I had a 2015 Samsung TV --- this version is much better -- better picture, clearer, sound is better and i no longer need a sound bar to enhance sound. Samsung TV Plus is awesome, no longer need a separate cable tv bill. streaming movies look great. remote is easy to use. LOVE IT

The tv is a bit larger than expected and is good! The remote is very tiny - exactly half the width of a regular cellphone. The picture is good and various aspects can be adjusted. Many channels and apps are available and you can set up other apps and favorite channels. Many steps can be involved and require some practice and patience to figure out how to work some buttons. It’s good to be able to quickly return to the immediate previous channel being watched and flip back and forth during commercials. It takes some trial and error to see the info/content of the channels. The sound is fine. The stand is easy to install and the tv is lightweight.

The Samsung - 55” Smart TV is a great upgrade from our old TV. We love how clear the picture is and how bright all the colors are. On some shows, the picture is so crisp and clear it looks as if we are actually on the set while the shows were filming. The smart TV aspect is great as well, we don’t need to use any additional devices in order to stream our shows. The set-up was pretty simple. We just had to create a Samsung account to be able to get the apps we wanted. We have never used a Samsung smart TV before, so learning their platform has taken some time to adapt to. Overall, we love the high-quality picture and the sound quality.

My wife and I got this TV recently to replace another smart TV that was not very good. We were initially looking at a TLC with Roku because we've liked those in the past, but are really happy we went with a Samsung. The image is bright and clear and everything looks great, even older stuff. The remote is super responsive and the user interface is awesome. I love that I can use my Samsung Galaxy phone as an additional remote, which makes for a very convenient and comfortable experience. Plus, being a able to connect an Xbox controller to the TV via Bluetooth and play games without a dedicated console is amazing. Would definitely recommend this to others.

TV is good for someone who needs an inexpensive TV . it is not very responsive, wait and it will respond . brightness contrast in uniformity are all good for the inexpensive TV . this is not a TV for someone who likes instant gratification . The picture quality is great but if you want to upscale buy a more expensive TV .

Very happy with this TV so far. My old TV bit the dust after a long and happy 17 years. This one is a bit bigger. Wanted a larger screen due to eye/vision issues. The resolution is nice and the brightness is perfect. Contrast is good although I do feel it could be a bit crisper at times. I haven’t watched anything on it yet that would fully demonstrate its full HD capabilities Sound is good. The only thing I am not big on is the remote. It is difficult to read and the volume buttons can be a bit tricky. I tend to accidentally mute when I am trying to turn volume up or down. A minor thing overall. I would buy this TV again.

Nice slim design. The color and clarity of the picture are stunning. It almost looks 3-D especially with nature shows or any programs with landscapes. Sound quality is clear and steady. I wish the controller that came with it was bigger for my old eyes and that the guide button was separate from from the channel button. I accidentally hit the guide a lot when I'm trying to change the channel. The same thing happens with the volume buttons. I accidentally hit the mute button when I'm trying to lower or raise the volume. But I can just get a differnt controller. Overall, my wife and eye are very happy with the purchase.

We ordered this tv for my husband, his tv went out and he knew he wanted a Samsung. We already have a larger Samsung tv that we love. This Tv has very easy set up, he had this going within 10 minutes. The remote has a Netflix and Prime button. We are not very tech savvy but you don’t need to be with this. There are only two things with this tv; it does not come with the place to connect headphones, so I had to buy him wireless ones and pair them. The other thing is since it’s in another room and facing opposite wall (open concept) when I turn up or turn off one tv, sometimes it does the same to the other. It’s still an overall great tv and I’m happy he’s enjoying it.

