Very happy with this TV so far. My old TV bit the dust after a long and happy 17 years. This one is a bit bigger. Wanted a larger screen due to eye/vision issues. The resolution is nice and the brightness is perfect. Contrast is good although I do feel it could be a bit crisper at times. I haven’t watched anything on it yet that would fully demonstrate its full HD capabilities Sound is good. The only thing I am not big on is the remote. It is difficult to read and the volume buttons can be a bit tricky. I tend to accidentally mute when I am trying to turn volume up or down. A minor thing overall. I would buy this TV again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv is a bit larger than expected and is good! The remote is very tiny - exactly half the width of a regular cellphone. The picture is good and various aspects can be adjusted. Many channels and apps are available and you can set up other apps and favorite channels. Many steps can be involved and require some practice and patience to figure out how to work some buttons. It’s good to be able to quickly return to the immediate previous channel being watched and flip back and forth during commercials. It takes some trial and error to see the info/content of the channels. The sound is fine. The stand is easy to install and the tv is lightweight.

I bought this tv 2 weeks ago at a local Costco. I thought that it was an excellent price for a 75” tv made by a major manufacturer. It has an excellent picture and the sound without any auxiliary audio attachments is certainly adequate for us. Why I didn’t rate it 5 stars is because of the bother in getting to my cable provider’s programming. I find it a bother to click down from the start up screen 3 times to get to my HDMI input for my provider. My former Samsung tv needed one click to activate my cable provider’s programming. On some shows, the picture is so crisp and clear it looks as if we are actually on the set while the shows were filming. The smart TV aspect is great as well, we don’t need to use any additional devices in order to stream our shows. The set-up was pretty simple. We just had to create a Samsung account to be able to get the apps we wanted. We have never used a Samsung smart TV before, so learning their platform has taken some time to adapt to. Overall, we love the high-quality picture and the sound quality.

We were initially looking at a TLC with Roku because we've liked those in the past, but are really happy we went with a Samsung. The image is bright and clear and everything looks great, even older stuff. The remote is super responsive and the user interface is awesome. I love that I can use my Samsung Galaxy phone as an additional remote, which makes for a very convenient and comfortable experience. Plus, being a able to connect an Xbox controller to the TV via Bluetooth and play games without a dedicated console is amazing. Would definitely recommend this to others.

Nice slim design. The color and clarity of the picture are stunning. It almost looks 3-D especially with nature shows or any programs with landscapes. Sound quality is clear and steady. I wish the controller that came with it was bigger for my old eyes and that the guide button was separate from from the channel button. I accidentally hit the guide a lot when I'm trying to change the channel. The same thing happens with the volume buttons. I accidentally hit the mute button when I'm trying to lower or raise the volume. But I can just get a differnt controller. Overall, my wife and eye are very happy with the purchase.

This Tv has very easy set up, he had this going within 10 minutes. The remote has a Netflix and Prime button. We are not very tech savvy but you don’t need to be with this. There are only two things with this tv; it does not come with the place to connect headphones, so I had to buy him wireless ones and pair them. The other thing is since it’s in another room and facing opposite wall (open concept) when I turn up or turn off one tv, sometimes it does the same to the other. It’s still an overall great tv and I’m happy he’s enjoying it.

The software on the television is a turtle in comparison to what I thought 2026 software would perform. Television offers many good games movies and applications but many can't perform under hardware specs , take multiple paid subscriptions, are not compatible but advertised, the controls feel manipulated beyond the basic haptics of a remote layout.. the television turns onto random things when powered on just depends on the day. Very strong internet connection but still choppy connection uncertain of issue Only one USB port and three HDMI ports. Give me more power and less waste.

Samsung requires the installation of an app (Smart Things) on one's smartphone and then linking that app to Alexa or another voice activated device in one's smart home. I found the process cumbersome and in actual fact never got it to work. So I am stuck using the onscreen keyboard and the remote to conduct searches, etc. I am thinking about re-installing my Firestick (from my old TV) and using the Firestick remote to reinstate voice functionality. Samsung can do better..

I am SO happy with our choice. This tv has a great picture- we did mess with the brightness and saturation a little to get what we liked based on lighting in the room and that was easy to do. The navigation among streaming services and adding apps for services is super easy. The sound quality is also really good. Our previous tv needed a sound bar but it didn’t attach to this tv. We assumed we’d need to buy a new sound bar but we’ve been watching it a week now and the sound has been great with sports and movies. I highly recommend this tv. The price point makes it an easy choice and it’s definitely worth it!

