S8/S8+ Bluetooth connection issue with car.

If your Samsung Galaxy S8/S8+ is not connecting to your cars Bluetooth system properly, please try the following steps to resolve the issue.

Possible solution for this issue: 

1 Go into Settings, Select App Manager.
2 Click on the 3 dots in the top right hand corner. Select ‘Show system apps’
3 Select the Bluetooth app and force stop the app.
4 Go to Storage under Bluetooth usage and clear the cache.
5 Back to the settings, go to connections and remove the paired devices.

See Photos 6 and 7 below for how to unpair a paired bluetooth device. 

6 Unpair the current paired devices and attempt to reconnect with the car’s Bluetooth.