As a 62 year old Professional single Business woman, who happens to be technologically Challenged, I was thrilled with my purchase recently of Samsung Crystal UHD TV. So unbelievably user friendly to navigate setting up the system, and getting all on offer operational on my tv. What a relief! I now love watching my favorite shows & series on my vibrant, bright screen, the clarity, contrast & resolution of my tv is so real! The best I’ve seen. I feel like I’m in the movie!! I like the unit, it’s great. But I hate the user interface. Navigating is unforgiving, obtuse to use a kind word, and it was the most difficult of the conversion by far. Same goes for the streamers - someone needs to tell those people how bad their user interfaces really are. I bought it because I wanted to cut the cord but I wasn’t prepared for the amateur user interfaces I was forced to navigate just to pick out my services. TV gets an A+, streamers and apps get a D-

My parents got the 65-inch one, so when i got my own place i knew which one too get, unfortunately my place is smaller I got the Samsung 43-inch Crystal UHD TV for uniformity sake. I got to say I was impressed. Most TVs dont have a heavy contrast look to them however this particular piece had a minimalist aesthetic and with its 4k display, it just looked amazing. I recently obtained this television, and the first good thing i noticed about it was its resolution and its upscaling, which is 4K. I believe this feature along with the PurColor technology makes this television's brightness stand out from other standard TVs. The 4K resolution really does make an impact- it feels quite Responsive sharp and clean.

I'm personally shocked this is considered and priced as a "budget" TV because it is simply amazing, and the low price makes it even that much more so. The picture is crisp and the 4K upscaling works and looks magnificent on anything I watch or stream. Being a SmartThings enabled set, you can control it with your smartphone or voice (or the old fashioned way, with the remote). It has a generous amount of HDMI and other inputs. This is the kind of quality I would expect out of a TV that is priced five times the cost of this one. Highly recommended.

I just got a Samsung TV and Samsung Galaxy Ultra phone and so far I dont have any complaints. I love that I can use my phone as a remote if I can't find the actual remote. I also like that I can play my Xbox game in the TV without turning on the Xbox. The screen is clear and bright. You can browse the web when you hook up the wireless keyboard and mouse.

I've had this TV for a little while now, and it's exceeded my expectations. The 65-inch Samsung Crystal UHD U8000H has a bright, sharp picture with rich colors that make movies and sports look fantastic. The menu is easy to navigate, the apps open quickly, and I was streaming within minutes of setting it up. One thing I really appreciate is how well it upscales older content, making even non-4K shows look noticeably better. The slim design also looks great mounted on the wall and gives the room a clean, modern look. Overall, this TV offers a great balance of picture quality, performance, and value. The television runs cool, looks great ,. Unfortunately it has a junk remote , easily misplaced and fragile. The software on the television is a turtle in comparison to what I thought 2026 software would perform. Television offers many good games movies and applications but many can't perform under hardware specs , take multiple paid subscriptions, are not compatible but advertised, the controls feel manipulated beyond the basic haptics of a remote layout.. the television turns onto random things when powered on just depends on the day. Very strong internet connection but still choppy connection uncertain of issue Only one USB port and three HDMI ports. Give me more power and less waste.

Quite surprised by the image quality and color definition. It is also very responsive for a device in this price range. Set up was exclusively through the Samsung eco system with an app. It would have been nice to be able to set up directly via the TV. If you don’t sign up for an account, you won’t be able to set up the TV. Overall happy with the purchase.

We absolutely love our new Samsung Smart TV! The picture is gorgeous. It’s crisp and clear and movies pop so vividly! I love all the smart apps that pop right up so we can get to our content quickly! Everything was easy to set up and took us only about 30 minutes in total. Sound quality is amazing! And we love all the features on the remote. Easy to unpack and setup. Using it with a flip down ceiling bracket which attached easily. Only negative I have found thus far is the sluggish tv reponse to remote commands. I am not wild about the Home Screen apps alignment. There may be a way to rearrange them but haven’t found it.

I am extremely disappointed that there is no voice activation available from the remote itself. Samsung requires the installation of an app (Smart Things) on one's smartphone and then linking that app to Alexa or another voice activated device in one's smart home. I found the process cumbersome and in actual fact never got it to work. So I am stuck using the onscreen keyboard and the remote to conduct searches, etc. I am thinking about re-installing my Firestick (from my old TV) and using the Firestick remote to reinstate voice functionality. Samsung can do better..