For instance when you turn on the tv what happens, where does it go? You can’t change the home page to what suits you. Slow response to the remote actions. Do not care for the fast forwarding feature at all! Occasionally it seems to have a mind of its own. Settings are hard to navigate and understand. It does not tell you what episodes you have already seen on some channels. On the other hand the speakers are good and picture is good most of the time.

Loved the picture. But sadly no more. It has burnt out, and i am not pleased at all. I have had my 55 inch model just over 2 years. Not good enough ,frankly i will never buy a Samsung Tv ever again. Seems there is a massive issue re the setting for the picture WHICH Samsung don't warn you about. I actually thought my Tv was a Infra Red Heater as everytime i walked by it it was very warm . Then just under a week there was a burning plastic smell coming from the Tv. Could not find origionally where it was coming from. But then the Tv just started flickering and died. Looked online to see what could be the cause. Apparently Vivid or Dynamic setting causes more heat. So be warned. I never contacted Samsung , as no doubt they will just put the blame on myself.

I don't really like it when it makes my TV shows look fake, which they are, but sometimes it makes the shows look bad due to feeling like you're on the actual set. I do really love how well the colors pop on screen. Everything is so bright and colorful. The remote and navigating on the home screen has taken some time to get used to. Overall, the TV is great and we love watching movies on it.

When I turn the tv on it has to wait for a bit before the actual picture comes on. Then it isn't what I was watching when I shut it off. I have to ush another button on the remote to get to a channel that I recognize. Also I hate having to have 2 remotes to control the tv. Everything is on the universal remote that I use but the sound is on the remote that came with the tv. Kind of a hassle. Otherwise it is a great produce!

So when our Master bedroom TV went out last week - it was a no-brainer to just purchase the smaller size, but same technology. The ease of use of using this TV is spectacular. Just three hdmi ports is insufficient , cable, roku, earc, No spot for a DVD player. There are many user who have legacy equipment and we feel short changed. Some users may just buy new equipment, I'm not one of them. I will have to find a work around for an additional HDMI port. Picture quality is very good, but the construction feels flimsy, but time will tell if it is durable.

From brighter whites and darker blacks to and the number of pixels it has, it produces a bright vibrant crisp clear picture while watching movies or playing games. The game mode also really helps because it detects the input from thw device and refreshes the tv into game mode automatically, giving you the best picture quality for each task without having to change it manually.

Very disappointed with Samsung not having this available.

I tried adjusting and it does not dim really at all. Our last Samsung did this automatically. I also wish it would be on the last channel I was watching when we turned it off instead of having to go thru app screen every time when we turn it on. Sleep timer takes several clicks to get to as well (in settings). Old Samsung sleep timer was on the remote not in settings.

It is not only a nicer, replacement but the user interface was also simpler and easier for her to comprehend, as she doesn’t do well with new tech. Picture is great and better than a few other brands we have owned in the past, as a result I replaced my old Samsung plasma purchased in 2012 (still working reliably) with a newer smart tv and I now get to enjoy the great picture and user interface.

For the negative the up and down volume control is on one side of the remote.,Took me hours of online searching to figure this out. I thought the volume was broken stuck on one setting. The TV itself is excellent for the price, but the remote control's volume adjustment design is extremely frustrating. I understand that there is an app available that allows you to use your phone as a remote, but I would prefer to use the actual remote for this basic function. I've only had the TV for about a week, and the app keeps disconnecting or going offline, which makes relying on it even more frustrating.

So I just got this TV delivered today and I have set it up for gaming as that is what i tend to do in my free time. One thing i noticed is that this TV does have the BT2020 color space option and ST2084 gamma option (likely due to the HDR that this TV supports). Does this TV not have Dolby Vision? If it does and I just can't seem to find it I would like to Know if it does. My Xbox Series X doesn't seem to think this TV has Dolby Vision at least.

Had an electrical transformer explode at the street and the surge blew out my old tv even with a surge protector. So, I researched and found this one on sale. What an excellent tv. Was a bit of a learning curve to understand and use all the features/menus. The paper manual is in tiny print, so I went to the Samsung website and downloaded all the manuals: tv user manual, user setup, remote control and quick start up, etc. I was then able to enlarge and read them om my computer screen. Took me a couple of hours to fully explore, understand, and set all the features, but once done it became very easy and intuitive to use. For the $, tv is featured packed, excellent sound and picture. All menus and functions are smooth and relatively fast in responding and populating. I am impressed, and it takes a lot to impress me. Very pleased with this purchase.

The picture is bright with clear contrast and uniform in all ite applications. The 4k upscaling makes a big difference in regular pictures. The tv responds very well when switching modes or apps. Plus smart things makes it even easier to use with or without a remote in my smart home.

