We've had our new machine for two weeks now, and it was meant to be an upgrade from our last one. It's absolutely stunning and wonderfully quiet compared to our older Samsung model, which we loved. However, we're incredibly disappointed with the spinning performance. The clothes still come out feeling soaking wet—you can actually wring water out of them by hand! This makes drying take far longer once they're hung up. In that regard, our previous machine did ten times better, so this new one almost feels like a downgrade in that area.

I got this washer Oct 24. It always puts brown bits all over the laundry. Service guy took out tub and cleaned it after 6mths. Blames me for using too much detergent. I cut down on detergent, clothes are not so clean. The bits of brown are back. I’ve never owned a washer that needs so much manual cleaning of filters and tub it’s annoying and it is the worst machine ever. Waste of money. I recommend by a different brand.

I bought this machine based on reviews. I have owned it for 9 months and can't stand it. A quick wash that is supposed to be 30 minutes takes over an hour. Clothes come out dirtier than what they went in. After cleaning filters and completing a tub clean clothes still come out with black smudge stuff all over them. Absolutely gross! Will NEVER buy another Samsung again as this machine is just RUBBISH.

Great machine. It’s magic. I bought a white one it arrived black lol. I was happy at that though as I wanted a black one but could not bring myself to pay an extra 100 bucks for a difference in colour. Gets even more magical as I got the black machine but here I am filling out the review for a white one lol. Machine is awesome tho and the colour does not affect performance. Highly recommended.

Love this machine! I had a Samsung before this one and it is still going strong after 12 years so when upgrading I wanted another Samsung. It’s quiet and has lots of different options. The only thing I find annoying is that it locks when you start it, so you have to stop the wash to add something else last minute. I love the see through top aswell which my previous one didnt have.

I bought this a couple of months ago on the recommendation of my daughter and am loving it - particularly love the filter. Only criticism would be the design fault that has the waste water going out the side rather than the back of the machine. It meant we had to modify our laundry cabinet to make it fit. This extra allowance was not included on the specs provided

Absolutely amazing - really does wash clothes cleaner with Bubble-wash function. The deep softener option is also amazing, my clothes really do smell amazing after using this option. Super quiet machine, balanced and my favorite part is you can chose the spinning intensity so clothes come out extra dry and use my tumbledryer for a shorter time now

Wish I had of bought another front loader. This machine tries to be a combination of front loader with the. ‘It chooses the water level’ and no central agitator but falls short as it constantly under fills which then creates a tangle of clothes as they can’t move freely. Also the lint filters may as well not even be there for all the good the do.

Its been a year since I bought this, and the washing has been awesome. I have 2 cats (one short hair, and one long hair) and the dual magic filters do an amazing job. I also like the quick wash cycle which cuts down the washing time considerably, so I don't have to wait ages before putting in a second load if I need to.

I braught this washer when my old one that was also a samsung top loader washing machine started to have some leakage issue after soo soo many years of service. I was a fan of samsung washer and again wanted to buy the same. So, I bought this one and so far happy with it and its easy to use and does great washing!
