer and this drew me to the french door rather than side by side type. As both right and left doors are of equal width, there's more space in the french door freezer than the side by side. My only negative is that the stainless steel finish does show more finger marks than my old stainless fridge but this is easily solved by using the handles rather than the door edge. Some members of my family seem to find this difficult though. I love the small drawer between the two crisper bins too. It's great for those small items which get a bit lost. Overall a great purchase and I'm really happy with it.

Great sizing and I can open the draw without needing to open both doors. The missing space is taken up with the drinks draw, which admittedly is small. But still convenient. Do have to be careful on the lefthand door as it does tend to not shut fully on occasion.