This Smart TV has some fantabulous qualities. When you shop for a tv, the main thing is pleasure during those few spare minutes that a family or individuals have during their day. I love the color and contrast and vividness of picture. My one complaint is my remote control does not light up in bed like my old Samsung Bedroom TV so I could see to use buttons in bed with my lights off while I watch TV with my favorite sleep timer and change channels while I am still awake.

Picture is great, crisp, clear with perfect colors. The choices of channels with Samsung TV+ is excellent and has everything you could want. Selection of Apps is easy to navigate and add. The issues I have with this system is the responsiveness of the TV and remote can be very sluggish at times as there is a delay between the time you press a button on the remote and the TV actually responding. Some apps can be slow to load and are buggy,not sure if it’s Samsung or the App itself. This is our third Samsung TV and we are still learning all of the options and choices.

This TV replaced a 6 year old Samsung that was having trouble staying on, with coming on and color contrast and seeing dark pictures. Everything improved except the resolution of the picture at night. Meaning the picture on the TV is of a night time scene. Still very hard to see.

TV was easy to set up after removal from the box it came in. It was up and going within a short amount of time. Samsung TV's have been good products with our family so this was an incentive to stay with the same brand again this time around. I'm just not used to the remote and miss the voice command option. It took me several minutes to figure out how to turn up the volume. I'm currently searching for a Samsung remote with voice. A local WM did not have the Samsung remote with voice/microphone key. Otherwise very happy with the 2026 34" Samsung Smart Tv Purchase.

We upgraded from an older tv that just didn’t have a clear picture anymore and the navigation of streaming service was a hassle. I am SO happy with our choice. This tv has a great picture- we did mess with the brightness and saturation a little to get what we liked based on lighting in the room and that was easy to do. The navigation among streaming services and adding apps for services is super easy. The sound quality is also really good. Our previous tv needed a sound bar but it didn’t attach to this tv. We assumed we’d need to buy a new sound bar but we’ve been watching it a week now and the sound has been great with sports and movies. I highly recommend this tv. The price point makes it an easy choice and it’s definitely worth it!

Occasionally the picture is fuzzy. I don’t care for the options offered that you can’t change. For instance when you turn on the tv what happens, where does it go? You can’t change the home page to what suits you. Slow response to the remote actions. Do not care for the fast forwarding feature at all! Occasionally it seems to have a mind of its own. Settings are hard to navigate and understand. It does not tell you what episodes you have already seen on some channels. On the other hand the speakers are good and picture is good most of the time.

The brightness is excellent and the picture looks clear and vibrant. The contrast makes dark scenes look great, and the TV is very responsive when switching between apps and menus. The soundstage is good and makes movies and shows feel more immersive. The upscaling also does a great job making lower-quality content look sharper. Overall, I’m very happy with the TV and would definitely recommend it.

Loved the picture. But sadly no more. It has burnt out, and i am not pleased at all. I have had my 55 inch model just over 2 years. Not good enough ,frankly i will never buy a Samsung Tv ever again. Seems there is a massive issue re the setting for the picture WHICH Samsung don't warn you about. I actually thought my Tv was a Infra Red Heater as everytime i walked by it it was very warm . Then just under a week there was a burning plastic smell coming from the Tv. Could not find origionally where it was coming from. But then the Tv just started flickering and died. Looked online to see what could be the cause. Apparently Vivid or Dynamic setting causes more heat. So be warned. I never contacted Samsung , as no doubt they will just put the blame on myself.

The Samsung 55-inch TV is a nice TV. The picture quality is awesome. Sometimes, though, it's so clear and crisp that shows look really fake. I don't really like it when it makes my TV shows look fake, which they are, but sometimes it makes the shows look bad due to feeling like you're on the actual set. I do really love how well the colors pop on screen. Everything is so bright and colorful. The remote and navigating on the home screen has taken some time to get used to. Overall, the TV is great and we love watching movies on it.

I have a Samsung 55" TV that I have had for years, and I was looking to go a little larger in prep for the World Cup and College Football, but the newer model did not deliver like the older model that I had. Sadly, the color saturation, the reflection of natural light, and the overall picture were underwhelming, and I decided to stay with my older 55". I will wait to upgrade when I can afford one of the more expensive models as I do like the Samsung product but this one just did not perform like I thought it would.