Upon return this weekend for the July 4th holiday the tv is not working. After researching every possible option to fix it, we googled what could possibly be wrong considering it’s a brand new tv, there is a red light blinking which google said is a malfunction in the tv. We are very disappointed in the product.

However, no so with the remote control. It's not easy to go from one program to another. If the remote had numbers on it, it would be so much better. Remote is the worse design I have ever seen, finding apps and your stations are almost impossible. You are required to set up samsung acct for tv to work which means give them all your personal info and sign away privacy rights. What little bit of manual that actually came with it has such tiny print that you cannot read it . Even Clarity of picture is only so so ,, not worth the hassle, stay away from this product

The screen started turning on and off and Samsung came and replaced some part in it and lesson three is that I’m having the same issue and they’re refusing to replace it and have offered a 5% discount on my next purchase this TV should last at least 10 years and it’s nowhere near that. I will not be buying another Samsung again. This is very disappointing.

The TV starts up quickly so you can start watching right away. The picture and sound are clear and sharp - great for watching movies or sport as is the refresh rate so no glitchy artefacts in high speed action. My Samsung Smart TV is Awesome! I love it. The clearest picture I have ever seen. I think it is the best TV I have ever owned. Only thing is the remote w/the microphone icon - so you can use Bixby - was not included. I had to buy an additional one. The remote I cannot get open to change the batteries. I have watched videos, chatted with AI - nothing works. Not sure why it was made so hard to open.

Good clarity and color. I have chosen Samsung because of my experience and the reputation of the brand. I find the “new” style of remote control to be very cumbersome. I have researched, read the manual, checked the help menu on the TV to no avail. I cannot find any instructions on troubleshooting the volume level. The remote is not at all intuitive. Nice tv but a very poor design of the remote control.

The Samsung Smart TV has great options you can use via your remote. I actually cancelled my local cable tv channels as this TV offers TONS of free ones and subscription offers. The picture quality is fantastic! Sound is clear. This 50" UHD TV is a perfect size, just right. So glad I bought it! You will never regret it!

very pleased with it and the picture.However because of not being that knowledgeable of all the TV can do,when I first bought it, it I was the difference with my old Samsung TV. Because I only subscribe to one TV service ,it was all the TV apps that first appears on the screen when you open it (netflix,prime...).It took me 4 days until I was able to make my service only appear when I open it.

I brought home from a retailer my purchased 43" Crystal QLED tv 3 days ago. I'm taking it back tomorrow. I researched this/many other products for almost a month. I ended up disregarding the negative reviews for this one. A big mistake. I replaced my, much cheaper tv b/c it was disconnecting from the internet & turning off on it's own (after 10 years). This, much more expensive brand/tv, is doing it after 3 days. It took me over 3 hrs to watch a 2hr recorded movie b/c every time I fast forwarded through commercials, it lost internet connection, & the picture froze. I had to turn it completely off from the wall, wait & start again. It was not my internet, the older tv was working perfectly (& further from the internet source). A clearer picture & slightly better sound is not worth the extra cost or unreliablity. Please take seriously personal reviews & don't think, "this happens with all tvs at times."

This is a nice tv. The picture is great. It doesn’t have enough connection opportunities for us. We create and play a lot of material. Can’t even connect our sound system. Didn’t even look when we bought it because in the past they have many ports. We will figure out a way around it but it was disappointing. I believe it is because most people stream? Who knows. Otherwise good.

I’ve had this TV for about a month now, and overall I’m very happy with it. The picture is sharp, the sound is great, and it’s very responsive. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that, on rare occasions, the picture quality seems to suddenly drop for a short time. I’m not sure if it’s the TV or something else, but aside from that, it’s been an excellent TV.

The picture is very clear and colors are bright. Very disappointed that there is no port for a soundbar. We can't use the sound bar that we used on the Samsung we're replacing and must purchase a new wireless soundbar that costs more than the tv if we want to hear the tv and as well as watch it.

The movies and shows I watch on it look beautiful and I can see everything the sound is a little low everyone that sees my tv thought I paid a lot for it the remote control and tv works good together.upscale and outstanding tv the contrast is amazing and the responsiveness of the tv is on point

We upgraded an older Samsung TV to this 65” unit. There are much more expensive Samsung TVs available but we have been very impressed with both the picture brightness and sharpness of this lower cost TV. We have watched a number of movies and don’t feel a sound bar is necessary. Upgrading to a larger picture really helps with the eligibility of small text on screen.