The picture is nice and clear and bright. The response is kind of slow though. When I turn the tv on it has to wait for a bit before the actual picture comes on. Then it isn't what I was watching when I shut it off. I have to ush another button on the remote to get to a channel that I recognize. Also I hate having to have 2 remotes to control the tv. Everything is on the universal remote that I use but the sound is on the remote that came with the tv. Kind of a hassle. Otherwise it is a great produce!

The Upside of the TV is of a great design, very light and the Brightness and Contrast of the Screen is Paramount. It also has Uniformity,Upscaling and Responsiveness. The Downside of the TV is that it doesn’t Support discovery+ and also BBC iPlayer the only way you can get these at Present is through an external source such as a Amazon Firestick which was a bit disappointing as it stated on the Site we went on to Buy the TV that it did. There was no audio out ports, optical. I had to purchase a earc extractor to get my sound bar to work. Just three hdmi ports is insufficient , cable, roku, earc, No spot for a DVD player. There are many user who have legacy equipment and we feel short changed. Some users may just buy new equipment, I'm not one of them. I will have to find a work around for an additional HDMI port. Picture quality is very good, but the construction feels flimsy, but time will tell if it is durable.

Very easy, packaging made it easy to bring home, easy to remove from the packaging, true and easy plug and play so I was enjoying my TV shortly after purchasing it. The most complicated part was getting the batteries removed from their packaging. Watching was almost like looking out my window very sharp colors, clear images and the sound was perfect with a simple touch of the easy to use remote brought my tv to life. The use of uniform remotes makes using a Samsung customer friendly.

The Crystal UHD is a terrific tv altogether, but the thing I like most about it is the picturw quality. From brighter whites and darker blacks to and the number of pixels it has, it produces a bright vibrant crisp clear picture while watching movies or playing games. The game mode also really helps because it detects the input from thw device and refreshes the tv into game mode automatically, giving you the best picture quality for each task without having to change it manually.

We bought a similar model, just larger for our living room a couple of months ago - and absolutely loved it. So when our Master bedroom TV went out last week - it was a no-brainer to just purchase the smaller size, but same technology. The ease of use of using this TV is spectacular. Good sound and picture quality is very good. Easy to hang as the TV is very lightweight. Search capability is very good and we are streaming much more efficiently now. Very satisfied.

Very nice tv for the price. Display is very good, sound is good. The issue I have is apps. This is my 4th Samsung tv. I have to install and use CHSN for three local sports teams. I have no issues on my other tvs, installed and works. Not this TV, UN55U8000HFXZA. I have contacted support several times and was told I have to wait for their app database to update for this app on this model. It's been over 6 months! Very disappointed with Samsung not having this available.

The brightness on this TV is hard to adjust we do not need it to be at full brightness at night. I tried adjusting and it does not dim really at all. Our last Samsung did this automatically. I also wish it would be on the last channel I was watching when we turned it off instead of having to go thru app screen every time when we turn it on. Sleep timer takes several clicks to get to as well (in settings). Old Samsung sleep timer was on the remote not in settings.

This purchase was made to replace a faulty TV for my grandma. It is not only a nicer, replacement but the user interface was also simpler and easier for her to comprehend, as she doesn’t do well with new tech. Picture is great and better than a few other brands we have owned in the past, as a result I replaced my old Samsung plasma purchased in 2012 (still working reliably) with a newer smart tv and I now get to enjoy the great picture and user interface.

You need a Samsung account to use the tv. Not a big deal. The TV has a nice and vivid picture. The TV turns on fast. Everything works as it should. The sound is lackluster. Has decent sound but lacking in volume. A soundbar will fix that. For the negative the up and down volume control is on one side of the remote.,Took me hours of online searching to figure this out. I thought the volume was broken stuck on one setting. Worst volume control design ever.

Honestly, coming from a tiny 32 inch TV, this Samsung 55 inch one has been a huge upgrade! The sound system is great and the picture quality is amazing. I do feel like sometimes it is a tiny bit laggy with the control remote’s response, however, it doesn’t bother me and been using it just fine. My last TV broke (not a Samsung) and needed a new TV for my room to replace it with. I am such a fan of Samsung so it was an easy decision for me to make buying another Samsung (we already have 3 Samsung TV's and computer monitor in our house). This is a very nice tv with a beautiful picture. Only 4 stars because the remote could be better. The responsiveness starts out slow then goes really fast so it can be frustrating. Also, this will be the second one I had to buy because the first one just stopped working. It was within the 30 period so it was easy to replace. Other than that we are happy with it. This is my forth Samsung tv purchase & in my opinion they are superior to any other.

So I just got this TV delivered today and I have set it up for gaming as that is what i tend to do in my free time. One thing i noticed is that this TV does have the BT2020 color space option and ST2084 gamma option (likely due to the HDR that this TV supports). Does this TV not have Dolby Vision? If it does and I just can't seem to find it I would like to Know if it does. My Xbox Series X doesn't seem to think this TV has Dolby Vision at least.

Overall, pictures is great, but I’m disappointed in the sound output across so many different stations The auto feature on the sound output is great and should be compatible with multiple Bluetooth and/or HDMIARC without having to purchase a Samsung brand sound bar as I did not have the money to so right now unfortunately I’m stuck with a sound bar and can’t use the auto sound output feature to control the random very loud changes in volume

Had an electrical transformer explode at the street and the surge blew out my old tv even with a surge protector. So, I researched and found this one on sale. What an excellent tv. Was a bit of a learning curve to understand and use all the features/menus. The paper manual is in tiny print, so I went to the Samsung website and downloaded all the manuals: tv user manual, user setup, remote control and quick start up, etc. I was then able to enlarge and read them om my computer screen. Took me a couple of hours to fully explore, understand, and set all the features, but once done it became very easy and intuitive to use. For the $, tv is featured packed, excellent sound and picture. All menus and functions are smooth and relatively fast in responding and populating. I am impressed, and it takes a lot to impress me. Very pleased with this purchase.

We purchased our Samsung TV for our vacation home at Smith Lake in Alabama in May. Our primary residence is in Brandon, MS. Upon return this weekend for the July 4th holiday the tv is not working. After researching every possible option to fix it, we googled what could possibly be wrong considering it’s a brand new tv, there is a red light blinking which google said is a malfunction in the tv. We are very disappointed in the product.

Went from 32" to this 43" tv (wish I had gone to newer TV sooner) the picture is excellent, really has some good resolution , very 3d looking, super sharp. What i really like is the SmartThings / Bixby integration, works flawlessly .surprisingly it even has some functionality with DirecTV with the mobile app. For me this is a bedroom tv so it's the perfect size. Highly recommend this tv to anyone in the market for this size tv

Love my new 55" Samsung. The color is sooooo very clear and good. It's outstanding mounted on our wall. Lovin' it! However, no so with the remote control. It's not easy to go from one program to another. If the remote had numbers on it, it would be so much better. Then both the TV and the remote would be 5-star perfect. But, as I use it more and more, I'm getting use to it--still should have numbers on it. Thank you.

Very impressed with my Samsung TV. The picture is nice and crisp. The sound is great too, no weird echo effect. The setup was super simple and easy to complete; wireless setup was a breeze as well. It's been a long time since I've owned a Samsung TV and now, I'm wondering why I stayed away. Such a great TV. I do kinda wish the "feet" lifted the TV a little higher. I had to use blocks temporarily to accommodate my set up.

Setting it up to the wall mount was very easy as any other Samsung TV. I was impressed how fast I was able to set it up once I just plugged it in as long as you have the app downloaded it will sync to our account and make it match any other Samsung TV you have They shrunk the remote from the ones with buttons but the old one works as well. It’s very responsive, and that user interface still feels friendly and familiar.

Great tv, very slim and lots of options!! We love this tv and how quick it is to get to any of the installed apps. Super easy to find shows for my kids on multiple different channels. I love the slim remote and how it helps me get to where I need to go quickly. The color is beautiful and the picture is super sharp! Tv is a great size and we absolutely love it! I don’t need my Amazon remote anymore, this tv does it all!
